Long Yao stops a plot for the bandits to kill the commoners, thinking they were soldiers. Gan Jing Yi plans it so the army can annihilate Storm Village and Long Yao and Shi Jing Yao go to find out why. It turns out he is doing this for a treasure and Lord Feng. Just as Gan Jing Yi is about to kill Long Yao and Shi Jing Yao, Shi Jing Yao's father tries to stop him. They use Shi Jing Yao's father as bait to lure out Long Yao and Shi Jing Yao.
