Javier and Alexander both needed blood transfusions. Rosa volunteers for Javier while Joaquin gives his blood for Alexander. When the two wake up, they both ask the people around them if they have twins. Rosa and Bernabe say that Javier was alone when they saved him in a burning house in Zambales.
