It's more of what we already saw in season 1, just spicier and dumber.
Given that I've rewatched the whole thing three times, I don't think I can give it a bad score.I'll keep this brief:
I don't think it's as bad as some people say it is, so if you're only watching the scenes of Tharn and Type, it's okay. But the technical aspects of this show are honestly horrendous - the lighting is super overblown, the audio still messy as hell, the entire production has a strange "sunset"-y orange glow to it, both Mew and Gulf are dressed and styled in a way that makes them look like they're in their 30s. The plot is paper-thin and Mew/Tharn seems almost like a secondary character in his own show.
There is a lot of frustration about this season and I wished the would've waited a little longer to film this instead of pushing it out in a rush.
There were some scenes I hugely enjoyed (Type decking his boss) but in general I wished they would've focused more on Tharn and Type and their relationship which often seemed like it was still in its beginning stages instead of seven years in.
All the other sides couples took so much time away from them and that was honestly such a shame and waste is time.
So in short :
Is this better than season 1: no. Definitely not.
Is there any plot beyond relationship stuff: they try, but no, not really.
Do Tharn & Type learn to communicate better: a little bit but not nearly as much as they need to.
Are their arguments relatable: yeah, somewhat.
Does this season include Type doing something completely out-of-bounds batsh*t insane that would've gotten him into jail IRL? YES (srsly wtf)
Are Tharn & Type ridiculously adorable and sexy in this: 100% YES, even more so than season 1.
Are there still dumb misunderstandings: yeah, a ton.
Did Techno sadly become an annoying dumbass: yes.
Are the side couples interesting: no.
Do they take too much time away from TT: absolutely.
Is Type still a ferocious powerbottom bitch? Yes and we love to see it.
Is Type's relationship with his Dad weird? Given that it's been seven years and his Dad is still an ass to the man he loves? Yes.
Gulf and Mew's acting as gotten a little better, Gulf still does the eyebrow acting every now and then but it's reserved for sassy scenes where it makes sense.
Listen, I can't sit here and tell you this season (or show lbr) is good. It's not. There is no plot, I still have massive problems with the inappropriate music (although the audio engineering is way better than in season 1) and at way too many points I just wanted to slap them both and lock them in a room together for a week so that they can just FINALLY talk it all out.
But I'm still absolutely obsessed with this show and still rewatch it all the time.
So clearly, they did something right.

