Kiki is flustered to learn that Takumi in fact heard her confess her feelings, and now he has something he really wants to tell her. Meanwhile at work, the new “mobile convenience store” project is launched. When Kiki sees Takumi and Riho together, however, she decides it’s best to forget about him. But Makoto’s own feelings for her haven’t changed, and he decides it’s time to take their relationship to the next level.

Another good episode. This is pretty much the first time that Takumi and Kiki actually touch (not a show with much skinship if that's what floats your boat). Like most tsundere characters, Takumi isn't aware of his feelings enough to have made active choices. They always take such a passive approach romantically, and that's what we absolutely have going on here. To be fair, Takumi is the most likable tsundere character I've encountered. He's a pretty nice guy overall and Kiki helps develop that more human side of him.
