It makes me so upset how people haven't talked about this. Ji-Chang Wook has really bought back my heart after his last drama which wasn't good as I had hoped. I love this so much and look forward to the new episodes. It's realistic and elegant while keeping a fun atmosphere. I really hope people will take the chance to watch it, it has by heart pumping every episode. People should be talking about it and the episodes are just long enough to keep you wanting and craving for more. I really hope that once I'm done with this drama I can forget it as fast as possible so I can watch it all over again!Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Unique drama
I highly recommend this drama. It's got a unique format but it's done really cleverly. The stories are not exceptional but interesting enough. The acting and directing are top-notch though. And the OSTs are to-die-for too. This drama is not loud but if you've been in love, then the topics they pursue each episode is relatable. It sure brought back a lot of memories for me, mostly bittersweet. The story of the lead couple is not all that unique but it's interesting to watch. Not to mention the chemistry is hot and out of this world.I rated it 10 out of 10 because this drama deserves an above 8 rating. Haters are just trying to bring the score down. It's 8.5 on Douban which is very high. If you know Douban, the reviewers are a critical bunch on quality. When they rate a drama high, it is good.

Wasted opportunity
What a poorly written script! I underwent the torture of watching the pain of break up, huge misunderstandings, secrets and lack of honest conversation through out the series. What I could not understand is the premise of the break up. The main FL was a really confused woman, the way she behaved was not admirable or lovable. This life is really hard and one should try to appreciate what ever ease comes along the way instead of shooting one self in the foot. She was super lucky that she got back with JCW when she really did not deserve him.And why does JCW keeps on taking these kind of roles. What is wrong with his agency or his intellect. I will keep my fingers crossed and hope some one guides him to take a better project next time.
There was a wasted opportunity of great friendship amongst the three childhood friends. I believe when you don't share your grief or start keeping secrets, you loose the basics of strong friendship.
I also cant get behind the concept of a male and female friend living in same house for 2 years without developing feelings.
Some positive aspects were that the story had a modern feel to it with initial brave attempt to discuss sex and show some skinship. The long term couple was cute and tolerable. Episodes were shorter but felt very long.
Overall a wasted opportunity.

Most FRUSTRATING and ANNOYING
With a double mind I started to watch this drama because I hate most of the ML’s drama. In most of the dramas his character is shameless kind, before he love someone he is like fully matured elegant and talented in his field but after falling to someone he will become different person. Day and night always thinking about FL, following her everywhere and at any cost he wants FL to love him, even if she kiss someone or sleeps with someone(analogy) he wants her only, if she dump him he will become alcoholic(before he is like dignified workaholic ethical man turn to alcoholic), he may think he is performing childish acting but for me it looks like a mentally unstable person. In all 30 minutes episodes more than 15 minutes always self talking infront of the camera and in a annoying way. In this drama she went to an extent spit on his face not to meet again yet for some petty annoying reasons he always run to FL. How can a person that to a dignified professional person with high professional and social status go down to such low level. The reason why I hate his dramas is, in most of his dramas he is portrayed like a childish joker more than a ML and he keeps on begging FL to love him.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

This is one of the best dramas I ever seen. Is just so special and unique. So please enjoy as much as I did!Completely different style and acting. I’ll watch it again for sure.
It’s sad because the episodes are so small and the story in each is just amazing! You just want more and more! The actors did an amazing job, the music was PERFECT and the connection between them was so real.

A different but amazing drama you should consider watching!!
I feel like I've seen a lot of mixed reviews on this drama but let me keep it short: watch it.- The interview format thing is really funny and original, and I feel like it perfectly fit with the story.
- The acting was so good I felt like I was intruding their fights and romantic scenes. The way he would look at her made me feel like I was standing there, bothering them in their intimate moments, whereas even though Kim Ji Won's character is the one creating the problems: i just couldn't hate her. her emotions were so realistic and relatable.
-The flashbacks to the beach were so calming and well-filmed, it made me miss summer and made me wanna take up surfing.
Overall it's just so refreshing and realistic. I myself loved popular dramas like CLOY but this one should really receive a lot of love as well, the story and the characters broke me and I'll definitely remember it for a while.

