Before you start the review, it's going to be a long as review because I just like to spoil everything for everyone. lmao, jks. pls read on :)

Story:
The synopsis isn't even right. I swear that is google translated or like when it's like do you want to translate from thai to english lmao. Anyway, I'm going to write two synopsis; one, where it's short and maybe won't make sense, lmao & the second one, obviously the whole story plot for those who enjoys major major massive spoilers.:) So pls choose...

1. Kiew's mother has cancer and under some circumstances they both end up living in Peat's house. Peat, not understanding and doesn't even want to hear an explanation from his father assumes she is the new mistress, (due to the fact that his late mother had just passed away not too long ago) & that Kiew is the love child who had come to take away his fortunes. He decides to make their life a living hell so that they would leave, but no matter what he does, they didn't leave. After some problems, Peat leaves Thailand to Korea to study & at this point no one knew where he had gone. Four years later, he returns to Thailand and starts working at his father's company competing against Kiew, as his revenge scheme.
2.
The story is about Peat & Kiew (obviously), they first meet each other in college and I guess you could say love at first sight. After some more problems, Kiew's mum ends up at the hospital and ends up having an agreement with Peat's dad to let him adopt her. She becomes the adoptive daughter and more shit happens and Peat finally leaves Thailand to Korea & no one could find him until Kiew ends up in Korea for a university trip. There, they patch up and starts to understand each other until news broke out that Peat's dad adopted Kiew as his daughter and the heiress to the company. & so again, he lost the trust that they had just been bonding over. Four years later, he graduates and returns to Thailand on the same day that Kiew was introduced into the company. His dad not knowing he had came back was shock to see his son at the introductory but was glad and happy that he has returned. Peat openly announces that he has come back to take back what belongs to him & so the beginning of revenge begins. More problems happens and then he ends up in the hospital due to a motorbike incident where he finds out he is actually not the son of his dad. Feeling remorse for all the bad things he had done and said to his father and Kiew, he leaves the hospital and a search party ensues; Kiew finds him and they fight and ..... the moment of truth where he confess and tells her everything, the reasons why he started his revenge and basically everything. He takes her to his late mother's house where their love blossom into something more, but little did she knows and including everyone, was that he has started his revenge again (spoiler: because he read something from his mother's diary). They get caught in BED, yes BED, together and so Peat decides to marry Kiew to resolve it. //
Okay, stopping here because this is basically the entire drama, just that I haven't explain what happens after their marriage, but you can already guess it and I did write it, saying he takes revenge again, but this is another different revenge scheme as he gets marries to her. When I watched this live on the website, it was a real cliffhanger to me because obviously I couldn't understand Thai fully but maybe to some of you guys it might seems repetitive which I'd say it is because this drama is a revenge drama and so obviously it'll just be revenge right? But I actually really enjoyed this drama, even though it is really tiring to watch at some point but like it's not that bad and it has the highest ratings for it's time slot compares to others. There are some episodes where it takes soooooo long to just get to the point, and I felt that was really unnecessary, the first couple of episodes flew by really quick which made me draw into each individual characters and made me want to stay and see what's going to happen in the next episodes. & guys, pls let me know, was I the only who could not watch ep 23, like I just laughed throughout the whole episodes? Like there was something about it that was really off. but ep 24 did justice for me so oh well, haha, even though I did felt like it was a bit rushed especially from 23 transitioning to ep 24 it was like bam bam bam, like there wasn't that feeling of feeling bad for Peat but oh well. & oh, I lived for Khata's and Pa's scenes like, it just made me happy seeing them have banters at each other.

