Second couple better than the main!
I found a clip of this drama from my YouTube recommendations and finally had a chance to watch the whole drama! I was straight away hooked on this drama and finished it in a few days. The beginning interested me, it was really good but around episode 30s I got kinda bored not gonna lie. The FL got on my nerve sometimes and i find her hypocritical, but overall she was okay. I just wished the FL and ML could just communicate instead of having misunderstanding, it was so repetitive and old.The second couple was so much better in my opinion, I LOVE THEM SO MUCH! They were both so cute omg and I just love every single of their interaction. I have watched clips of them on YouTube countless times just because it’s so sweet omgggg. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. The actor for Wu Baiqi is honestly so handsome and he is so adorable <333 I love how he’s also there for Fu Xuan and their relationship is just the best. To be honest the only reason why I even forced myself to watch on is because of them <333 I’ve become a fan for Wang You Shuo and Kiki Xu because of this now! And I really hope that one day they can reunite as main leads!!

la storia era promettente ma è stato abbastanza deludente
ho apprezzato scenografia, recitazione e musiche.. la storia d'amore tra i protagonisti è carina, si può dire la stessa cosa per la coppia non protagonista. Ma il telefilm procede troppo lentamente, insiste su alcune tematiche e alla fine annoia.Peccato perchè speravo in una bella storia appassionante, con colpi di scena o comunque qualcosa che mi facesse venire la voglia di vedere puntata dopo puntata, invece mi sono trovata a saltare alcune scene per la noia... e non è una cosa che mi piaccia fare. peccato perchè gli attori mi sono piaciuti parecchio

I loved the first half of the drama but towards the second half of the drama it was unbearably frustrating. The female lead has so much trust issues with him when he literally risked his life more than 10 times to save her and she repays him by a thanks and suspecting him like a million times?But there were a lot of things that I was still questioning and I wished the ending was better. Like the ending was not satisfying. The writers really didn’t know what they were doing with this drama. In the beginning of the drama the female lead was so great but immature, but later on she became more mature but had trust issues with only her husband.
Anyways I only watched this cus legend of yunxi was also frustrating to watch so I dropped it and decided to see how this drama is so yeah :)

i started watching this drama because ive recently been interested in snh48 and was just scrolling through jiang shan's discography only to find this drama. i became interested when i saw kiki xu and ju jingyi in the cast. ive heard ppl say jjy is not very good at acting but i didnt get far enough to see scenes where she had to express a greater range of emotion, so i think she did an okay job. personally i find her character(fu rong) hilarious just from the stupid things she does in the first few episodes. in the first scenes i laughed my ass off when she fell out of the tree that was just too funny. i couldnt help but to kick my feet everytime kiki (fu xuan) came on tho cus shes just so pretty. she and jinsoul from loona look so much alike; its so crazy to me so i mostly just stare at her face when shes on camera. acting wise, the second male leads pissed me off. the way he moves his mouth is just weird. the guy fu xuan was paired with was okay tho i liked him more than the other men in the show and hes more aesthetically pleasing than the others. his character lowkey made me mad too cus like get away from her!! but he cant for the plot so 😔 i have no complaints about the male lead cus i skipped most of the parts he was in cus i dont really like looking at him.i dont care abt the romance in the show either cus i just watched it for the pretty girls but uhhh fl and ml relationship was boring fl 2ml was slightly better but got weird fu xuan and 507 was probably the best one romantically.
i think the best relationship in general was between the fu sisters. theyre just so sweet and you can tell they really care abt eachother. plus it was funny and endearing watching fu xuan getting fu rong outta all the situations she gets herself into. too bad the screentime between them was mostly in the first few eps cus they had to push the romance part for the plot.
funny thing is ig i watched this for jiang shan only for her to play the most annoying ass character but i got to give it to her she did a really good job 😭 good at acting straight. okay after finishing it she did a really good job acting in general like i see that character development!! song xinran also did a good job i liked her character rip. also i had no idea gnh48 zheng danni was fu rongs servant till the last episode lmao
to be honest i skipped most of the parts the men were in so i have no feelings about the plot so i gave them the benefit of the doubt and a rating of six. i think the only parts i would rewatch is when fu rong falls out of a tree. i will update this when i finish the show.
okay finished it and so much was going on lmao i think it was lowkey a waste of time but it was kinda silly so i dont mind. i think reading recaps is better than actually watching it tho