Boring....
When watched the first episode, i thought "Ohh, this is something new" so i kept watching, but then later i realized "Ahh, that's why my friend watched this in 1.5 speed"I was 10 episodes in, but nothing is happening.. they just kept showing back stories of the characters, showing us what happened and commenting on it, characters kept blaming each other and kept depressing over what they did. I get you're trying to build up these characters for us to care about them, but there's just something about it that it didn't really landed well, hence why i find it boring.
The later episodes where the drama started picking up, but even then there's not much development, but the writer did a ok job wrapping up the show as you're approaching the end of the drama
The characters are ok i think they are well written, but that didn't make up for the story, so.. that's still an L

Story!!!
I hate the story with all my heart. Please watch it to get heartbroken. For 16 episodes she torture him and in final one it's a happy ending? What should I take from this series, let your love do what ever with your heart? I really really hate it. I don't understand why "Kim" accepted this role. Just don't watch it if you had a bad breakup (It will kill you).Other than that Acting, casting, music, locations awesome. Camera work, Photography was on point.

A refreshing and well-produced show that is set apart from standard drama
I really liked the mockumentary format, since it felt really unique and new in the drama space. I am someone that really enjoys character driven shows (compared to plot-heavy dramas with 1-dimensional characters), so this was my cup of tea. I especially liked how intertwined the relationship was. Especially in the beginning of the drama, every short episode felt like unraveling an intricate tale.I think the casting is fantastic, and acting is really good. There was not a single character I did not like. Cinematography is also top tier.
However, wtf is up with that ending. Episode 17 is a mess, consider it a "special episode" setting up the show for a second season.
ALSO!!! Thank God this drama has none of that stone-statue non-responsive kissing that is seen in many drama (ruins the chemistry so much and I hate it). This drama has a much more modern, realistic portrayal of sex, relationship, love.

ONE OF THE GREATEST DRAMAS OF ALL TIME ...
It took me a while to start this drama because of how underrated and not talked about enough it was...But watching it was the best choice like i finished all 17 ep 32-36 min each in one day. i love how the events took places and the how they focused on Eun-oh 's self finding journey which was so relatable in addition to her relationship with jae-won, whenever they're together on screen i feel the love in the air, thier chemistry was SUPERBBB.
But i gotta give the cutest couple for Rin-yi and kyeong-jun. And i looved that they talked about her minimilist life style that seemed unstable for kj and people around her, which felt soo realistic.
And my favourite thing about this show is the trio friendship of rin-yi, eun-oh and geon. mainly the way they listen to each others problems and truly care and love each other.
Overall one of the greatest underrated dramas ive watched recently if not ever that focused on real life problems in relationships, love, friendship and self discovery journey and much more.

One of THE MOST UNDERRATED series
The format, the colours, the direction , the story- They're all so refreshing.This drama hits you in an emotional space that is rare unexplored by most dramas. I'm assuming it's the different format that has kept people from giving this a chance. Honestly I found it rather endearing. The interview-style narration to the camera makes you feel like the characters are personally talking to you.
The actors have done an amazing job showcasing the depth of the flawed but beautiful characters in the stories.
I highly recommend that everyone give this show the chance it deserves.

The characters in this show are all flawed, but it's done in a way I find endearing.
The FL is selfish, but in a more complex way than that simply being it. She keeps everything she truly feels close to her chest, she doesn't want to burden others with her mistakes and her issues. This decision leads to her making more selfish decisions out of fear and avoidance of emotional vulnerability.The ML is possessive, but in a way, the audience can find it endearing. This endearing feeling people have about his clingy and possessive acts leads them to demonize the FL in a way that I find unfair. He's flawed too and in a way I find uncomfortable. He can't simply live without her like for him life doesn't mean anything without her. To him, she is everything no matter how harsh or mean she is.
The side leads are equally interesting and definitely deserved more screen time. They try to explore ideas but just scratch the surface on a lot of them. Misunderstanding and Miscommunication are common themes as well as the desire to know if you are loved.
The plot itself is quite boring, all of its mundane or cliche but what makes the show interesting is the editing and the talking heads. To see how these characters lie to each other but then lie to themselves/camera, then to see how they communicate honestly about relationships to each other through the 'documentarian' is quite interesting and funny. The talking heads highlight the individual character's personalities with some answers being long intricate, others blunt, and some avoid answering entirely.
Some unignorable flaws are being unbelievable of some parts of the plot and the weird sidetracked ending. However, these flaws should make this title have THIS low of a rating. Lots of people's complaints are about the toxicity of the FL, which I don't find valid as we aren't rating how much we morally agree with a character (which I don't btw) it's about the show and story overall.
Finally, I should mention how this show could not have been pulled off by subpar actors. These actors carried this mishmash of a plot and eccentric directing style. The main leads had such range in what they needed to pull off and they did it superbly.