It’s a show!
Don’t watch this…. This is SO much better than the first season. Last season there was a severe lack in communication and it was pretty toxic so it became annoying to continue watching. This still was kind of annoying to watch because it doesn’t feel like seven years of love.. However, this season there was some improvement to communication. It was much less toxic (still was in a lot of scenes but they worked it out in a healthier way this time…sometimes) and actually really cute to watch (sometimes… heavy on the sometimes ).Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Don't waste your time
Finally watched this and boy am I pissed AF. Let me start with Fiat and Leo. Fiat just got on my nerves through this entire series and Leo omw he was just to stupid running after Fiat. Type I actually taught in this he would change. Boy was I wrong. He constantly picked and looked for a fight with tharn then when he realized he f up everything was am sorry and then we have tharn for the sake of love, kept on accepting hid apologies. We had a disgusting boss who needed a cutass from the starting. This series didn't need a part 2. Couldn't even finished it. Muito boa apear das falhas, haters que lutem.
Como prometido, Mame entregou uma segunda temporada para coroar o sucesso de seu universo.Vejo até hoje (2024) pessoas reclamando, batendo na tecla de relacionamento tóxico, homofobia, falta de cena N/C e blá blá blá. Então vamos falar um pouco do meu ponto de vista.
ROMANCE: Imagino que foi utilizada "a maldição dos 7 anos" para criar a ideia inicial da série (brincadeirinha), mas o que tínhamos na SS1, agora teria que estar evoluído, e está! Os dois ainda estão juntos, se amam, porém a vida cobra muito mais de cada um agora, e obviamente pesa mais para o Type. Tharn é milionário, trabalha no que ama e pq quer, enquanto Type não quer depender de seu amado e busca seu lugar ao sol enfrentando diversos desafios, como assédio moral, desqualificação de sua imagem profissional e várias outras coisas que o mantém estressado constantemente. Em meio às desavenças, eles sempre encontram o caminho de volta um para o outro, e isso num relacionamento de 7 anos é no mínimo totalmente normal. Ao que parece as pessoas esperavam ver um casal idealizado, e não se conformam com a ideia de um casal mais próximo da realidade, que briga, xinga, chora, tem ciúmes, faz birra, defeitos comuns a seres humanos. Type visivelmente amadureceu muito, e Tharn se tornou mais inseguro. Sinceramente, sobre a atuação do Mew, eu só posso dizer que foi forçada, já o Gulf deu um show.
Cenas N/C: a série tem cenas lindas, românticas e bem quentes, se é só isso que você busca numa série, te indico o site xvideos.
Casamento: Type não quer casar e muita gente critica o personagem, mas os motivos dele são obviamente plausíveis. Ele se descobriu gay, ainda tem dificuldades em aceitar isso, mas independente dos sentimentos dele, ele é consciente da homofobia da população e teme que a família de Tharn sofra algum tipo de preconceito, já que têm muita visibilidade na sociedade. Achei isso bem responsável da parte dele... afinal ele sabe como pensa um homofóbico e o que são capazes de fazer. No fim deu tudo certo.
HOMOFOBIA DE TYPE: Confesso que tive um sentimento de estranheza ao ver Type socando o cara no bar, mas não vi como algo discriminatório. Obviamente a violência não se justifica, mas eu entendi que ele só aceitava que Tharn o tocasse, não pelo gênero, mas pelo sentimento que os unem. Mas esse temporada definitivamente desmistificou esse lado do Type, de várias formas.
Preciso destacar que surgiram muitos personagens novos, e alguns sinceramente, nem faço ideia de porquê estavam ali... o casal de vizinhos, que não teve nenhum aprofundamento. Do casal Champ e Doc, eu gostei bastante, poderia ter aprofundado mais, mas já tinham muitas histórias sendo contadas ao mesmo tempo. A família de Tharn sendo maravilhosa como sempre, e a de Type sendo o único alívio cômico decente da temporada.
Não gostei nada de não ter aparecido o tal namorado do Techno, nem o casal do fofoqueiro com o dançarino, que não deixou claro qual era a relação dos dois.
Gostei do que foi mostrado sobre a budista, mesmo sendo pouco (os amigos todos com a camisa da marca da série, fazendo #publi).
O que menos gostei na série, é algo que precisava estar lá para fazer a ponte com a próxima série (Don't say no). Eu achei muito sem noção a forma como inseriram Leo e Fiat na série... se fossem dois personagens que não teriam importância isso talvez passasse batido, mas deveria ser o climáx da serie, a causa da separação! E foi super idiota! De onde o Tharn tirou uma traição se ele presenciou tudo e obviamente viu que Type foi forçado? Type aguentou muito e ainda foi simpático. A atuação do Fiat foi horrível, e o plot dele não gera nada mais que ranço em mim, MDS, o menino não tem senso, totalmente infantil, homem vive viçando atrás de macho, pq é apaixonado por um outro macho com quem ele tem uma relação de dormir de conchinha, mas ele acha que nâo sente nada por ele, credo.
Enfim, foi legal evidenciarem a família do Type, o outro lado da Tailândia fora das universidades e grandes centros. Entre amores e rancores, continuo amando muito essa série.
Preferia a Ost da primeira temporada, mas os demais aspectos técnicos estavam impecáveis.

The tharntype story
tharntype season 1 I read the plot of the story very well so I watched it from the beginning to the end of the episode very well the drama production I also watched a lot of bl drama but in tharntype season 2 7 years here I just watched that the same man was actually married in their deep love so I ended the season it was so wonderful to be able to show it and other people to watch it and get to know the LGBT group well so I'm so glad I watched it I can insert even though I'm busy studying and work I'm grateful to develop tharntype production i salute the artists who performed and the production team that made it thank you.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Tharn still sucks Type deserves better ??♀️??♀️
I don’t really reccomend. I think the actors did well, but Tharn is a not a good guy. He is bad for Type in the first season and he’s still bad in this one and refuses to let type ever have anything he wants. Type said several times that he didn’t want to get married but Tharn insists until he has agrees and marriage is something you shouldn’t have to be forced into ever, and it’s not the only thing across the span of two whole seasons that Tharn has insisted on even after Type keeps saying no to things. He knows what Type has been through and seems to have some sort of God complex thinking he is the most perfect man to ever exist and he can’t handle people saying no to him and that has put Type in some pretty rough situations over the seasons. It’s not a healthy relationship, it’s an abusive relationship, and i’m not about that bl or not. Unless it’s a show bringing awareness to said situations and done well but this is neither of those because they are the couple the viewer is meant to root for but I don’t root for them at all. So yeah,Tharn still sucks

no story, bunch of side couples, cringy dialogue.just nothing!!
what is that again? i was one of those who wanted to see a s2 but the season was so so ridiculious you could end up sleeping while watching. first it was so so slow there is almost no plot and it was only made for the success of season 1 to promote other couples. yeah because the screen time of side couples was a lot but i wasnt about to complain if it was interesting to watch, guess what? they are always in the same spot, with the cringy dialogue and nothing going on.how was i supposed to enjoy this? almost no events, no cliffhangers, just nothing ..and how type kidnap fiat and tie him? does that even make sense that the one dealing with trauma do that to someone else? i felt like im watching a different show tbh, nothing interesting to watch and i kept pushing myself to check about tharntype story, i ended up skipping many nonsense scenes, scenes that are supposed to end in 1 min they end it in 5 min,just say you have no plot so you just decide to fill it with side couples and still no plot

