We all should live near a hospital like that!
Series 1 was great viewing and I felt the same about this second run.I never expected to love the cast and characters as much as those in the first series, but I did.
The relationships that were cultivated between characters were as warming as before and I loved Ahn Hyo-seop, as well as seeing Kim Min-jae again and my favourite characters wonderfully brought back to life by Jin Kyung and Im Won-hee. So liked the nosy and forthright Yoon Ah Reum (So Ju Yeon) and gasped with joy to see a matured Do In-bum (Yang Se-jong) too.
As before, there is greed, politics, back stabbing and scheming, together with patient stories and the family that is Doldam Hospital, wonderfully lead by Kim Sa-bu/Dr Boo Yong-joo.
It does get a bit cheesey at times and quite self-righteous, with lots of unexplained medical terms, but still makes a very enjoyable watch.

a character depth focused and heartwarming drama!
i'll admit it. i mostly watched because of the cast! but i really wasn't disappointed!i was never a fan of medical dramas, but this one turned me into one :) it had all a good drama needed: a great plot, touching characters, very interesting character development, adorable chemistry, and realistic scenes.
all the supporting characters had a lot of depth, their own struggles and stories, which i found very compelling!
and of course, the 2 main characters did a wonderful job, and you could feel their great chemistry :") their romantic scenes were particularly intense emotionally as we see them grow closer and closer, sometimes taking a step back or a step foward each other in a very realistic and sweet way.
the only drawback would be the villains, that don't add much to the story in my opinion, outside of annoying us haha!
overall this is a wonderful drama, especially if you're not that into medical dramas, i assure you you'll get into them afterwards!

He visto algunas reseña y muchas de ellas se enfocan la la continuación de la primera temporada. Creo que al no tener un referente de como debió haber sido es muy bueno, por que en general no se generan expectativas muy altas. Aunque debo decir que si tenia una expectativa alta por el rating que tuvo en Corea.
La historia engancha muchísimo y en particular yo me llegue a en cariñar con algunos personajes. Debo decir que que el final fue un poco rápido y pudo ser de 2 ó 3 capítulos mas ya que la historia daba para eso. Sin embargo, todos los problemas se resuelven bien o mal de cierta manera. Sin duda uno que disfrute bastante además toca un tema que me gusto bastante y es la superación como crecimiento personal.
Lo recomiendo bastante.