Cast/Acting:
Kiew: She is your typical nice, caring woman, knows right from wrong and doesn't give headaches to the parents. I really enjoyed seeing Bua play this type of character and so different from her character that she played earlier this year. There isn't really anything for me to critique because she is good at her role like I don't think I wasn't unhappy with anything she did in the drama.
Peat: omg, where should I start, lmao. yes he has the look and yeah that's preetty much it. lmao. jokes aside but I never really read the comment, I only do so to see if a drama is worth watching but there was so many saying that he only has the look and they couldn't really get through the drama. Honestly, it wasn't that bad like his acting, at first was kind of off and plus in episode 23 because I just couldn't take it seriously but other than that it was pretty good. Like his character is supposed to be an arrogant, jerk, self centered, only love myself kind of dude because of the lack of love he got from his dad and plus his mother bought him up like that, and feeding him with lies about his dad, I mean half of them was true and half of them was not. Some even said he was misogynist but I don't think his character is supposed to be portrayed like that. Like you can clearly see that he has Chaya as his girl friend and plus he loves Kiew so I don't know what definition yalls be using for misogynist, lol. His character was pretty tiring to see at times but trust me yalls, it actually is pretty good. The fact that he was just so driven with anger, and revenge just made him forgot who he really is, to his friend, he is a really warm-hearted young man, who speaks his mind and straight forward when he doesn't like something.
Kriss: I would say Kriss is the mysterious person in a group of friends. haha. He is someone that you wouldn't be able to tell if he is sincerely happy or being annoyed. Kriss' character is someone that would do anything for the person he loves aka Chaya, he does everything to make Chaya happy. I would say that Kriss has so much anger building inside from all the things that Peat does to Chaya that he starts to revenge Peat as well. But the truth is, I guess he just wanted to be notice by Chaya and to make her realise that Peat isn't the one for her. He actually is a really kind person, who helped Kiew in a lot of hardships & in the first half of the drama, he wasn't taking sides, he knew when to side with his friends or when not too. Especially when Chaya becomes Peat's supposedly "mistress".
Chaya: This girl was a really sad character. She just wanted to be noticed by Peat and she stood by him through thick and thin. I would totally blame it on Peat, he knew that Chaya loved him for so many years but he never once told her that he doesn't like her in that way. When she shows him affections he just brush it off sometimes and doesn't really say anything. At some point I was really annoyed with her character, like it was that good that I got so annoyed and just couldn't really comprehend with it. Basically as a nang rai, you guys would understand what her role is, but like I didn't even blame it on her because she was just a girl, in love and just wanted Peat to her self. Oh, spoiler, she get's leukemia and I thought she was going to stop her craze love for Peat but no, she sides with Kriss to take revenge. That's what got me real fucked at this point.
Khata & Pa: You don't really get to see these two character a lot cause they were the support character but I lived for their scene. Khata is that friend that is always stuck in the middle and doesn't choose sides. He lectures his friends to make them realise that they are doing wrong shits. but nobody gives a damn. haha. Pa is that best friend any one could ever ask for. She chooses her friend in a blink of an eye and is ready to fight. I can't say a lot because not a lot of scenes revolves around them but like most of the scenes you see is they being together and always having banter which was the best. haha.

Music:
I really enjoyed the music. Especially the opening and ending song, after I went to read the lyrics it made more sense.

Overall:
If you think this is some sort of infidelity or incest drama, you are WRONG gurl. go watch it. :)

First off: I rarely watch revenge lakorns, mostly because no self-respecting man or woman should put up with that kind of abuse, let alone FALL IN LOVE with their abuser. I watched this one because it's the same director who did Full House, and I ADORED Full House.
WARNING: RANT AHEAD

THINGS I LIKED: Directing is exemplary (as usual). I especially like how this director humanizes the nang rai; Chaya really wasn't evil for the sake of being evil. They portray Chaya as someone who is so desperate for love that she will do anything for it. Childish, but mostly realistic.
The music was good, mostly. The dramatic music was definitely overused, though.
Peat and Kiew's chemistry was AMAZING.
Peat is SUPER HOT.
The romance between Kiew's friend and the bar owner guy was SO CUTE and serious relationship goals.
Those few episodes where Peat and Kiew were happy together made me so happy, though they were fleeting.
I was glad they showed how hurt Peat was. Instead of being just an angry guy up to his eyeballs in revenge, they showed us that underneath all that, he was deeply hurt (not that that justifies anything). In short, I loved the emotional depth of the characters.
I liked Kriss a lot until I realized in ep 9 he was probably evil.
The story is mostly unique; it followed a few stereotypes, but everything else felt very original.