Bad Relationships 101
I finally bit the bullet and watched the sequel of TharnType. If you’ve read my review there, you know it was not positive. So let’s continue the emotionally damaging relationship that we started with the first series.First of all, I have nothing against the cast or crew, they obviously did the best they could with a terrible relationship. Second, the music is good but not awesome. I’ve found only a few BLs that have an OST that I love and this isn’t one of them. Third, the overall plot is cute and if this was a couple that wasn’t toxic to begin with, it would be good. But finally, this BL is definitely not a #relationshipgoals kind of show.
Now, on to the rest of the review which will include spoilers:
Tharn and Type have been dating for seven years and Type is struggling in his career due to a hateful boss, but their relationship is strong and they seem to be taking care of each other. Type helps around the house while Tharn pays the bills and both of them are working. Tharn’s family is very supportive as are their friends. Type is still reluctant to be open with others about his lover, but I can understand that. Introduce the adorable and available and apparently smitten Fiat, who is so desperate for love that he falls for anyone who is the least bit nice to him. Meaning Type. Poor Fiat (don’t worry, he finds his man later and their relationship is a breath of fresh air in this sad show). Fiat attempts to get Type’s attention and kisses him, which Tharn sees along with some other evidence that makes it seem that Type has been unfaithful and they nearly break up. Almost a ”tragic” ending but naturally, they work it out and get back together. But why?
Type is a pain in the butt. Seriously, every time the man has a bad day at work, he takes it out on Tharn. Whenever Tharn talks about marriage, Type gets angry and defensive. When he sees Tharn happy but he’s in a bad mood, Type blames Tharn like he’s done something wrong. Whenever he’s upset or needs some support, Tharn is right there for him, but Type does absolutely nothing for Tharn. Like ever. He apologizes for his bad behavior once, but he was careful to say he wanted to apologize without losing face, because we all know the most important thing in a relationship when you’ve done something wrong is not to accept responsibility in case your opinion of yourself might suffer.
Tharn allows all of this and is constantly bending over backwards to make his jerk of a boyfriend happy. Then, when Tharn sees the kiss and a few other things cause him to misunderstand, Type acts as though Tharn is totally at fault. I mean, I would want my boyfriend to listen to my side and believe me when I explain, but let’s be honest, Type didn’t try to explain — he just got angry. Yes, it was a misunderstanding, but blaming Tharn exclusively for that when you don’t bother to talk to him or try to explain? That’s stupid. I’m sure Tharn would have believed if Type had bothered to make even one explanation, but instead he got angry that Tharn doubted him. After all the rude things Type has done to Tharn, and their misunderstanding, Type finally did the one thing that almost made sense. He suggested they take a break. Which to Tharn meant break up. Again with Type hurting Tharn. And Type didn’t care enough about how Tharn must be feeling to clear that up either. Instead, he decided to play a mean prank on Fiat as though that would somehow make him more believable when he talked to Tharn later. That part made no sense, by the way. Why couldn’t you talk to your boyfriend who you treated badly without treating someone else badly too? What was the goal here?
To top it all off, Type is supposed to be going home to Tharn when he gets the call that his dad has been hurt and he rushes off without a word to his lover. In fact, rather than sending Tharn a text or leaving a message, explaining, he tells Tharn’s family and leaves Tharn alone to figure it out. What I don’t get is that Tharn’s family like Type and tell Tharn to be patient. I mean, if Tharn was my son, I would have told him to dump that annoying, bad tempered, rude guy and find himself someone who actually knows how to communicate.
The best part of the whole series is when Type calls after being with his family for a month (without talking to Tharn even once — hello, phones were invented for a reason) and says he misses Tharn and Tharn says he has to go and hangs up. Then Type cries, a lot. Like, wow, having to face the fact that you’re a prick who might have lost your lover because you refuse to learn how to use your mouth to do anything other than criticize him. Anyway, I was voting for the break up and having Tharn find someone who treats him well and treasures him. I was also hoping Type would find a therapist to help him deal with his anger management. But no, they got back together. And after that, just to annoy me further, Type said NO to the sweetest marriage proposal ever. I mean, he meant, “after I’m done with my monkhood” (to make merit), but he could have said that first instead of making Tharn feel hurt and unloved AGAIN.
Type and Tharn are the perfect example of people who should not be together. They make each other unhappy. As usual, a dysfunctional relationship portrayed as being beautiful and loving. I’m surprised I made it through all 12 episodes without vomiting.
Aside from the terrible relationship of the main couple, the other couples are all adorable. I am especially in love with Fiat and Leo. Can’t wait to see more from them.
Basically, it isn’t bad and some of it is good, but the relationship between Tharn and Type is toxic and dysfunctional. As long as you understand that good relationships do NOT look that way, then it should be fine watching. Enjoy.

