Nothing Wow! about this series!
Giving this show a 10/10 is not doing justice to the director, writers and actors because this show lacked alot and if there is a season 2 theirs alot that they need to improve on. Its at least a -5/10 and not even comparing to other BL series. it just was not great for 10/10.......Im starting to wonder what the hyper about this show really is? apart from the main characters being absolutely gorgeously good looking. I find no connection or attraction between the two main character sometimes even find myself enjoying and looking forward to the side stories. and when i say attraction i don't mean kissing but just the chemistry seem to be lacking between Sarawat and Tine its more like a friendship kinda thing. Tine had more character when Green was hitting on him i found him more interesting them.

My first bl
Honestly this is my opinion but since this was my first bl I’ve ever seen im a bit biased over it. The acting was very meh and the chemistry felt off as some parts felt very awkward. The last episode of 2gether felt so rushed??? and at the end they just side hugged…. but other then the bromance aspect it was really fun and entertaining to watch. i binged 2gether and still 2gether and never got bored watching it. I smiled so hard watching it and I’m so glad it was my first bl. Brightwin’s acting has definitely improved and I would still recommend others to watch it. Platonic BFs? Tine actor too handsome for the character?
Story is okay, not too special and nothing too problematic.Acting/production is decent too. Maybe a little awkward at some points of intimacy. It's probably a point from the novel, IDK, but really, rather than the awkward head pats, can't you do hand holding? arm touch? small little gestures? Or at the very least put Wat's arm near Tine's head (shoulder hug, neck hold, back of sofa, anything) at first so it doesn't seem forced.
low point 2: I'm fine if they want to idolize Sarawat, but if they want to dismiss Tine as not-good looking enough compared to Wat, they should have chosen a less handsome actor for him. A cute instead of handsome character might fit better if they want to stick that closely to the novel.
Each Tine and Wat are handsome; both standing together makes amazing visual, so it doesn't make sense for random strangers to fixate on Wat and not even glance at Tine. Not talking about Wat's die hard fans of course, I know seeing your idol makes other people look like trash no matter what.

not gonna lie, ive been re-watching this for days when it got first released, the first few episodes were really good.
i was actually surprised by other people reviews because i really find this good.
the story is not that new for me, but still i like series that the settings are under schools.
the acting is good as well! made me cry before, this was tines first acting so i find it impressive.

Acho que as pessoas perderam um pouco o ponto em assistir uma série pelo que ela é e não por suas próprias expectativas.Sim, a produtora vendeu o drama com uma ideia e entregou outra, mas não quer dizer que seja ruim. Pelo contrário, 2gether foi um dos bls mais interessantes e mais realistas que já assisti e com certeza é muito mais do que diz a sinopse.
Uma simples história de descobrimento entre dois rapazes no início da juventude adulta que se veem em seu primeiro relacionamento significativo e precisam aprender a lidar com as mudanças do novo.
Sarawat um garoto introspectivo que não percebe o valor que tem apesar de ser muito aclamado por todos, é apaixonado por cada molécula de Tine e tudo que ele representa.
Já Tine, é um garoto cheio de vida, mas muito acostumado em viver para os outros, sempre disponível e dedicado aos amigos, a família e ao rígido irmão. Passou por vários relacionamentos em que também assumia esse papel responsável e por isso, carrega uma grande síndrome do impostor.
Quando se percebe sendo amado e cuidado pela primeira vez por Sarawat, ele não se vê como bom o bastante para tal e a história é sobre como ambos vão aprender a superar suas próprias limitações e seguirem juntos, por isso “2gether”, só a wordplay do nome já diz muito sobre a história e o motivo pelo qual não se desenvolveram muito os personagens secundários - que é uma das maiores críticas que eu vi do público geral ao drama.
Se você está pensando em assistir, não vá com expectativas pré impostas e assista a série pelo que ela é. Se procura por um simples romance clichê ou uma história cheio de pegação gay e festa, seu lugar não é aqui.

I wouldn't call myself a hardcore fujoshi since this is literally my first BL drama. And also, my first review-Honestly, I really like the main ship! It is so cute and adorable! This show really did make me feel multiple emotions such as happy, sad, angry throughout the drama.
What I like the most: Hot main ship- oh please Tine's smile made my day and Sarawat, you look good ;)
The only thing that I am not really into it is the fact that this show contains a lot of ships. Frankly, I prefer 1-2 only but this show definitely provided more :')
Overall, I would definitely recommend this show to my other new and cultured Fujodanshi :3 (But bruh, you don't have to be one to watch this k)