Now for THINGS I DISLIKED (here comes the rant):
The overused dramatic music.
Peat was WAY TOO CRUEL. I desperately wanted Kiew to find somebody, anybody, better than him so she could stop suffering. I couldn't even be happy they ended up together at the end because Peat was so abusive.
Pest and Kiew's dad. I HATED the BS of "use your love to thaw Peat's heart because he still loves you." How DARE he ask Kiew to endure more abuse based on the TINY possibility Peat actually loves her! It doesn't matter if Peat still loves her, when he is abusive to her, he deserves JAIL. Period.
Chaya and Kriss. Honestly I would've shipped it if Kriss hadn't tried to ASSAULT her that one time. Messed up.
Peat's repentance came too quickly. It should've been a slow process of him learning from his mistakes, not one sudden revelation that made him good again.
Kriss. Oh, Kriss. His repentance scene is downright cringey. Not that I don't believe in repentance, but the guy TRIED TO KILL THEM AND RUIN ALL THEIR LIVES. NOT cool. Again, it's a slow process, not "Wow you just shot me but I forgive you cuz you said sorry haha lol BFFs 4ever!!" *facepalm*

Strangely, I still enjoyed the drama pretty well. I guess it's the same with all revenge lakorns: it's just a guilty pleasure. I've seen too many even more frustrating dramas to say this one was horrible, though I will say it could've been a lot horrible. If you like great chemistry in a guilty-pleasure lakorn, this one hits the mark.

I am writing my first review out of frustration, THIS IS SO BAAAD.

DONT WATCH IT!

It's so frustrating, nerve wracking, bad, and above of all THERE IS NO LOVE. The male lead assumes that he loves the female lead but no no thats absolutely not love, he keeps hurting her in sake of his revenge which doesnt make any sense. and whats even more frustrating that she keeps following him and forgiving him LIKE WHAT THE HELL. Also, the ending doesnt make any sense. If i can give the ratings a zero, it would be better even 1 is too much for this trash. Please save your time and your nerves on this BAD drama.

I WONT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

P.s: Sorry for the caps, but i am writing this out of anger.

this drama had tears, happiness and anger and sometimes all at the same time!
i loved the drama overall and i feel like some of the episodes leaves you at edge and addicted at the same time.
the story is not like other dramas that has all the time happiness, but as the episodes goes on you will see improvement with the story and will have better understanding. you could see at the start of the drama peat had some kind of feeling to kiew but he never like to show or express his feelings. even when he started his revenge he's is not only hurting because he loves her but he also makes her give up on him of how much rage he have. but as the episodes moves on it will get better and better. and of course there isn't only sad scenes between both couples, there are also happy scenes. even though he's taking revenge on her but you can tell he is laughing and smiling when he's with her and having a good time.
the person that makes me laugh and makes the drama lovable in the middle of a misery is the maid, she is so funny and hilarious, without her, you will cry throughout the drama without a smile or a giggle on your face.
chaya is the one that made me feel sorry for her, because she doesn't like to accept reality then peat is not interested in her more than a friend, even though he used her for her revenge but not realising she will get hurt at the end.
kriss is a good guy but his hatred began to peat is when he could't stand chaya was loving peat and all she talks about is him all the time which is hurtful to kriss and i understand how he wants to get revenge on peat because kriss knows he's just using chaya for revenge.
katha is a sweet guy that tries to protect his friendship with others but it kind of falls apart with all the revenge that is happening with others. he tries to help other as much as he can but he doesn't get appreciated except when he is with pa

overall i love the music and makes the drama better with it.

overall story is a MUST WATCH!!! it amazing and its on my list for re-watch. its just amazing.
if you guys hesitate like me, i think you should give it a try before you judge the drama by its trailer or synopsis!

Oh, TBSC, you had me at the intriguing synopsis, and that's... it.

For a Thai Lakorn, it has EVERY single stereotype evident in the dramas we either love, hate, love to hate, or hate to love.

I've watched handfuls of Thai Lakorns, and depending on the 'spin,' of what Korean dramas refers to as 'Makjang' (over the top, dramatic, plot twists and storylines and character developments), it can be a turn off, or lead you to a surprising interest in the drama unfolding. This drama barely does either of those things.

