It's sad, but it's also fun
I honestly skipped this show for some time because I knew it was always part of “saddest BLs” lists and I’m not particularly a big fan of ghosts as main characters.Yes, the show is sad, specially in the very beginning and towards the end. But “He’s Coming to Me” is also fun and happy in multiple occasions. The main actors work out amazingly well together. I feel like Ohm totally matched Singto’s acting ability. Chimon and Sing are great in this show. This series is a great example of how to do a female love interest in a BL. Everybody knows that Thun is not gonna end up with Praifah, so there’s no need to try to drag that romance until the very end. It’s also great how Praifah doesn’t become an insane villain just because she doesn’t get the guy. I also feel that this show did a great job balancing the time Thun spent with Med and with his school friends. The ghost friends are great too. The mom reveal at the end and the whole last goodbye almost wrecked me. Thun really showed Med how much he liked him by solving the mystery and allowing him to go onward. I doubt anybody watched the last episode without crying at least once.
Now, regarding the mystery. It’s not necessarily an amazing mystery nor a surprising reveal, so I’m glad it’s not brought up every 5 minutes. Like every show that has a secret at the center of the story, that’s the main reason this show is not super rewatchable from start to finish.

Mama, I'm in love with a ghost
Sempre via esse BL aqui e ele sempre aparecia bem avaliado, mas eu nunca ia atrás de assistir por várias razões: porque o plot do fantasma não me chamava atenção, porque eu tinha visto comentários que o final era ruim e porque eu não achava que Singto e Ohm teriam uma boa química. Eu estava completamente errada em todos esses aspectos. A história é uma das melhores que já vi em Bls da Tailândia, é bem amarrada, os personagens secundários são ótimos e eu amei cada um deles. Amei a revelação de que a mãe do Thun também via fantasmas, pra mim isso foi uma ótima sacada. Amei como fizeram a Praifah uma menina linda e boa amiga e não a usual vilã feminina que os Bls adoram empurrar goela abaixo. Amei o Prince e o KhiewKhem, meu sonho foi conhecer o cara da vizinhança dele kkkk. O grupinho foi muito bem desenvolvido, eles tinham conflitos, como todo grupo de amigos, mas no fim sempre se apoiavam, e tenho que dizer que terminei boiolinha pelo casalzinho Praifah e Prince, muito fofinho Prince todo apaixonadinho.Agora sobre os personagens principais eu amei o Singto como uke fofinho, nunca imaginei que ia gostar dele em outro ship sem ser com o Krist, mas foi simplesmente perfeito, ele e o Ohm tiveram uma química incrível que eu nunca teria sequer imaginado. Eu confesso que não tinha boas lembranças de séries com Ohm, porque as lembranças que tenho de Make it Right e War of High School são que as duas eram meio bizarras, eu não lembrava que o Ohm era tão carismático e tão bom ator. Eu duvidei quando vi essa escalação, mas foi realmente uma boa escolha, eles entregaram tudo, posso dizer que foi das melhores atuações de BL tailandês que já vi na vida, até chorei em vários momentos.
Sobre o final, eu fiquei o tempo todo esperando um final triste e acho que eles tinham duas escolhas: fazer um final muito bom e triste ou fazer um final mais ou menos e feliz e eles escolheram a segunda opção. Na minha opinião se tivesse terminado com o Med renascendo teria sido perfeito e fechado com chave de ouro, o Med voltar me pareceu um pouquinho forçado e reduziu um pouco a qualidade do final, mas ao menos temos o que pode ser chamado de "final feliz", e também isso não é algo que reduz a qualidade da obra em si.
Em síntese, posso dizer que recomendo muito essa série, se alguém tem alguma dúvida se deve ver ou não, meu conselho é: veja sim, pois vale muito a pena, é uma história fascinante, com ótimos personagens, ótimas atuações, ótimas músicas tailandesas do anos 90, e com certeza está na lista dos melhores BLs que a Tailândia já produziu.