One of Fav Gay Series. Better than Season1.
7/10Negative:
1. I wanted more of Lovescenes.
2. That the boss > Type has only used.
3. That type exaggerated a bit at the beginning of the Series because he couldn't stand gays at all.
4. I didn't like that Tharn and Type always kept their pants on during the Lovescenes....It was annoying!! Unfortunately, it was exactly the same in Season 1.
Positive:
1. Acting was Excellent.
2. Sexy Lovescenes a bit better than in Season 1. The best Lovescene was the one in the toiletroom in the pub. I loved it so much.
3. Story.
4. In some parts it was funny. For Example in the scene where tharn and type snuck out and took off on the motorcycle and the father ran after them. xD
5. Kissing was good.
6. Tharn's parents accept their son because he is gay.
7. Most of the Episodes were exciting.
8. The Serie implementation is good.

looking at the show holistically, it was just your normal bl. it wasn’t extremely bad but it was far from good. it wasn’t as bad as i thought it was going to be at least. a lot of characters in the show were very unnecessary, and as someone pointed out, the entire show could have just been a movie. type acc carried the show for me. tharn was very upsetting, No would not shut tf up, klui and seo were completely unnecessary, phu and cir were there for what??, leo and fiat’s relationship could have been fleshed out a lot more, same with doc and champ’s relationship. i don’t understand why type got jealous over a woman at the beginning knowing that his partner is gay. also the whole cheating escapade was very stupid imo. how tf did tharn not see that type pushed fiat away!?! and his apology was messy. the last ep was unnecessary. like wtf was all that… also type’s dad was so irritating. his blatant homophobia was sickening to watch. each ep as it’s own entity wasn’t bad, but the show itself was so lackluster especially if they were supposed to have been together for 7 yrs. i’ll rate it a 7/10 cuz it wasn’t as bad as i thought it was going to be.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Quel plaisir même si moins intéressant que l'opus n°1
On retrouve avec un plaisir fou TharnType mais avec peut-être un peu moins d'intérêt que dans la première saison, principalement, à mon sens, à cause de certains personnages secondaires assez antipathiques et de rebondissements moins intéressants car moins liés à notre couple principal, les collègues de Type, la relation LeoFiat, l'histoire d'amour de Champ...J'aime énormément voir un couple vivre, grandir, durer, et je suis ravie qu'on puisse me proposer ce type de contenu, avec toujours angst, comédie, tendresse, et plein d'amour.
Encore une fois, l'alchimie MewGulf remporte tous les suffrages et supporte l'intégralité de la série.

THARN E TYPE SÃO O MAIOR CASAL DO MUNDO
Essa é a continuação perfeito para uma série perfeita.Os anos passaram, ambos amadureceram mas a essência do relacionamento continua lá.
O jeito esquentadinho do Type ainda existe mas ele está aprendendo a lidar com isso no mundo real, tendo que se adaptar a um emprego abusivo e tentando fazer seu relacionamento funcionar mesmo com todas as suas limitação com relação ao casamento, porque é sobre isso que essa série é, o porquê deles ainda não terem se casado depois de 7 anos anos juntos.
Tharn continua extremamente apaixonado mas está um pouco inseguro com o rumo da relação, o Type não conta para ninguém que eles estão juntos, ele não quer se casar e no final acontece uma coisa que é o ápice de toda essa situação acumulada. Cada um tem seus motivos e juntos eles fazem o relacionamento funcionar mais uma vez (eles são perfeitos).
Meu único problema com esse drama na primeira temporada era o elenco de apoio que era fraco e que por culpa deles o relacionamento de Thar e Type foi afetado em algumas situações desgastantes, mas aqui está muito mais polido mantendo apenas uma parte do elenco original.
Você poderia me dar 15 temporadas de TharType que eu assistiria com o maior sorriso do mundo no rosto.
