What an awesome pair. They're so gorgeous together and there are some scenes that just makes you laugh so hard and root for them. It's really nice that they were given a chance to have their own drama after seeing them in Goblin. Yoo In Na is adorable and very likeable. I also love the supporting actors and their romantic storylines especially between Atty Choi and Atty Dan. They played their quirky characters so well, it was hilarious at times. This is just a lighthearted and fun drama to watch. Go and watch it now!

pls watch the show

im usually not a comedic fan i usually enjoy thriller horror or law/criminal kdramas but this was the first comedic drama ive watched and let me tell you it CHANGED my kdrama game. i honestly usually dont find romcom kdramas funny but the first episode had me DYIINGGG my laptop ur laptop samsungggg laptopppp girl the female lead was so funny. its crazy cuz i finished goblin and immediately watched this kdrama (if u know u know). the story line was kinda generic but it was still super interesting. the way they got into the story explaining how she cant act and explaining why and then the man who basically ruined her career coming back. it was super well written. the female lead is an actress in the drama like ... a terrible actress .... thats her literal role .... its insane. and so funny. the break up was a little random in my opinion but other than that it is one of the funniest kdramas ive ever watched.

I loved this drama from start to finish.

It was adorable and sweet and heartwarming. The story wasn't particularly inventive, but I loved the characters, and I LOVE the trope of the grumpy one falling for the sunshine one. I also love the chemistry between the leads. Additionally, I really rooted for the secondary couple as well. I can't get enough of Shim Hyung Tak and i really wish more of his dramas were subtitled.

I don't remember that much about the music.

If you're in the mood for a warm and fuzzy drama that will feel you with feels, watch this one.

I wanted to start watching this drama because of the cast since I loved Goblin. But at first, I was skeptical as I don´t like stories with actress/actor characters but I said I will survive it. And I don´t regret it.
The drama is light, romantic and funny. It´s perfect for sitting on the bed and let the story wash over you. I liked the main couple and enjoyed them getting together. Choi and Dan couple was great, too. I totally adored them and thanks to them I laughed so much. And after the main couple broke up they were the only reason I finished it.
This drama wasn´t perfect but acting, the story is good and I enjoyed it.
(And one additional star for this drama since it doesn´t have second male lead chasing after the female and her choosing between two males, hooray!)

Let Yoo In-Na and Lee Dong Wook Touch Your Heart!!!

What is the price of fame and integrity? Must one be sacrificed to insure the other? In this day and age, many celebrities are in the spotlight more than ever before. With social media being a constant problem, it’s more challenging than ever for celebrities to live their own lives. That’s not to say that it can’t be done. Some of the world’s biggest stars are able to separate their personal lives from stardom. Such people like Tom Cruise, Denzel Washington, and others are able to maintain their private lives while doing their job. For the most part, anyway.

If there as a “most common theme” for romantic comedies and dramas, it’s the “opposites attract” dynamic. It’s been done so often that it’s often a surprise when one that works actually manifests. “Hometown Cha Cha Cha” is still one of my all-time favorites because of its genuineness and not falling into the cliches that are so typical and rampant in such series. “Our Beloved Summer” is still my favorite series involving “young” love.

I saw the high ratings of this series, but I kept putting it off because I wasn’t sold on the fact that it wouldn’t be like every other one that’s come down the pike. Boy meets girl, they don’t get along, they magically start liking each other, a conflict arises (usually a third-party boy/girl who’s interested in one of our stars), and they resolve and get back together in the end.

What makes Touch Your Heart so endearing is the performance of Yoo In-Na and also Lee Dong Wook. Things start off in a typical fashion, but the journey is deeper than expected. And what surprised me was that the writer didn’t throw anything into the series to churn things up. They remained true to the characters. Another reviewer posted that this was a binge-worthy series. Frankly, I found myself starting out watching one episode, then two per day, and soon I was up to three. The reviewer wasn’t wrong in that.

A popular actress, Oh Yoon Seo finds her career nearly destroyed by a scandal involving drugs and a stalker. She’s trying hard to make a comeback, but even her agent can’t overlook that she’s also infamously known for her “bad acting.” However, she’s finally given a small window of opportunity to star in a legal drama series. It’s agreed that if she wants the part, she must gain some knowledge of how things work in the field of law. Thus, she’s sent to work for three months at a small, but fairly prestigious law firm.

