Yang Yi Ru, as a workaholic never had time for a holiday. After Yang Yi Ru was conned by her family and friends that she had been diagnosed with cancer and had only six months to live, she was sent aboard for a holiday to help her take a break from her job, before she even had time to respond to the shocking news she had just discovered. Still a state of shock from discovering she only had six months left, Yi Ru met Lan Shi De, who was on a business trip. Both FL are tricked into thinking they have a terminal illness. They also fall in love because of this terminal illness. Still the secret around the terminal illness in Well Intended Love is more so earth shattering than the secret around the illness of Love, Now. However keep in mind that this Love, Now is a long drama (72 episodes). If you don't feel up to that I do extremely recommend Well Intended Love which is a great drama. I hope you enjoy both.

They are both long Taiwan dramas that include family and multiple romances. They are both worth the time to marathon.

Both are longer Taiwan dramas full of multiple romance's and laughter. The feel is so similar I can only assume they are produced by the same company.

Same cast ! I think George Hu and Annie Chen's chemistry is way better in Love, Now. Plus it's a rom-com.