Un BL fantastique dans tous les sens du terme.
De base j'ai A-DO-RÉ ce drama donc je ne vais pas faire une liste de points négatifs et positifs mais tourner ma critique un peu différemment.Les personnages :
J'ai personnellement trouvé que les acteurs Singto (Met) et Ohm (Than) avaient une superbe alchimie ensemble, ils sont juste trop mignons ! Et leurs scènes d'émotions arracheraient des larmes à un monolithe. Ils s'aiment, sont déchirés, veulent nier la vérité ou juste la ranger dans un coin pour profiter du temps qu'il leur reste, c'est beau et tragique à la fois.
Heureusement, le lakorn à également beaucoup d'humour pour relever du niveau émotion, sinon on se dessécherai plus vite que le Sahel à midi à force de pleurer. Les rôles secondaires comme les amis fantômes de Met ou la bande de copains de Than aident beaucoup les leads à faire en sorte de détendre l'atmosphère. D'ailleurs j'ai beaucoup aimé voir la franche camaraderie qui les anime, c'est très réel et ça m'a donné un sentiment de nostalgie agréable de quand je faisais des sorties avec mes meilleures amis de l'époque de l'université.
Les acteurs jouent bien, ils jouent justes, ce qui changent d'autres productions que j'ai pu voir et c'est un réel bonheur de le voir, du coup j'ai littéralement bouffé la série en deux jours !
La réalisation :
Le lakorn aborde des sujets habituels des BL : recherche d'identité sexuelle, coming-out, réactions des proches. Mais ! Avec une patte de fantastique, ce qui change des séries scolaires, là, oui, ils sont à la fac mais c'est pas le lieu principal où on les voit, loin de là et c'est très rafraîchissant. Et pas seulement ! Parce que c'est aussi une histoire d'investigation, presque policière, avec des twists qui vous tombent dessus sans prévenir et qui vous accroche encore plus à visionner la suite.
Deuxième chose qui change, on a ici un BL qui présente des personnages qui ne sont pas TOUS homosexuels ( et les BL de ce type ne sont pas nombreux ), ce que je trouve vraiment bien, parce que la vie réelle est faite de diversités, il ne faut pas l'oublier.
Concernant la musique, bon je ne suis pas vraiment au top, mais je sais dire quand ce me plait. J'ai beaucoup aimé les morceaux qui accompagnaient les scènes d'émotions, ça faisait vraiment vivre ces moments de façon encore plus intense, mais alors là préparez les mouchoirs au niveau du quintal parce que vous êtes pas prêts les gars ! Par contre, les musiques qui étaient jouées pendant les scènes « d'actions » ou de suspens m'ont paru un poil trop « speed » si je peux m'exprimer ainsi, en fait, j'avais l'impression que j'allais assister au combat final entre un Jaëger et un Kaiju de Pacific Rim. J'avais envie de dire : « on se calme les gars, il ouvre une porte le mec, il va pas dans une dimension infernale » mais bon c'est pas non plus ce qui m'a gâché le plaisir et c'est tout personnel.
Enfin, si on veut parler de la fin, sans aucun spoil, ne vous inquiétez pas, je dirais qu'au début je me suis dit : Mouais ! Jaurais peut-être pas gardé la scène toute finale entre les héros... mais ensuite, j'ai réfléchi et je vois pas comment la série aurait pu finir mieux.
Bilan :
Comme je l'ai hurlé au début de ma critique, ce lakorn m'a énormément plu et il rentre d'office dans mon top BL, je pense que j'aimerai même à le revoir encore, tel le petit bonbon sucré qu'on se garde pour les soirées où ont veut s'enrouler dans la couette à regarder la télé parce qu'il neige à pierre fendre dehors, mais, encore une fois, N'OUBLIEZ PAS LES MOUCHOIRS ! Ça va pleurer dans les chaumières.

It made my heart feel warm.
I just finished watching this drama and i'm still teary eyed as i type.I will be honest, at first i couldn't really get into this drama, i got kinda bored at the first episode and almost dropped it, but because it got so many positive reviews i decided to keep watching to see why everyone love this drama so much. i was not disappointed at all!!
I cried and laughed so much throughout the entire drama.
The story of Thun and Med is so touching and beautiful, i can't express how beautiful it is with words.
This story touched my heart in a way i did not expect it would.
I'm so happy i gave this drama a chance. It's worth watching!