Oh Yoon Seo is almost childlike in her naivety and immaturity. Never having had to work in a place of business before, she’s a bit like a fish out of water, lacking professionalism and experience. She shows up on the first day in a party dress that’s too low up top and too short at the bottom. She has a tendency to pout and whine as well as rely heavily on others to do things and make decisions for her. She’s someone who looks to be in her late twenties or early thirties but acts very much like someone in their late teens. Now, such characters have been done to death, and frankly, nearly all of them end up coming across as annoying and often unlikable. A seasoned actor knows how to take a character—who can come across as unlikable—and make them likeable despite the flaws. Yoo In-Na is a true master at her craft. She knows Oh Yoon Seo inside and out. She brings charm, elegance, and an almost childlike innocence that makes were so endearing to the viewer. Despite caring too much about being popular, and what everyone thinks about her, by the end of the series, she finally learns how to stand on her own two feet and appreciate what is truly important in life. It’s not fame or popularity. It’s having someone with you who vows to be with you no matter what. There isn’t enough fame in the world to buy a companion like that.

Attorney Kwon Jung Rok is the best lawyer in the firm. He’s also the coldest and stuffiest. He’s so immersed in his job that he has little time for anyone or anything else. And he’s given the unenviable task of taking on Oh Yoon Seo as his secretary. It’s hilarious how put off she becomes when he doesn’t even know who she is. He could care less that she’s a popular actress. And, of course, the two of them do not hit it off well. He chews her out about her attire and lack of professionalism in the workplace. He has a job to do, and he makes her understand that she’s not there to goof around and tinker on the internet. And he has absolutely no qualms about telling her exactly how he feels about her and their situation, which he never asked for, and initially sees as a burden.

One thing I tend to really like about Korean series is how they make their characters change and grow. As Kwon Jung Rok and Oh Yoon Seo grow closer together, we see Kwon Jung Rok begin to lighten up and enjoy himself. He’s like a stiff block of ice that slowly begins to melt. He’s very formal in his speech and how he carries himself. We even begin to see him smile—something he never really does from the outset. Conversely, we also see Oh Yoon Seo begin to appreciate the work ethic and what it means to do something well. Perhaps she was never considered a good actress because she never put in the time and effort. She relied solely on her popularity. But she also begins to realize the strength in being able to stand on one’s own feet. And Kwon Jung Rok is a master at that. He knows he’s not popular at the firm or around most people. He knows the things that are said about him, but he really doesn’t allow those things to affect him. In short, he lives his own life without excuses or apologies. Oh Yoon Seo cannot say that about herself.

Another fascinating dynamic that is handled extremely well is this: exactly how does one date a well-known celebrity and handle all of the things that go with that? It doesn’t take long for Kwon Jung Rok to find himself thrown into the deep end of that world. A world of gossip, criticism, and scandal are popular everyday things that a celebrity must deal with. Thanks to Oh Yoon Seo’s annoying and meddlesome manager, he convinces Kwon Jung Rok to end the relationship. I’ve said it in other interviews: I can’t stand meddlers. Such people are like wolves in sheep’s clothing. They claim that they have the other person’s interests at heart, when in fact, the only person they are thinking about is themselves. Her manager never considers discussing it with Oh Yoon Seo, and the reasons he gives to Kwon Jung Rok are entirely selfish and about him.

Break-up scenes have been done so many times in so many series, that you can easily see them coming. In most cases, the breakups are not handled well. This series was no exception, especially when you summarily discount and dismiss everything that has gone on before. Kwon Jung Rok breaks up with Oh Yoon Seo, and there’s barely even an attempt at discussing things or trying to figure out why. Yes, Kwon Jung Rok gave reasons, but it’s exactly because it was so out-of-the-blue, that Oh Yoon Seo would have realized that something was off. I wish writers would put more thought and intelligence into these moments.

The performances across the board are stellar. This is the third drama I’ve seen with Oh Jung Se, and he’s simply incredible in everything I’ve seen him in. I’ve seen him as an autistic character in “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay,” a hardened criminal in “The Good Detective,” and now as the often-comedic CEO of the law firm.

I truly loved the integrity of Kwon Jung Rok that he never really wavered in his devotion and trust to Oh Yoon Seo. He never saw her as a celebrity but simply as a woman he fell in love with. Isn’t that what everyone—including celebrities—want? Perhaps that is why Oh Yoon Seo fell for him as well.

Yoo In-Na has a way of completely captivating the viewer with her charm. This is the first series I’ve ever seen with her. I was blown away when I read her profile and read that she’s 40! She has a way of conveying emotions with simple expressions that just make you want to cuddle up to someone like that. However, I also loved seeing begin to grow stronger as Oh Yoon Seo finds the courage to deal with things herself, rather than always relying on other people. And, of course, the end—which was the one thing I was hoping for—when she finally announces her relationship to Kwon Jung Rok at the party. Yoo In-Na also has an absolutely captivating smile! Her whole face lights up!

No one should have to apologize or make consolations for anyone in how they live their lives, celebrities included! I’m constantly appalled by the things that agents, studios, and managers ask celebrities to do, all for the sake of money and promotions. Such people are weasels and have no integrity.

This was a wonderful series that is light, often filled with very humorous situations, but also conveys important messages. Live your own life. Don’t live by anyone else’s rules. To do so is to give your power away. Learn to have fun and enjoy yourself. And perhaps above all, never compromise your integrity and self-respect for fame and popularity. Such things are always fleeting and do not last, while integrity and self-respect are assets to carry with you for the rest of your life.

lighthearted rom/com with the usual breakup before the ending

Life is too short for stressful drama. Why spend all that time watching and be stressed? Don’t our lives already provide enough of that?

Summary of the series:
- Lighthearted rom/com; series had great flow; fun for sure
- simpatico characters
- villains are kept at bay easily, no long struggles, calamity or miscommunications to cause more drama and stress except for the usual breakup before the ending
- great love moments through out the series
- I also expected a famous actress to be at fancier places sometimes
- the first episode was hard to get past for me for some reason, and then the rest of the series was great; maybe the over acting and the shock of seeing the FL/ML in the beginning
- ending did feel a bit rushed; this would be a higher rating if they show more about their lives afterwards; hence cant add this to my fav list

I like this joyful, stressless series: recommended to watch for sure

This drama is quite light and heartwarming. When I saw that one of the writers is the same who wrote "A Poem A Day", which I enjoyed a lot, I knew what to expect from this more or less, and I was right. "Touch Your Heart" is a simple drama with a simple almost non-existent plot. I mean, there's a plot, but it's so simple that you know what will happen next. This could be a win for someone but a loss for other people, because we haven't the same taste in stories. I'd say that if you're looking for a sweet, cute, funny and stressless, this one is perfect. But if you want something with a compelling story and whatnot, then this is not for you.

I guess that the strength of TYH isn't the story, which, I said, it's very basic and usual, but it's the cast. I loved Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na in Goblin and I knew they had chemistry, and this drama proved it even more. They are what carried the drama forward despite the lack of unpredictable storylines. Had the leads been somebody else, maybe this drama wouldn't have gained interest at all. Their characters have opposite personalities but they attract and their interactions are soooo cute. So if you like cute and fluffy, you'll surely awwww watching these two. The supporting cast was also great. I already knew some of the actors, while some others were new to me. Their dynamics were super hilarious and I kid you not that I laughed a lot of times during all the 16 episodes.

I don't know if I would rewatch all of this, though. Despite liking it, I find the episode length too much compared to dramas airing on the other channels: one episode could arrive up to 1h10, which can be tiring when the story is cute but there isn't suspense. Some episodes felt dragged but somehow, the mood of the drama pulls you to finish them, but I think some people may find this one annoying because of the lack of a deep storyline.

Surprisingly enjoyable

This drama was on my plan to watch list for a long time, initially I decided to give it a try because Lee Dong Wook was in it. I had no idea I would enjoy this drama so much that I wished it was longer. After a few episodes I was wondering "Can I finish this" since there were so many embarrasing moments which made me cringe a bit. I still continued to watch and at some point I realized that I really loved this drama.

I kinda wish that the whole stalker issue would have taken more time to solve, since it seemed like it was such a difficult case to solve in the past so it felt like it was over very fast. Even though the issue with the stalker case was that Lee Gang Joon was such a influential man and that made it very hard for them.

Music being the real mood bringer I got goosebumps when Oh Yoon Seo walked in the attorney office while Troubled Kids was playing. I don't believe there was any OST I didn't like.

Upór Kim See Wona do ponownego związku cudowny.
No i sami bohaterowie! Yoo In Na chyba do tej roli została aktorką.

great acting and cute story line

great acting and cute story line.
If you are looking for heart warming series, give this a try. You won't regret this. This series will lift you up.

This will bring you to another world where happiness and joy are filled with. But expect some law suit cases along the way where you can see some twist and turn.

Every characters played well in their own roles.

I watched it twice. I just can't help smiling every time I watch this :)

I love seeing Yoo In Na having this lead role again and want to see her in more leading roles.

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw my Reaper and his Sun got a show of their own!!!!

So, I came for Mr. Reaper and his Sun but stayed for Mr. Lawyer and his Oh Jin Sim. This really felt like a spin-off of the final episode of Goblin with Sunny returning as an actress (named Yoon Seo no less) and the Grim Reaper as a justice worker. In other words, it’s my dream come true!

I want to talk about Oh Yoon Seo for a minute. She’s easily one of my all time favorite female leads, which are very hard to come by if you ask me. She’s warm and kind without being weak or gullible, which is extremely rare in most drama. Only Yoo In Na could have done this role with this much justice. She made this “universe goddess” both relatable and mystical at the same time. She’s a celebrity with a formidable aura yet a girl next door attitude. This character could have just as easily been a shallow airhead but it was In Na who made her layered and nuanced. There’s one scene in particular that stuck with me. It’s the one where they’re at the observatory and she doesn’t know yet if he likes her or not so she asks and when he doesn’t reply immediately she just smiles sweetly and says “never mind.” The way Yoo In Na portrayed that facade of self-assurance yet you can feel her vulnerability despite the air of nonchalance, it was supremely phenomenal. Also, there was another scene that had me bawling my eyes out unexpectedly. I don’t want to give away too much but it’s that scene after she has a “meeting” to discuss the casting, when she goes home and we hear her text “I’ve reached home safely and I’m going to bed now!” All cheerful and chirpy then the camera cuts to her crying her heart out alone. That hit hard. Too close to home. She is the heart and soul of this drama. She deserves more appreciation.

Lee Dong Wook!! Forever my Grim Reaper. Kwon Jeong Rok is charming and endearing. His chemistry with Yoo In Na is no joke. If you thought their chemistry would be boring after Goblin, you’re wrong. They’re incredible together and bounce off each other beautifully.

The cast is here and there. Everyone in the law firm was lovable and entertaining. At least I didn’t fast forward any of their scenes. Unlike the prosecutors office. I literally have no idea what was the need for that plot. Didn’t watch a single scene of theirs and the story still made perfect sense to me. Not to mention his “best friend” Kim Se Won could’ve been any random citizen because dude doesn’t know a single thing about his own “best friend.” The story could’ve done without him and Yoo Reum. Definitely—if not most unlikeable—then least likable characters on this show.

Now I’d like to talk about the plot for a bit because this show really opened my eyes to how messed up the Korean entertainment industry is. It’s like if you’re a celebrity, anyone and everyone has a control over your life except you. They can see you suffering as a consequence of their action yet they don’t feel any remorse or even the need to apologize for their action. It’s like they’re entitled to your existence. Truly disturbing.

Overall, a very cute lighthearted office romance that is worth watching. And if you’re like me, it will definitely satisfy your need and quench your thirst for a fully realized and nicely developed PeeChy story.

Yes, this drama is cliche (cold, arrogant male falling in love with his secretary), but that did not ruin my views on the drama. To be honest, I was skeptical about watching this drama, but I'm glad I did. This drama is tagged as law, but it doesn't focus that much on it. There are actually kisses (that happen several times, not just once). The drama is well paced; with very episode you learn something that you didn't know in the previous episode. The romance is sweet and refreshing and I enjoyed it very much.

One thing I was not satisfied with that the ML broke up with the FL because the FL was going to become famous again. Why is the fact the a celebrity is dating someone so scandalous, especially in China and Korea? Done't worry, they get back together soon.

The cast is well put together. I watched a few episodes of Goblin and the leads in this drama are a side couple there. Oh Jung Se (who's casted as CEO of Always Law Firm) is Moon Sang Tae in It's Okay Not To Be Okay. I really enjoyed It's Okay Not To Be Okay (even more than this one!). Oh Eui Shik (who's casted as the FL's manager) did a great job in True Beauty as well.

I would watch this again. If you are reading reviews asking yourself if you should watch this or not, yes! Of course, this is not the best drama, but it never hurts to try. If you decide that this drama is not your cup of tea, some really great k dramas (that I feel are better than this one, in the order of my favorites) are Mr. Queen, It's Okay Not To Be Okay, Hotel Del Luna, Tale of the Nine Tailed, and Crash Landing On You.

I hope my review helped you, and if it did, because click the "yes" button below this when it asks you if this was helpful. I'd love to see how many people I've helped. Hope you have a great day ~