2gether o cómo convertir una buena historia en algo muy mejorable
Hay poco que se pueda decir de este drama que no se sepa ya. Creo que es una opinión generalizada y que casi todos los espectadores pensamos la mismo. Pero aquí va:Los actores son todos un diez, la verdad es que la química entre la main couple y las demás parejas secundarias es buenísima y me encantan todos los desarrollos sin dejar ninguno de lado. La historia de la mc para mí es MUY bonita, sobre todo por ese plot twist en el que te enteras que Sarawat en realidad estaba enamorado de Tine desde el minuto uno y que te da ganas de volver al principio para verlo todo desde una perspectiva distinta.
Entonces tenemos: Parejas secundarias encantadoras inclusive con algunas escenas de amores no correspondidos y pareja principal con una buena química, música 10/10 (lo que es raro en un drama tailandés, donde normalmente los actores te dan un poco de cringe cuando cantan y actúan), actores muy buenos (inciso aquí para recalcar la mirada de Sarawat y lo que es capaz de transmitir), diálogos que te atrapan, filtreo on point también (aunque a veces te den ganas de darle una colleja a Tine para que pille las indirectas) y localizaciones y fondos preciosos que se ajustan bastante al sentido de la historia.
Entonces, ¿alguien me puede explicar por qué casi al final hacen lo que hacen? Nos tragamos la mayoría de capítulos pensando que tienen una química envidiable y cuando se convierten en novios, pum, eso desaparece. En serio, no entiendo como puedes vivir con alguien, compartir una supuesta intimidad y que luego cuando haya un conflicto (en parte por culpa de Sarawat, que se tira doce capítulos diciendo que Tine es su novio y cuando de verdad lo tiene que decir se queda callado?¿?¿) lo primero que hagas es salir corriendo y nunca intentar arreglar las cosas. Para mí no es necesario que se coman la boca en pantalla ni que se haga alusión a las relaciones sexuales. Me parece que cuando una pareja está enamorada se puede sentir la intimidad y la complicidad en situaciones muy simples. Me podrían haber puesto a Tine y a Sarawat abrazándose mientras duermen, compartiendo una cena o yendo de la mano por un centro comercial y me hubiese transmitido más que todos los capítulos finales juntos. Podrían haber recurrido a algo tan simple como eso, pero en cambio recibimos a dos novios que cumplen con la distancia de seguridad recomendada.
La forma en la que la relación se torna conforme avanza la serie (como pasan de parecer más amigos que novios) todavía es aceptable porque el principio es bueno y le quieres seguir dando una oportunidad. Pero entonces viene el nudo y aparece de repente la amiga de Sarawat que de buenas a primeras ha reconocido sus sentimientos por él. En este punto todo lo que piensas es "bueno, vamos a terminarla" porque este tipo de tramas son normales en los bl (aunque quizá habría que hacer una revisión de por qué siempre se sataniza a los personajes femeninos). Así que ahí estás, capítulo tras capítulo esperando que Tine escuche el dichoso USB y cuando por fin lo hace, corre hacia el concierto de Sarawat. Dos sonrisas después, un discurso y una canción, ambos se han reconciliado.
Lo que obtenemos después de todos estos capítulos en los que su relación va cayendo es a Sarawat (a pesar de que fue a cada concierto de Scrubb, buscó a Tine atravesando mares y campos y luchó para conquistarlo sin hacerle saber que está enamorado de él) rodeando el hombro de Tine y luego quitándole el brazo de encima al segundo. Insertan una escena de ellos dos siendo novios y fin.
Me gustó. Sí, me encantó. Me la vi en un solo día porque de verdad engancha, a pesar de todas las lagunas y las cosas sin sentido. Sobre todo y como bien he recalcado arriba, es por el plot twist y la forma en la que se desarrolla. Pero el final te deja un sabor agridulce que no encaja nada con todo el transcurso de la historia. Es como agarrar un montón de arena que poco a poco se va cayendo de tus manos. Empieza muy bien y da un bajón al final que ni siquiera eres capaz de entender por qué.
¿2gether es buena? Sí, por supuesto.
¿Podría ser mejorable? También.
¿Still 2gether le gana por goleada y nos confirma que las segundas partes a veces SÍ son buenas? Mil veces sí.

This is the quintessential BL series! It's charming, sweet, and keeps you watching until the very end. You find yourself rooting for every nice guy and even some of the not-so-nice guys. I've watched this series three times since 2020 and I'll watch it again. It's a classic in our midst!Not only did it launch the careers of its leads, Win Metawin Opas-iamkajorn and Bright Vachirawit Chivaaree, it's raised the level of standard in production and music included in BL series going forward. A must see!