I liked main leads but thought the chemistry between them wasn't that great. it felt more like they were best friends rather than they were in love with each other.story-it was not to bad the story but I think it could have been better. there was some scenes in the drama that didn't need to be in it. the story felt rushed near the end where it felt they tried to put so much into one episode where I think if some scenes were not in the drama they could have made the story a bit more exciting. (this is only my personal opinion, everyone will have their own about the series.)
I do enjoy watching ohm he is one of my fave bl actors but don't see him in alot of dramas for bl.
the acting was OK I did enjoy a good few scenes with ohm especially when you seen him show proper emotions he played those parts really well.
rewatch- I don't think I would rematch it.
but I would still watch both main leads in other dramas.

The cutest little ghost love story
Okay....I was pleasantly surprised with this drama!!!! Even though the reviews are mainly positive, I decided to watch without much expectations....and boy was I wrong! Yaaay! Love when that happens.It's a short 8 ep BL that tells the story of a sad forgotten 22 year old ghost that doesn't have any memories of who he was except the way he died. He spends decades in the cemetery watching people visit their loved ones, but he never had a visitor. Never got food offerings nor have any knowledge of his life.
Because of one of the three reasons according to Thai traditions he can't reincarnate, but he doesn't know which one. So, there's nothing left to do but wait. But then, one day a boy (about 10 y.o? maybe a little more? not sure lol) visits the cemetery with his dad and sees this very old and forgotten headstone. He then decides to burn an incense and give him candy.
That was the day our sad little ghost Mes had feelings for Thun - not bf love because he was a child lol but he was the first person in decades that showed him affection - Thus visits Mes a couple of times before disappearing for a few years. They meet again when Thus is in college.
Thus decides to help Mes find out about his life and death in order to help him. Feelings start to develop and we get to watch them fall in love in the cutest and purest way! Adorable! Lets say heartstrings were pulled lololol
The plot was very refreshing, it's not a common BL story at all. I was very happy with the choices made in this drama, however I really wished the dialog was better written and the actors had a little more experience....BUT I still liked it lot! These are the ONLY reasons it wasn't a 10/10 for me. Would recommend!

Interesting BL Variant
This is better than an average Thai BL, probably due to the efforts of "Aof" Noppharnach Chaiyahwimhon (Director). The developmental arc for the relationships seem reasonable. Emotional expressions seem authentic and unforced. Acting seems good. Cinematography is okay, interior shots are generally good, exterior work is mixed.Its a great blend of modern and traditional with lots of nostalgia bits thrown in. It should have a wide appeal across generations and demographics. Thankfully not an exercise in conspicuous consumption. The heavier reliance on Thai Buddhist cultural conventions will result in a higher level of acceptance of the subject matter.
What's not to like? Logical inconsistencies. You'll enjoy this a lot more if you resist picking apart what ghosts can and cannot do in real life. After considering the limited lifespan all of us have and the effect on our relationships (a box of tissues should be close-by), the series suddenly goes for a magical happy ending. It is a shame because up to that point it seemed like the story fit within a reasonable Thai Buddhist tradition, but the ending was clearly fan service. The reticence of Med is a bit too much so the couple doesn't quite seem suitable for each other, however on multiple occasions, this contrast allows the characters to express opposing viewpoints which then allow the audience to "see both sides". Nevertheless, in the most intimate scenes, there is some confusion about when Med is really committing, which takes away a bit from the dramatic importance of those moments.
Ultimately, the message of the series is to value every day, every hour and every moment. It is a good message, and well done exploration of that space from different angles. In the top 10% of Thai BL.

Not ordinary black story
Good day. This is one of the best series I've must say. Not a typical love story. I love the plot and twists of the story how it was revealed and I learned that you must always know the reason behind something before you get mad or ignoring something or someone. Always be honest to someone you love. There's a lot of realization that I thought while watching the series. Not to mention the acting of two main characters was amazing they're acting will let you feel the emotions that the series is requiring that will help you to understand and appreciate the story of the series. Must watch!
Loved how easy going yet thought provoking the whole series is! The coming out scene was brilliant.The leads have a palpable chemistry & acted very well! Singto is precious. The story is very well written and not a typical run-a-mill BL thank god! I was crying almost in most bits but also was smiling so hard throughout.
The ending left me sobbing & yet smiling. Not a tragic ending though! The series is deserves much mkre appreciation than it receives.
Overall a great series that every BL fan should watch!

