Fight For My Way (2017)

- sport plays a big role in both MLs lives, Ssireum in one case, MMA in the other
- in LFiS, the ML is also questioning his capacity to accomplish his dream but finds renewed motivation for the sport he loves

Differences :
The character's personalities are very different in each drama and LFiS also adds the murder/investigation theme to the mix so the overall vibe is different but the romance is quite similar

“Fight My Way” does a great job of balancing the sport with the feelings of nostalgia and longing for that first love.

Both the female lead and male lead characters and personalities are similar.
They both are friends to lovers and very fun to watch.

Both are about boxing; the protagonists struggle and use boxing as their way to get by. Similar vibes overall, except that romance plays a huge part in Fight For My Way.

Both are about bestfriends falling in love. Like the ML know the FL so much that they are in doubt if they will ever be together, but finally, they did get together and it was so worth it.

similar to fight my way in that they are long time friends entering into the adult world, leading to growth and change which includes feelings for one another from platonic to romantic when one gets into a new romantic relationship. hence the title.

Both of them dealing with a bunch of friends and the hardships of youth. And in the end a couple gets together which wouldn't be expected at first glance.

-Leads have been friends for the longest time.
-They did not expect for eachother to fall in love.
-They're both working in different fields at first.
-ML is always protecting the FL.
-They're all trying to overcome obstacles and build a name for eachother in their desiring industries.

One of both the leads is a sports person and a reporter, both are rom-com and both dramas have the leads dealing with difficulty in life.

Both are dramas about friends who have known each other for years and are very comfortable with each other, but who have been dating other people and are really bad at recognizing, accepting, and being open about their feelings.

Both dramas focus on the love interests of four friends. Go back couple focuses on a couple who return to their past and rekindle their romantic relationship, whilst Fight for my way FL and ML start out as childhood friends but progress into a romance as the show develops.

They both have the same comedy vibe both hilarious
both have fighting
both have friendship and romance
both side characters are funny
if you like one you should love the other

Relationship between the main couple has similar feeling (a bit like brother&sister, lots of playful teasing, not too much drama).

Funny, cute, romantic, a few dark moments here & there, some unrealistic things but hey, it's a drama, not real life, you'll enjoy this and have a good laugh and hopefully some butterfly in your tummy :))

Both shows:
