Xi Ruo scouts around Li Manor and finds all the 4 Arhats sculpture on stone lamps. She draws them out but feels guilty for concealing it from Hong Bin. But when Hong Bin tells her that her mother has been rescued, she reveals everything to him. Xi Ruo meets A Shuang who brings her to Uncle Li to verify the painting. Hong Bin is following them. Xi Ruo is tied up. She questions Uncle Li’s motive. Uncle Li thinks Duke Lean has snatched away the duke title from him. His late uncle had revealed to him that his father had written a letter that willed the title to him. Once he finds the 4 Arhats painting, he will be able to find the letter and get what he wants. With the painting in hand, Uncle Li orders A Shuang to kill Xi Ruo. Hong Bin appears to save her. During the fight, Xi Ruo snatches back the painting and then blocks a weapon aiming at Hong Bin. His men appear but A Shuang and Uncle Li manage to escape. Xi Ruo recovers from her injury and promises Hong Bin that she will never hide anything from him again. Hong Bin reports to his father about what happened. Duke Lean orders him to capture Uncle Li. He also claims ignorance about the letter. Jing You reconciles with Song Qin and asks Duke Lean’s permission to marry her. Xi Ruo and Hong Bin are supportive but Duke Lean is non-committal. Madame Li is asking Xi Ruo about her small belly. Xi Ruo and Hong Bin know it is time to own up but postpone it when Duke Lean is already feeling down about Uncle Li’s case. Hong Bin has to leave to capture Uncle Li. The couple miss each other. Five Stars

This DEJA VU feeling, I think I hv definitely saw this episode before??? But how?? When?? Ahhh so that's what arhat was... Only 4 hmm it's funny when she said it couldn't be this easy right? The Male Lead 1000 stars. The Female Lead good too like she felt guilty and was in rock and hard place, thank goodness for ML's being thoughtful. AT LAST FOR BRATTY COUPLE HEA well I do feel for the servants tho hopefully jingyou will guide her to be more gracious and mindful. The sappy look on jingyou so cute.
