In one drama explosion and another student murder/suicide

both have dark vibes, are thai bls, and enemies to lovers. not me has university aged couples, but isn't really a school setting. they also both talk about social class/justice and how money is power

The dramas don't have many identical plot points, but both are :

BL romance dramas that involve a pair of identical twins in which one of them is straight and the other one is either gay or bi-sexial.
They involve their love wife.. the problems they have in their school and work-enviroment (as it involve students of high-school and colleague students.. and their close by age just started working adults)...
In both the twins have a family that doesn't support their love or life decisions.

Both stories feature twins who pose as the other twin to find out who hurt their twin. Also involves the twin, who is posing as the other twin, to fall in love along the way.

Both shows talk about politics a lot and reference the flaws about Thailand.
Both shows are bl and characters try to stay alive.
Both shows have gun voilence and violence in general.
Both shows have a little gang trying to live their life.

both are gmm mystery series about opposite identical twins who switch identities after violent events.

The crooked political injustices in both sheds a light about how upper and lower classes of people are treated differently.

Not Me is a BL Thai Drama that focuses on some slightly darker concepts than the classic high school delinquents, but the production, amazing story telling, top tear acting, and BANGER SOUND TRACKS make them very similar in my eyes. It does focus more on more profound messages like fighting corruption and LGBTQ rights. You'll fall in love with that aspect of it too.

Not Me has a completely finished plot in 14 episodes and a beautifully developed romance. To me Not Me is like a completed version of Addicted. While the romance may be mainly secondary to the plot, it is not over looked. The producers are able to include plot relevant interactions and gradual emotional development. Their love is also not as possessive, but it is wholesome and persistent. there are some steamy scenes though no real nudity.

ALSO: just a little bonus, in NOT ME the main actors (off & gun) are actually a couple in real life, so you know their chemistry is *chefs kiss*.

Both are about young people fighting about their rights. Both have the same feeling of young people living outside of warm, familiar houses without family. Both talk about love between young people who need and care about eachother, however Better Days isn't BL. Better Days is a movie but with similar beautifull music and nostalgic atmosphere. Both are so heartbreaking.

Although it’s Korean and not a BL, they are both very interesting. Not Me has not finished yet but I feel like it’s going to be somewhat similar.. They both have to act as someone else to uncover the truth and get justice for the person who is close to them. I hope you can check out My Name. :DDD

Main leads, who are in love, search for justice with their own ways. They have serious atmosphere but that doesn't mean that melodramatic way,, they have light/comedic parts, too. Great acting and casting

If you look for action drama after Not me. This is just right for you. It's making me sad it's pretty underrated because I really loved the story and the main couple. The common themes you could look for is standing up against the system, going after power, cool fight scenes, romance, close death scenes, tension between two leads.

Both are Thai pieces of media focused on both queer stories and politics; particularly a focus on protests and the disappearance of protesters & political activists.

They're both thai BL which have :
- Undercover Identities : Both series involve characters assuming different identities to uncover secrets or protect loved ones
- Complex Relationships: Whether it’s brotherly bonds or romantic entanglements, both dramas delve into intricate connections.
- Emotional Depth: Both explore themes of trust, betrayal, and sacrifice
