The final grading tournament episode

There's an interesting scene that sets up the motivations of the players before the final round of the grading tournament. One is a shot of Shen Yi Lang's bracelet, given to him by Bai Xiao Xiao, representing their relationship. The next is of the scarf given to Hong He by Lin Can, representing (his crush but also) his new mentorship. The last is a conversation between Shi Guang and Yu zhi, but they're talking about how their motivations for doing well in the tournament are Yu Liang. From this set up, it's really hard to not think about the relationship between Shi Guang and Yu Liang. Since the other two motivations are romantic, are they saying that this one is too? They have so much respect for each other now, it really makes me wonder if it's bromance or not.