So if you've gotten this far into my review, without pushing it aside (granted, a 3 rating may seem a little harsh), but for those who are going to take a deep dive into TBSC, I have to warn you: it's a cringy mess.

And that's mainly because of the main lead, Peat. He's spoiled, petty, childish, and has no sense of shame when it comes to his actions. I literally felt like I was watching a temperamental 5-year-old who lost his favourite toy or who wants someone else's toy, and who will stomp around, cry, and pout until they get what they want and then blame everyone else because you didn't get what you like. Usually, this kind of behaviour passes when the child realizes their mistake and they learn and grow from it, but for Peat, it lasts 22ish episodes. Lord have mercy.

There were times I honestly felt like the chemistry between Peat and Kiew was genuinely wasted because of tasteless writing (because their sweet moments were really beautiful). If there was more complexity to the decisions behind Peat (he's just so 'broken,' and doesn't know how to 'love' so it's the duty of the woman to 'fix him'). Then we would have more of a compelling story. Because he just simply comes across as a jerk the more the story develops. The amount of sympathy you had for him at the beginning (because it's really a sad situation for his mother) slowly fades because of his violent outbursts and personal pity parties. No matter how much Kiew (our female lead) did to bring some semblance of justice or love or understanding to him. He wasn't just rude (I mean, some male leads can do a lot of brushing off and I get it because they were hurt). But this goes into full cruelty mode. And he uses another woman, Chaya, to get his way. Even if I 'hated,' her attitude, she literally had heart-shaped glasses on for Peat, and he used that to his advantage, which at the end of the day, even if Chaya was horrible to Kiew, Peat still let her do it all for his 'revenge.' The more sympathy I had for Chaya, and I really didn't like her to begin with (mainly, her arrogance).

It felt more of a drama about Kiew taking over the emotional babysitting of a guy who didn't deserve any of her time. Who continuously walked all over her feelings, and at the end of the day, we're supposed to forgive him because he actually really loved her all along? I've had better experiences with betrayal/revenge/love stories where even if the male lead is angry at the female lead (who he eventually falls for), where there's still level-headedness. Even if there is anger and frustration behind certain events. I've watched 'Secret,' (a really amazing Korean drama) twice now, and it amazes me how the writer-nim managed to balance such a tragic scenario (I won't spoil that drama), but it has a similar vibe to this one; it was just executed much more better. Because it actually gives the male lead times to develop, and rationalize in ways that Peat just doesn't.

And then there's the father... don't get me started on this man. For him to push Kiew the way he did: to fix the broken heart that Peat has (mind you, he was also partly responsible), and for her to get hurt timelessly, was just so sad and disappointing to watch. When Kiew deserved to be given space, time to reflect, she had Peat pushed her way, or Peat would barge into her life and demand her attention in ways that were demeaning. The more he hurt her, the more cringy it got. The more you think it can't get worse. It just does. I just wanted Kiew to be in a better situation, and I wanted her needs to me met. I wanted her to go away for a period of time to discover and find herself again, and maybe fall in love again, but no... we get a recycled so-called 'happy ending'

The only reason I gave this a 3 was because of Pa and Patha (their friends), and the amazing housekeeper who had a grip on most of the situations. I wish I could have seen Pa and Patha more. They were literally the one voices of reason. And Pa, bless her soul. Being so protective of Kiew, through and through.

I watched this until the end, despite my issues with it, because I thought it would develop more differently, and I was greatly disappointed in the end. The fact is, there are better Thai dramas, even with this kind of genre. If you want to sit back and witness the drama unfold. Unfortunately for TBSC, there's just so much heartache for any much needed 'cathartic' feelings as a viewer we might get after seeing the light after the storm.

