Where to Watch Birth of a Beauty Episode 5
Birth of a Beauty Episode 5 Reacties
Right out of the gate this episode came swinging. After the build up of Sa Ra's dangerous look and Tae Hee dramatic dialogue, I was nervous how the next episode would develop the show. Oh, it developed in a good way.
Most dramas drag out the good guys getting some revenge for sooooo long. To a point where it's so gloomy that most of the time I can't stand it. Either losing interest and quitting, or just ruining the rest of the show. Birth of a Beauty is not one to disappoint. There's a certain joy in watching the good guys get some well deserved justice. Heck both Sa Ra and Tae Hee get to punch Kang Joon! (Can I get some woot-woots!)
BoaB is going in a great direction. That's not to say that there weren't some seriously cheesy moments. There was a whole secret meeting scene around a burning oil can between Sa Ra and Tae Hee that pulled me out because it was horrid. Then there were some fist warming, blowing, and strangeness that was just . . . weird. Yet, I was cracking up the whole time.
That's the charm of BoaB at this point. Despite it's surprising dark turns and revenge-awesomeness. It still keeps is comedic light. Which is something I really want to continue. This is a great fusion of genres and in a fusion such as this normally one genre gets cut out. Doesn't hurt that all these other plots are going on and they're making a pretty interesting story.
This whole episode is A-mazing! What a wonderful pace and action! (Please drama gods do not let this drama spiral out!) While the ending may not have been as TOTALLY awesome as the last one. You can't help but feel happy that the revelation that food, well kindness, is the true path to a man hearts. Even trumping beauty and sexiness. ^_-