THE BEST BL EVER!
Why do I call this series the best Bl in this world ? I have an explanation about that. First of all I have to talk about the amazing job of the actors and and the people behind the camera have done. The production is beautiful. They have chosen the best cast from the main actors (Bright Vachirawit Chivaaree who is playing Sarawat and Win Metawin Opas-iamkajorn who is playing Tine) to the least needed. I loved how realistic the acting was.The story line is great and every time Sarawat would say his iconic line "Can I touch your boobs?" I would blush! I find the characters lovely and I like that they didn't make this series elegant or rich but they made it be realistic and how real life can be. Why do i say that? Because I have watched many school-life series where the characters aren't stressed about there homework. I have watched school-life series where the characters have perfect grades but they are never shown in any scene studying and I find that weird. I would recommend this series undoubtedly. The great actors, the great story line, the good music and brightWin. They make this series even better with their cute and lovely scenes that I don't think every actor could pull of that good. The thing that they are friends behind the scenes makes it even more beautiful!!!!!! Watch it and I think you will change your way of thinking!??

É sério, eu fiquei chocada com a quantidade de notas baixas que esse bl recebeu, é tão injusto porque a história é tão legal, a maioria que deram notas baixas são fetichistas nojentas que esperava algo mais quente nessa história, mas não entenderam que era apenas uma história leve e fácil de assistir, eu sei que essa história teve pequenos problemas que poderia não existir, mas é tão comum ter desentendimentos entre casais na maioria das histórias que eu já estou acostumada, mas nesse BL foi rápida a reconciliação.Não sou muito fã de BL, mas esse com certeza vai ser o meu favorito por muitos e muitos anos ^-^

Not as bad as people have said, but could improve hopefully in the follow-up
It's not the greatest BL series, but it wasn't terrible. The basic story is that the Tine asks Sarawat to become his fake boyfriend after another guy, Green, keeps bothering Tine at the university. Tine chooses Sarawat because he's the most popular guy at the university. . He plays guitar and is in the music club. Tine keeps bothering him and even joins the music club so he can keep tabs on Sarawat. Tine hopes Green will back off after seeing he's with SarawatSarawat finally gives in as Tine is able to join the music club, which was part of the agreement between the two. Throughout the story, their relationship develops and Sarawat actually has already seen Tine and has had a crush on him since seeing him. I won't say where and when.
The first half was cute as Sarawat shows his affection for Tine, but Tine of course thinks it's all fake and for show to get rid of Green. Sarawat finally confesses to Tine he really likes and they eventually live with each other, which is where I think things went a bit downhill. The relationship between the two didn't really show any growth, which I think is a complaint from viewers. It sort of just remained the same. They do kiss and sleep with each other, but that doesn't really represent growth in a relationship.
The side story on Tine's brother, Type, and Sarawat's friend, Man, is kind of boring and I wasn't interested in it. Actors Drake and Frank ('Cause You're My Boy) are in it as well as another side story that reminds me they were cute together when they played Mork and Tee, but in 2gether, it seems kind of forced.
I am anxiously waiting for the mini follow-up, Still2gether.

I see a lot of people reviewing this drama poorly, so I wanted to share my two cents.SUMMARY:
The drama tells the story of Sarawat and Tine. Tine wants to get rid of a boy who's chasing after him so him and his friends decide that he'll get the most popular, mysterious boy at school (Sarawat) to pretend to be his boyfriend. Sarawat agrees to help him and they end up falling in love. With a twist; What Tine doesn't know, is that Sarawat actually fell for Tine at first sight at a concert a few years ago.
REVIEW:
I really loved this series as a whole. The tone of this story is very sweet and funny. The actors did an amazing job. The music plays a big role in this and I really loved the soundtrack as well as the original songs by the actors. The editing is a bit choppy, which sometimes takes away from the emotional impact a scene can have. The writing itself could have been better.
I am a little sad we didn't get more intimacy. I'm not talking kisses, but seeing them being boyfriends, eating together, holding hands, listening to music, going on a date maybe? or something in that regard. High fives are fine, just maybe not after you cried over your boyfriend and moved out your stuff? The grand gesture of the song was wonderful though, I just think this series started off really strong and therefor people's expectations only got higher. But that doesn't mean it was bad.
Like everyone else I was a bit disappointed the last two episodes were spent on a rushed "hurdle" for our main couple because after the stargazing scene in episode 11 I don't think there was any reason for Tine to doubt Sarawat's love. It might have been a better fit to make the Pam arc and the "your smile" song arc in the same episode. Then the stargazing scene would have been the finale.
What also could have worked is seeing more of Sarawat's perspective. Like I get that Tine doubting him could really weigh on him and that might have been an interesting hurdle for them if they really wanted to create one. I guess in the end, the story itself has some plot holes and near the end Sarawat acted a bit out of character (not going to see Tine in the hospital ? Turning away to sleep while Tine's upset in bed? Episode 11 Sarawat would never.) purely for ~drama.
All in all, I enjoyed this series a lot. Bright and Win did so well. I'm really happy they were Sarawat and Tine and I can't wait to see what they do next. I will definitely rewatch this and will always remember it fondly.