First and foremost DO NOT WATCH THIS SHOW if you don't like revenge lakorns.
Honestly I LOVE the lead actors, and that is the main reason I chose to watch this. It has such high ratings and has been recommended highly. I guess one the problem about my opinion is that I had high expectations. Anyways here is what I think:
The cafe romance was cute. His best-friend and her best-friend and a sweet and nice love story. Their acting, though, was a lot shoddier than you would expect from lakorns.
I understand and sympathize (sort of) with Chaya's intentions. She just wanted love, her methods were wrong, but desperate people do stupid things. Her feelings and struggles with her own humanity was portrayed quite well.
Kriss, Man oh man. This guy is a confusing character, seriously. he goes crazy with jealousy and the fact that there is no justice around him but his change of character was a joke in the end. He shot his best friend and was going to kill others and in a split second everything changed. I was literally getting goosebumps because the resolution was so cringe-y.
Kiew, I dont know what to say about her. She was a strong character mostly, but I guess love makes you weak. The kind of pain Peat was inflicting on her, no woman should bear it. This is 2019 for Gods sake. Does a woman really need to bear all of that and then stay with the guy? And what the hell is up with her father. I dont understand why any father would encourage his daughter to stay with a man like Peat. If someone treated my daughter like that I would have put him in jail or at-least sued him for emotional torture.
Peat, wow! At first I understood his anger and emotions, but after their marriage it didnt make any sense. I understand he wanted to punish his father but what was Kiew's fault in all this. DIdnt he think about that even once when he was away for 4 years or so. The way he treated her it never felt like he truly loved her. He was literally abusing her and thats not okay. He even cheated on her. He used Chaya to such a degree that any woman would go crazy. I dont get why in his thirst for revenge he destroyed Chaya and her life in such a manner. She was sort of an innocent outsider. He literally treats the women in his life as trash. A man like that who hurts his friends and "so called love of his life" in such a manner can never make anyone happy. At the end of the show I hated him so much that I wanted Kiew to walk away forever. So, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED when they ended up together.

I’ll be real with everyone here and tell you all that the only reason why I continued watching was because of Pete and Kiew’s chemistry. Production wise was great but the plot seemed messy as well as the timing of how secrets were revealed and how it should’ve been exposed which was disappointing because the actors and actresses had so much potential and they deserved a better plot—or so, a stronger storyline with better character development. NOW, because the actors and actresses actually had potential and amazing acting skills, it drew me towards the drama because if the characters have chemistry, girl I’m all in just because most Lakorns nowadays somewhat doesn’t give me the tingly sensation of butterflies when seeing the two protagonist together but THIS drama did THAT to me. Like I mentioned before, Kiew and Pete’s chemistry were the only reason I continued because it was SPOT ON; it made me smile, laugh and scream. If you’re someone who’s a realist and can’t differentiate from a drama plot to real life as well as constantly comparing the plot and characters to logic, I wouldn’t recommend this drama BUT if you’re someone who enjoys killing their time and can have a good time no master the situation just because fan-girling over your next OTP is a hobby, I definitely recommend you to watch this just because the two protagonist are coming back with another drama this following year.

This show was definitely a roller coaster ride of extreme emotions. It went from happy cute scenes to serious angst so fast you can't help but be left speechless and then erupt into whatever crazy emotion the episode ended with.

Things I liked:
Peat and the way Pon gave life to & expressed this character. Every scene where Peat is remembering his Mum & her sad lonely life, every scene where he feels unloved & unwanted by his Dad & his resentment towards him, every scene where you feel his pain when suddenly his love for Kiew turns taboo, every scene where you see him hurting more every time he hurts Kiew..... I loved them all. Peat is a very grey shaded character whose actions are bordering on despicable many times but Pon with the director's guidance added this touch of vulnerability to even his cruelest scenes so that even though you hate him for his actions you are still very much on his team and you want him to get his act straight & finally be happy.

Pon & Bua's chemistry was so very amazing right from the cute, loving scenes to the extreme angst scenes. They played off of each others expressions & body language really well. Beyond happy that we are gonna be getting another show with the 2 of them very soon.

The story line was not dragged which is always a good thing. Would have loved more happy moments between Peat & Kiew but everything was still all good.

A Strong female lead. Kiew never took Peat's nonsense quietly. She is hurt because of him, she still loves him but she always fought back. The moment she finds out that it was all an act she asks for a divorce. Our girl was not gonna be a doormat and have Peat use her against Khun Nai. I liked that....

