10/10 is my rating. This South Korean tv drama aired in 2017 and spanned 16 episodes (45 minutes/episode).Life and love happen to long time friends Ko Dong-man (Park Seo-joon) and Choi Ae-ra (Kim Ji-won). Dong-man is a formerly famous martial arts fighter who fell from fame Choi Ae-ra works in a department store but dreams of much bigger things.
Spoiler 🚨 The descriptions and ratings do not do this show justice. It is one of my favorites and I will definitely be watching it again and recommending it to everyone who will listen. I can't think of anything that I would change. It reminded me a bit of "Rocky Balboa" but just a bit. It was it's own special and very unique story. If you are an Asian Drama Fan and like great story lines, sizzling chemistry, friendship and character growth - you don't want to miss this one. These two actors now top my list and I will be looking for other things they are in.

Very refreshing
I found this drama really refreshing. There are no cliche chaebols fighting for power over a company (which is the most boring plot ever!), no evil future mothers-in-law, no supernatural powers. Just pure joy of watching (more or less) ordinary, down-to-earth people "fighting for their way". The acting is good, the plot is interesting but not too complicated to follow from episode 1, the dialogues keep your attention, there are only a few prolonged scenes of someone crying ;-) I lamost didn't use the fast forward button, which I usually do while watching dramas. I highly recommend this drama to viewers who are bored with chaebol stories, robot love stories, supernatural powers stories, and other totally unrealistic plot devices.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

De esos dramas que empiezas porque conoces a casi todo el elenco y de verdad no te esperas mucho pero luego te encuentras con personajes en sus 20 que están atravesando por lo mismo que tú y que te enamoran todos en diferentes medidas.Por un lado tenemos una pareja aun no formada y otra formada que está al borde de una ruptura, y la química y el enganche de cada historia están mano a mano. Aunque mi favorita fue la "main couple" simplemente porque soy muy fan del actor, lo cierto es que cada historia por separado y la historia de las parejas son buenísimas y te tienen en vilo. El desarrollo de la historia en sí es bastante gratificante si tomamos en cuenta lo lentas que suelen ser las novelas coreanas. No hay nadie que sobre en elenco ni ninguna escena que eliminar. Es precioso ver cómo van creciendo los personajes y van luchando por abrirse camino (jajaja).
Lo único que cambiaría de la historia quizá es el tema de la madre e hija que nunca se han visto. Me parece que te van dejando pistas a lo largo de toda la serie y en los últimos capítulos lo meten de sopetón para poder cerrar esa trama. Si se hubiese desarrollado desde la mitad de la historia o un poquito antes creo que hubiera encajado mucho mejor y no hubiese sido de esa trama que te deja con una mano delante y otra detrás porque no la entiendes.

Park Seo-Joon is AMAZING!!!
Il mio voto lo ammetto è molto condizionato dal fatto che Park Seo Joon è il protagonista. Per me è un attore completo, bravissimo sia nelle parti divertenti che in quelle drammatiche e naturalmente è bello bello bello. Lo adoro e solo la sua presenza alza il voto di un punto.“Fight for my way” è un drama Friends to Lovers. Ma dire che è solo questo è riduttivo. Infatti, ci racconta la storia di quattro amici che arrancano nella vita ma non smettono di cercare di realizzare i propri sogni.
Un drama divertente ma che tratta anche tematiche più complesse senza mai scendere nel drammatico.
Vi consiglio la visione perché è una commedia che vi farà passare delle ore spensierate e perché c’è Parkino che è fantastico.

Do not hesitate to watch
I was pushing away this drama for years thinking it is nothing I would like. It sounded so boring to watch ordinary people who struggle in life and moved from friends to lovers….blah..I am so glad I gave it a try, finally, and currently is in my top 10 SK dramas!
It is still a story about an ordinary people, but it conveys so many messages and fill your chest with inspiration and courage!
Yes, they all struggle, but for a first time it didn’t seemed suffocating to watch how poor and unsuccessful they are (at the beginning). They all were constantly growing and developing through the entire series.
What else? Awesome comedy, Nice story, Villain who is believable, Friendship, some drama and so much more!

A heartwarming, down to earth masterpiece
I recently rewatched this drama for the second time and it was still as great as it was the first time. The drama is extremely human and takes you on an adventure with 4 childhood friends as they navigate through their late 20's to find their dreams and love along the way. I can confidently say that there is not one thing I can knit pick on this drama and I give it all my stars.To sum up my thoughts on this drama: "THIS SH*T'S HILARIOUS" and "I feel that, to my core" are some words that come to mind and I would recommend this to anyone whose looking for a relatable funny drama, I can guarantee this drama will fill the shoes perfectly.
Sidenote: The amount of memes that came out of this drama alone is off the charts and that just tells you how great it is.

I haven't watched a drama this good in a lonnngggg time. All four main characters were interesting and captivating in their own ways and I never had the urge to skip or fast forward (rare for me lately!) I love how easy and effortless it was to watch this show, every hour felt like ten minutes and I'll definitely be rewatching.

Two words: WATCH IT
This is one of the most unique and heart-warming shows in my opinion, and I've rewatched it multiple times by now.We see 2 beautiful couples who grew up as childhood best friends, they know and understand each other better than anyone ever could. What makes this series so special is how it portrays real-life problems that many people face, chasing your dreams and its many many barriers.
However, it is precisely when these barriers arise that these best friends turned couple are able to support each other through difficult and challenging times, and I find that incredibly endearing and beautiful.
Acting was top-notch and the story itself contains deep messages, the pace was perfect for me neither rushing nor dragging at all.

O enredo realista é um diferencial neste drama foi muito bom e bem executado, gostei muito dos diálogos também e de como trataram a busca pelo sonho de forma real como realmente é, como conquistar um lugar ao sol é difícil para alguns. Como somos na maioria das vezes rotulados antes sequer te termos uma chance , e como foi interessante ver eles lutarem contra isso e provarem para si mesmos e ao mundo que eles mereciam sim uma chance , eu me identifiquei muito com isso.
Os protagonistas são ótimos e essa é a primeira vez que eu realmente me interessei pelo casal secundário , as histórias deles eram interessante e me peguei torcendo por eles todo momento.
A protagonista principal é ótima, divertida, inteligente determinada, destemida não é aquela mocinha indefesa fofa que vemos muito por ai pelo contrário nesse drama ela protege, ela briga e se for necessário até morde para defender quem ama , achei incrível a personalidade dela. Outro ponto a ser enaltecido é o romance dela com o protagonista masculino, gente eu amei a química entre os dois era ótima, me divertir demais com esses dois, foi muito bom de ver o progresso do sentimento deles um pelo outro.
O protagonista masculino também não ficou para trás adorei a atuação, seu personagem era divertido , determinado e muito amoroso do jeito dele. temos também nesse drama aqueles clichês e algumas pontas soltas porém não me incomodaram muito.
Em fim fim recomendo muito que você assista esse drama, é leve , cheio de humor porem usaram tudo de forma equilibrada e ainda sim conseguem abordar um assunto sério de uma forma bem realista e simples.