Another similar romantic story comes here & I still fall in love with it!!!
If you wanna watch a cute & relaxing ancient chinese drama with great romance, recommend to choose this drama!!!This drama is quite similar to "Legend of Yunxi" mainly because of the same production screw and same lead actor and actress. The chemistry between the two leads is really strong since legend of yunxi and here goes again.
The ML (Su Wang) also has the same position and character as Qin Wang from Yunxi (I think only name differs). He is a very cool and intelligent prince with suspicious eyes on everybody and never trusts people easily. He first doubted FL (Fu Rong) as someone associated with plan of assassination and followed her with curiosity. But later, he came to realize she is innocent and became interested in that little girl who is quite playful and cute.
The FL has ability to foresee the future in dream where she saw her future as a Su Wang's wife ( Wang Fei) and got bullied a lot. So, she tried her best to avoid Su Wang but still she got to see him everywhere she goes. Coincidentally, they are meant to be together in many situations and bicker a lot. Unlike Yunxi, the FL here has a really nice family with loving parents, an elder sister who loves and cares her a lot and a little cuttie brother.
The SML (Ann Wang) also has a crush on Fu Rong since childhood as FL father has saved him once when he was young and he fell in love with the little cute lady Fu Rong. He tried his best to get attention from her. SML has grudge on ML because of his mother's death which is unclear yet...
I think the drama will go into chaos later and many secrets will be revealed.
As I was a little disappointed with the ending of Legend of Yunxi, I really hope this drama can give us a better sweet ending with more romantic scenes.

Finally Happy Ending for my OTP
The Bloom of Ruyi Pavilion healed my aching heart two years after watching Legend of YunXi....the production staff redeemed the sadness they brought along in LOYX giving a drama full of all kinds of LOVE a person needs to have in his lifetime....the amazing chemistry of Zhang Zhe Han and Ju Jing Yi droves this drama to perfection....Even the second lead couple are so awesome that i wish they would have their owndrama in the future....over all i would truly recommend this drama to everyone who wants to feel the power of LOVE.....will watched this drama again and again especially those funny and romantic scenes of ZZH and JJY...Here’s me wishing and hoping that the production staff will make another romantic drama for my favorite OTP...i don’t mind even if its another historical or a modern day drama....as long as i could see them again together.

Wow this series was awesome.I loved the ML probably the reason i watched after seeing him in word of honour 🎖. The story was well written and played out in line with no unnecessary drama or dialogue, the Second ML was an interesting story line although it felt he didn't put in much effort to discover the truth the of his mother before assuming it was Duke Su.
The romance between the general and xuer was sweet and cute and I loved the way she always stood by him and he by her, the scene i loved the most was the mistake at the the other Fu wedding 😆.
The ending did seem a bit rush but I'm glad for the happy ending, and although there were a few misunderstanding between the duke and fu rong they always found away back to each other.
Definitely worth another watch just to see ZZH who is super 🔥 in this series.

This was just so boring.
Watched Until ep33I already wanted to dnf this by ep 15 but because I watched YouTube videos of this in contemporary times, I was like okay it's worth the wait. Holy fuck, this show is basically historical and I.... I don't know if I like historical or not 😂 the only historical drama I even remember watching is Nokdu ans DNFING hwarang. Like I just don't do historical, I can barely tolerate korean historical so it's hilarious to think I could handle Chinese historical dramas. Anyways, I practically skipped all the scenes except the romance between the main character and scenes of Duke Su with his subordinates. Like I just couldn't give two shits about the cliche plot but seeing Duke Su convinced me for 33 damn episodes to freaking continue. But right now... I just, I just don't wanna see where the plot is going to move forward. Like Ugk, I can't be bothered to know more about this story. I'll probably just read the spoilers for my curiosity to be satisfied but I'm just so done with this show
Plus I wanted more romance! I wanted for affection! I felt like we barely fed romance in this show and that didn't even start until half of of episodes. Very dissapointing but also Understandable considering the modesty of historical times but also kinda annoying BECAUSE CAN YOU JUST KISS ALREADY? This is why I don't do historical dramas 😂 romance is way too modest.

The main cast
I love both the male and female cast. They are my favourites and when they are together it works magic and loved their romance with superior quality. Zhang zhe han and ju Jing yi will both be my idol forever 💙❤️Lots of loveAnd yeah! Please make part 3 for the same. The part II is more lovable and enjoyable to watch and their chemistry is nailing ( jealous chemistry) and very true to say that they both are amazing with a grace in their acting level. I never fed up of watching the episodes in repitition and wanting to watch again and again.

Some Parts Are Unlogical
I think it’s either at episode 16 or 17, when Rong Er was caught for killing her shifu in front of Ruyi pavilion. Wu Bai Qi and Prince Su arrived at the pavilion by horse riding. Then when WBQ wanted to send back Xuan Er home, instead of riding the horse, they walked! Hey, didn’t u come by horse, why need to walk home?The CGIs, some scenes look funny. Then, the zoom in zoom out scenes make me ROFL.
ML’s acting somehow a bit stiff, but I guess he has improved a lot since the drama was recorded few years ago.
I’m still watching the drama, so far the plots are fine to me. Probably will continue till the end.

The story line is great
I have always loved the main characters after watching leqend of yunxi and i was happy to see familiar faces that i know so overall the drama has everything both fun, drama, comedy and romance ofcourse i would really recommend you to see it because its worth it..And i love the bickering between wu ba and fu xuan they really have chemistry and most especially our leading actor and actress they where great......
I just love all the characters they all did wonderfully well in playing their respective roles