The music was good especially some of the BGM's... they really added the right emotion to some of the scenes. Absolutely love the piano BGM.

Katha & Pa were too cute, was rooting for them from their very first scene

The things I really really disliked
I love Peat but he made me so mad with the whole revenge drama of his. I felt he had every right to be mad at Khun Nai but to use Kiew & even Chaya in his whole reenactment of what was done to his mother was not right. I would have preferred if he fought like a man if you will instead of using women especially the woman he loves and a friend who stood by him even at his stupidest.

The way Khun Nai was shown as this poor loving Dad with a bratty son. I mean kind Sir you started all this drama when you were never a present father or husband to Peat & his mum. I mean come on what son would not hold the resentments Peat held against Nai when he saw from a very very young age a mother who was sad and lonely and who he found crying coz her husband didn't love her and a father who hardly has any time for him but then has all the time & affection in the world for Sa & Kiew. I am all for Nai changing for the better after Panee died but the villainizing of Peat felt too extreme when this man here was the root cause of all Peat's misery.

Chaya was a mess. I mean the way she blindly supported Peat in all his dumb actions... no woman that is not love.

Kris was not necessarily a character I liked but I wasn't really bothered by him either. He didn't really add much to the story for me, just another person that hated Peat & was done with him and we already have many of those

But all in all loved this show, I keep rewatching it again and again.

So when I first saw a clip of this show on youtube, I instantly was attracted to the male lead. The actor does a fine job of portraying the ML and dare I say, he is very interesting. What makes him interesting is that he shows vulnerability and pain and weakness. The actor makes every emotion believable and when you see the ML in pain, you can feel it.

However, no matter how much I loved the actor. I hated his character. The ML is a selfish, manchild who berates others. He is emotionally abusive to the FL who btw does so much and goes out of the way to make him happy. One moment says he loves her, the next he betrays her. And having to watch this poor girl go through so much pain to get this guy made me sad. If anything, it is sad that the relationship portrayed here in the show is a reflection of what goes on in abusive relationships.

I would have loved it if the ML redeemed himself in some sort of way, however, he never goes through a believable process for the viewer to be truly satisfied at the fact that he does end up with the FL at the end.

The FL herself is independent, rational, and had so much potential to be better. Rather than the drama portraying the FL moving on from the ML and encouraging individual growth, she slowly destroys herself in the name of love for a boy who doesn't deserve her.

All in all, this show will make you feel angst. A whole bunch. The chemistry between the leads are incredible. You can feel their pain. You can feel the hatred and love the ML has for the FL, however, his hatred takes over his love for her. Sadly, its nothing, but an abusive, manipulative relationship. The side characters are all one dimensional. You have the jealous best friend who wants the ML all to herself and plots to get rid of the main FL, you have the guy best friend who has a crush on the jealous best friend, and then you have the neutral friends that wanna help keep the friend circle together. I was severely disappointed in watching this drama, and if you guys like angst then this drama is it. There is a lot of wrist grabbing, but if you are looking for a satisfying lovey-dovey, healthy couple, this drama might not be for you.

Yes, the main guy is a complete and total jerk and god it's extremely tiring in this damn stupid show. Honestly, I'm halfway watching this whole show and to be honest for all you people out there, it's not a terrible show. It's kind of hard to swallow because well it's a lakorn so of course it has the perfect amount of drama that you need, it's confusing, you'll literally say wtf for a majority of the show but honestly, it all ends up adding up in the end. To be completely honest with everyone, I liked the chemistry between the main characters; even though at first you're like are they siblings? They're not so let's clear that. They're actually really cute together despite the main lead being a complete and total asshole, which he is. He'll piss you off more than likely because he's a close minded entitled arrogant little bitch to be honest, but the main lead female is wonderful and a great actress and she's the perfect amount of caring, sweet and stupid all around. I liked the plot twist; it was kind of refreshing. But yes, the guy being a complete ASSHOLE is such a way's away from not watching this show. It pissed me off so bad but if you push through, it's truly not terrible. This show was a car accident though; you literally have nothing to do and nothing to do with it but you just can't look away and you don't want to. It's terrible and stupid but actually kind of good so despite the mixed reviews, I listened to the 2 good reviews honestly, this is not a terrible show. It's literally your average Thai Lakorn.