Suprisingly Endearing
I have watched countless shows both from when they first started coming out in Thailand and the newer shows that have been coming out more recently. It is so easy to have a show that is boring, no chemistry, drags on, etc. and no one wants shows that feel like eating dry saltines. This show thankfully goes around all of those potential problems to create a very endearing and cute show while still having a decent plot.The story is engaging enough to keep you watching throughout the whole show without getting bored or dragging too much. There are some fun twists and turns throughout and some surprisingly tense moments.
The actors are very good too. There is some good chemistry between the main two and three are lots of cute moments between them that starts out as trying to help the ghost find out how he died and changing into something more. The side characters don't disappoint either and lend some fun energy to the show. I will say I feel like at some points Singto who plays the ghost could have been a bit more expressive or dramatic, just felt like he was holding back at some emotional scenes, but aside from that a very nice pairing.
I can see how some people wouldn't be a huge fan since it is not action packed, a lot more story based. I would put it higher in action and story than a high school/college BL but less action and story than a drama like History 3 or KinnPorsche.
Definitely recommend watching as this has turned into one of my comfort shows and is just a heartwarming show to tune into.

BEST SERIES EVER I WANT MORE
Ok wow just wow like if i was reborn again and again i would rewatch this series like seriously i have no words to explain how much i love this series if i say i love it its an understatement from the plot to the casting to the everything about it am obsessed with he is coming to me and here are my reasons whyOHMSINGTO who play p med and thun like jezz give me a break they are already great actors comming together to make an explosive of a great show i love how just a simple thing as a candy brings them together like wow just wow .i also love how there relationship builds up being there from different worlds imagine a ghost and a human it can't get better than this the story kept on changing and twisting like when med found out that thuns mother was his ex gf i was like wtf just happend but the way the story tells itself wow
Not forgetting other cast prince and khiew and prai who mad the story even intresting they were literally the supporting cast i mean the way khiew made me laugh jeez and i love how prince crush on prai so cute and not forgetting aangoon and jeng the other ghost whose characters were so intresting and funny
A series with romance comedy mystry and a ghost human relationship what else would i want in a bl so i highly recommend it

a simple yet touching drama
I have to say, this is the first Thai drama I ever watched and the first BL drama with intimate scenes (that is, hugging and lips-kissing), so I will base my comments bearing in mind the above.Being the first Thai drama for me, I wanted a very simple story, preferably in the supernatural genre, not too many characters and no complicated characters because I wasn't sure about the way Thais do their dramas, wasn't sure whether there will be any cultural barriers that would hinder my understanding of the story. I didn't think much about the BL aspect, but I was generally open-minded about this aspect.
I got exactly what I wanted from this drama. However, it was the BL that made the entire drama very touching and meaningful from the two main leads' dialogues and body language. And I have to mention, the opening song did play a part in enhancing that feeling. It was a really very touching song. I recommend anyone to go listen to the song first if you are considering whether to watch this drama or not.
The chemistry between the two main leads' was very good. Perhaps the only thing if I have to comment a little negatively, was the kissing scenes. They weren't done with as much chemistry as I would have liked them to be, even to the point of being a little awkward actually, but still this did not take away my points for the drama because the chemistry in all their other interactions was perfect.
The ending, I would consider it to be happy or perhaps the best possible happy ending. Although there were reviewers who commented that the ending was too easy, because it was kind of leaving things as they are and the main leads continue in the same manner, no change, I was ok with it because they are at least together with each other, who knows for how long, but the moral of the drama did tell us to enjoy every moment of our lives and live happily every day as we don't know what tomorrow will bring.
This drama started me well for Thai BL dramas since it was a drama with minimal intimate scenes like hugging and lips-kissing without feeling put off for beginners. I feel more open and look forward to watching other dramas with BL, especially ones made by Thailand.
