Ding Zhi's master shows him the 13th and final sword move before passing on the torch to him. He also leaves Ding Zhi with a surprise, which causes him to cross paths with Dong Jun. Together with Yue Yao and Master Li (now Chun Shui), they head to the Tang Sect for the Poison Convention. Sikong Chang Feng bids farewell to Feng Qiu Yu but promises to return after he's mastered the spear techniques. He also heads to the Tang Sect to reunite with the Medicine King.