This is a lot better - if you are deciding either to watch this lakorn vs (what I like to call the reunion drama) Praomook, this one is the way to go. I watched Praomook with both Pon and Bua before watching this one, and I feel that, that drama was a step back in many ways. If anything, I felt that their chemistry was a lot better in this one, which makes zero sense to me as this one was their first together.

As for the storyline, I felt this one was a little more "justified" (and I use that word loosely) - we have a revenge story about a a boy named Peat who hated life because his father was never there for him and his mother, and around the same time his mother died, his father brings home another wife and adopted her daughter, Kiew, who happened to be the same girl he was starting to fall in love with at university. In a fit of rage, he is determined to get revenge on his father who was convinced was a adulterer, as well as Kiew, who be believed to be a gold-digger.

I feel like this story was broken out into a few different thoughts;

Peat having absolute zero trust in anyone, living off his prejudices and thinking the worst of people. He became almost this boy who called wolf character, where he kept doing bad, until the moment bad actually happened that he was not apart of, but it was too late and everyone associated him with anything bad that happened.

We very toxic friendship - Peat's friend group (him, Kriss, Chaya, and Katha) was this weird toxic energy where these people would do things to hurt one another, but Katha was trying to keep the glue together and justify that it is all love and we all get jealous sometimes. And I tried to accept this fact, but I feel like there is a line that is crossed when someone wants to seek revenge on you, so they kidnap your wife, steal from your company, pin it on you, and holds you at gun point. The way everything was fixed at the end was so casual, that I was anxious because how would you act around people like that after everything that had happened?

We saw a few different evils - Peat would emotionally manipulate people, but would mix his revenge in with his true feelings of love. We see this with his love with Kiew. It was almost like he was killing two birds with one stone - he got to act on his love for her, but also emotionally abuse her as a way to get back at his father. Both he can do while keeping her close. We saw Kriss's act out of jealousy and his love for Chaya. And maybe whoever is reading this will dislike me for saying this, but I enjoyed Kriss's chaos. I hated that he was doing this because of his love for Chaya, because honestly f*** that girl, but I felt that the story needed Kriss's revenge plot as a wake up call for Peat. I truly believe that Kiew's love wasn't enough for Peat to want to stop with his revenge plot. Maybe a 50 / 50. Kiew was his emotional support as she was always there to defend him and take care of him, but he didn't realize how much he needed that, until Kriss stepped up to the plate and all his thought out planning finally hit all at once. Then we have Chaya who I think was the true villain of this drama, right before Peat. Chaya was motivated by her interpterion of love - she acted like an empty vessel who would follow whoever he loved blindly. In this case, she was in love with Peat and everything she did was motivated by, if I follow him blindly, he will love me. If I help him ruin his relationship with everyone, all he will have is me and he will love me. I couldn't even count on my fingers and toes how many times she told Peat to love her, and asked Kiew to break up with him and convince Peat to marry her. But the thing I disliked the most about her was that she was like the devil on Peat shoulder - every time he seemed to come up for air and contemplate if his revenge was worth all the hurt he was causing Kiew, she would bury him back down and remind him that everyone sucks and is out to get him and all he needs is her. Honestly, her fate at the end of the the drama made me give this review and extra half a star.

Kiew, unlike Praomook, was a female lead I could get behind. Throughout her journey and emotional abuse, her morals remained the same, and if anything she became a stronger individual who spoke up and knew her limit. I disliked how long she supported Peat and his abuse, but I could empathize with her believing in her love for him and that he was acting out on revenge and wasn't being himself. She remained that support for him, even after all the bad he was doing, hoping that one day it would be enough and she would comfort him with open arms. But I did appreciate that she did have a line, and when Peat crossed it, she was out. And when she decided she was out, she committed. And it made me so happy that once everything related to revenge was figured out at the end, she was like, awesome, I am happy that you guys figured it out and have no more hate against one another, but you still abused me emotionally, and that changes nothing. Eventually, though, we get our happy ending, and all if forgiven (a bit too easily in my opinion). And I would be more upset, but I did enjoy all the lovey scenes between Peat and Kiew. I felt like there was so much love there between the characters and even maybe the actors.

