SILLIEST SURGEON EVER
This is what I call the most unprofessional immature silliest doctor that comes with one of most difficult profession that requires so much education, professionalism, training, maturity and critical thinking but this woman blew it all by her ridiculous stupidity. I don't buy it...seriously...She's beautiful but so annoying acting...ugh! Drama was full exaggeration bad acting, so much sighing/panting, dialog delivered loud.Story line was ridiculous, beyond dense fantasy imagination:
Oh Sung Moo the comic creator famous 'W', the father of residence cardiothoracic surgeon Oh Yeon Joo, mysteriously went missing while writing the last chapter of his webtoon "W". Yeon Joo went to his office looking, but a hand from his monitor suddenly pulled her in, and she found herself on the rooftop of a hotel, next to a bloodied man (Lee Jong-Suk). She managed to save the person, only to realized that he's Kang Cheol, the main character of her father's webtoon as she's transferred to the different dimension of comic life. Yeon Joo later discovered she can only enter and leave the webtoon depending on Kang Cheol's feelings. Some twists and adding plots, Kang Cheol went in to the reality world and learned that her father was the one who's been trying to kill him by any means to end webtoon. Some more twists and changing plots, they're together as married couple, then it wasn't - back and forth in both world.
Kang Cheol (Park Jung-Suk)
He's the eye candy, gorgeous young single rich man who looked for the murderer of his family, been through much in his younger self as he's being accused and jailed as the main suspect of murder. As a perfect sharpshooter, he gained his wealth by doing many businesses, life was great luxuries. He just didn't understand much when he did something he felt like the urge without sense, why someone kept trying to end his life without indication of traces. He then realized he's actually the main character of comic, authored by Oh Sung Moo whose intention to end the story as he wanted to stop getting pull into the comic himself. Mysteriously the comic created itself without the author knowing how and it kept 'to be continue' for the next chapter again and again magically. Some other intervention from different (ghostly) 'being' recreating this comic.....I would know if I'd continue watching. I think only Park Jung-Suk that wasn't yelling when he delivered his dialog, that's his positive beside his good look.

Scenografia accettabile.
Ost insipida (di quelle non memorabili).

However... around episode 7, I couldn’t follow the story at all. It’s a complete mess. I’m at episode 9 (I seriously don’t know if I can continue to watch) I just spent the last 30 seconds laughing about how I wasted 9 hours of my life for a story that has no direction. I *seriously* don’t know what is happening at this point of the story, much less where the story is going. I’m wondering how this can drag on for 7 more episodes. It seems the concept changes every episode.
What’s even happening?! ????
This could have been a good show. I’ll more than likely force myself to finish it.
I will drag that out as long as possible.

This drama was so all over the place
Wow was this disappointing! The premise sounded really interesting which is what made me want to watch it in the first place. It starts off as such a great thriller and I couldn't wait to see what happened next. But! It hit episode 3 and I started to wonder where else it could possibly go. I felt like they had covered an entire season's worth of plot in a few episodes. Then it just started to derail and it never recovered. The actors were good and the sets were pretty, but this great concept was poorly executed.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
What a roller coster...
This drama started really strong for me, I was enjoying it so much, the plot was intriguing, the cast was so well picked and it made me glued to the screen. However the rest of the drama was kinda disappointing, and didn´t live for my initial expectations, to be fair is not like it was bad and maybe it isn´t just my style, but the sudden plot twists and the 'backs and forth' left me annoyed and the drama became at some point all of the same, you could even prevent what was going to happen because of how predictable it was, it just gave the impression like it wasn´t well thought or planned and that the actor just did whatever it came to his mind with no logic whatsoever. Aside from that, it had the right portion of funny moments but also dramatic ones, it was an interesting idea of a story and overall worked pretty well with some gaps in the execution.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
about the actress playing yeon joo, i liked her, the acting was nice, didn't feel like she was going overboard when depicting an emotional scene. however, i just wished her character was somehow... idk... BETTER?? seriously disliked the fact that she didn't have much to do other than romance, doing emotional scenes and following what other characters told her to do... i don't want to be unnecessarily harsh though, bc i know this is how it works in the drama world lol.
all the other actors did an amazing job, especially oh seong moon and han seol!! they both played their roles with convinction!
the plot was really interesting, i personally never watched anything like this so it felt very original and well done!! i just wished the writing was better in some parts, but otherwise the whole story was pretty interesting and engaging. you don't feel like dropping the drama at all!!
the music was nice, not amazing, not bad... didn't LOVE it but didn't dislike it either, so it was average for me.
rewatch value? maybe no, because i don't watch the same thing again twice lol, and anyways you know all the twists, it wouldn't feel like the first time. but it is a good and engaging drama to watch, hence if you're hesitating, you should definitely give it a try!!
for me it's a 7/10!

THE CHEMISTRY BETWEEN OUR MAIN COUPLE: Our main couple Oh Yeon-Joo(played by Han Hyo-Joo) who is the daughter of the author of the webtoon "W", and our main hero of the webtoon Kang Chul(played by Lee Jong-suk). The chemistry was there! Was it over the roof? No, but it was still there and that's important!
HOW IT ENDS(*Mild spoilers*): I expected much sadder Ending then we got, that shocked me(don't know really why). For me the ending was satisfying, I really liked the last episode. To be very honest it felt a little rushed, but still good.

Good plot, FL character is frustrating
The story was well done but towards the end, I did have frustrations towards the FL's lack of urgency. I mean, the man she loved was about to die and she was still walking. Really? My favorite part of the drama was probably the manhwa effects as they were very well done and edited. I feel like the chemistry between ML and FL was not that strong but it didn't hinder the plotline too much so it was okay. Since the story itself already had more than the lead's romance, I was still able to watch it despite my intense frustration with the female lead.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