I would say, if you enjoyed this one, don't bother to watch Praomook. Or you could watch that one first and then this one because this drama definitely saved the day.

From spicy to dicey

BHAHAHAHAHA Im wheezing. This drama just pushed surprised laughter out of me. This is so hilarious, I can't take anyone here seriously hahahaha

The storyline was interesting, juicy enough to keep you in your seat, but for God's sake, leave your brains out while watching this drama & think of it as comedy. Just watch it for the spice. Only then you won't feel insulted and defensive about the kind of thinking, gestures and morals exhibited and propagated here.

The FL is strong. The ML is trash. His trashiness is justified, I feel sorry for him, but he's still...Trash. Chaya is a hot woman who could have been strong & empowered, but chose to became a dirt rag for Peat. If only she had respected herself instead of giving priority to love, she would have been cool. Sadly, she isn't. She and the Ml are both crazy, manipulative refuse. The Fl's friend is a good friend and Kriss is a sensible friend in the ML's friend circle, who loves *someone* and respects the FL, disapproving Peat and Chaya's actions (thank god)...until he isn't.

WTF happened to Kriss 's character, the only sane one in the series, I respected so much, till the last 4 episodes? The producer just had to taint him huh? From being disgusted with his former crush's cheap, immoral decisions, to becoming her lapdog for revenge when she blinks her bambi eyes, he gave me a whiplash that sprained my neck and made me spew my water! I understand his wanting to harm Peat, but destroying the company? Is it because he has so much hatred for him that he doesn't want Peat to have a chance to inherit, even if it meant harming his friend, FL? Now he's even promising to ruin their relationship? You don't know what the heck happened to the story when even the last good person becomes waste matter.

TBH FL deserves better. Like waaaaaay better. Maybe Kriss thinks he's doing her a favour, but I didnt like the crazed look in his eyes. Correct me if I'm wrong but we always saw Peat's flashbacks of the FL, her qualities that he loves- sassiness, fun, warmhearted, caring personality; but I didn't FL's flashbacks of Peat's good qualities at all. Nada. Zilch.

Making him smile was like pulling teeth. And they were so fleeting. When he was happy, he actually had a motive behind it then too.

I understand that he was having a whiplash, burdened and destroyed be every consequent secret he found out, but man they literally never gave him a chance to heal. Neither in the story nor by his 'own' people. Where was the fanfare when returned, the care his father should have given him after realising his fault. He treated the FL, his daughter of 4 years more like his chid than his own son. Those 4 years time skip felt like a joke. They were useless, since his character never improved. He was still a hotheaded, self centred person (not completely though, he was always in pain, reacting with his mother in mind) -
He lost his mom
Got a new step mom within days of her demise
His dad treated them way warmly than his own family
His actions killed the step mom by mistake.
His love became his actual sister
He found out he was adopted
He found out that both parents cheated on each other, first induced by his father.
He basically became an orphan.

There is no loyalty in this drama whatsoever- between employee and employer, friend and crush, lovers, husband and wife, friends. Sheesh.
Another thing that ticked me of is his other best friend. GOD the kind of things Peat and Chaya. did- having an illicit affair, hurting family, manhandling women, dropping both women like hot potato to run after the other woman, & twice Chaya tried to kill the FL (yet no one found out) - and yet he was only concerned about their friend circle breaking up. Like, others outside his circle are none of his concern, as long as the 4s friendship isn't influenced. What an selfish, elementary way of thinking . But the minute he found out Kriss' actions, he readily decided to cut him off as a friend. It showed his favouritism. The way Kriss is turning out to be now (if he doesn't change)- all 4 of them were definitely meant to be best friends. They are all perfect assholes.

Sorry for the rant. I was watching this story from a realistic drama pov (what is realistic in a drama- the standards are way more lax and taken as a drama not measure acc to real life) & still couldn't handle the ludicrous insensitivity in here.
