Duty After School Parte 1 foi um drama que me surpreendeu de forma muito positiva. No início, confesso que fiquei meio desanimado, achando a trama arrastada e sem grandes atrativos. Porém, decidi dar aquela famosa segunda chance, e, felizmente, não me arrependi. O enredo começou a se desenrolar de maneira mais envolvente, e as relações entre os personagens se tornaram o verdadeiro coração da história.O conceito de um grupo de estudantes sendo convocado para lutar em uma guerra contra alienígenas é bem inusitado, mas foi muito bem explorado. O drama soube trabalhar a tensão e o desespero dos personagens, mostrando como eles tentam lidar com a situação absurda em que foram colocados. Gostei muito de como cada personagem teve seu momento para brilhar, e foi impossível não me apegar a alguns deles.
O final da primeira parte foi simplesmente emocionante. Mesmo sabendo que ainda havia mais história para contar, senti que foi um desfecho marcante e que entregou uma boa dose de intensidade e drama. Confesso que fiquei satisfeito com essa conclusão e, mesmo com a curiosidade sobre o que vem a seguir, decidi que não vou assistir à Parte 2. Para mim, a primeira parte foi o suficiente para fechar essa experiência de forma positiva.
No geral, Duty After School Parte 1 é um drama que vale a pena para quem gosta de histórias que misturam ação, emoção e um pouco de crítica social. Apesar de um começo lento, o desenvolvimento e o final compensaram completamente. Fico feliz por ter dado outra chance, porque foi uma experiência que realmente valeu a pena.

Actually, I decided to not add it to my watch list after seeing an alien in the trailer. But since I like the military genre I changed my mind and watched the series to see how the story will flow. There is no impactful surprise in the plot, just something that you can guess where it will go. It wasn't that bad but not great either, something you can watch easily and leave without any hard feelings (but tbh I have a tiny for the last ep, it's just too bad for him to leave like that). Good Enough
Korean Drama " Dute After School Part One " is a sci fi horror story in a school setting.The story is full of emotional scenes and a few gory ones, with the aliens and their invasion being kept at bay for the last episodes when the action truly kicks in.
The characters, moreover, are kind of annoying, truly teenagers caring for having fun and focusing on their own problems, rather than the current situation, that is until they come face to face with their reality. Which is to say that they were realistic and original.
As for the performances, everyone in the cast, especially the young ones, did a great job with their characters.
So, overall, seven out of ten.

please don't use logic
if you forget all sense of logic, sensibility and realistically how a situation can be handled, this drama will be okay. dont use brain. its so frustrating, annoying and laughable if you start trying to solve their obstacles and then see how they're using the worst possible way to solvebut lol besides that the characters are okay. everyone is too angry all the time but that's okay, mostly teenagers are at play. it didnt really feel that realistic or believable in the setting they put but it's interesting still. if you don't use brain you'll enjoy. let them solve things badly and just enjoy the show at face value then it's easy

Muy buena adaptación.
Hace tiempo que leí el web cómic y no me pareció muy bueno, la historia se centraba demasiado en el protagonista y su romance en medio de la guerra, a parte de que no se mostraba como si fuera una amenaza que realmente requiriera de usar a los civiles como soldados. En esta adaptación lograron arreglar todo lo que no me gustó del original y me sorprendió demasiado porque si bien toma los puntos clave de la trama original le logra dar un buen giro a los eventos para que se sienta más la tensión de la situación, además de que el protagonismo se lo lleva toda la clase y vemos cómo evoluciona conforme va avanzando la historia. De igual manera, creo que los efectos especiales de las esferas no se ven mal y su diseño me gustó más que los originales.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Definetly something different
I liked this one, I think the drama and story were overall very unique. I liked that the aliens didn't look fake at all in my opinion, in other words, the sci-fi was on point. the ending in other words was very disappointing and when I watched the second part it made it worse because it's so confusing. I'd still give it a 10/10 because overall everything stood out to me. I think the first episodes in the second part were so cool, and every character had a huge development. if you are looking to watch something different I recommend this. This was even different than All of us are dead. Which is one of my top dramas, it was different. I can only hope for a third reason to make it make sense in my head. Honestly, I suggest you stop watching after ep 6, although the beginning of the second part its super cool, and you can see all of them coming together and helping each other. I read lots of comments saying the it shows the typical other drama's story but it was different for me given the situations they were in. Duty After School - Part 1
- If you have watched "All of Us are Dead", you would enjoy this. (And vice versa)- The characters are all unique.
- They portrayed Na-ra as this *perfect girl* who is great at everything. (It annoyed me because it wasn't very realistic?? Or maybe we are in the protagonist's POV?)
- I love how they made the characters look so naive and act immature and sweet leading up to Part 2..

IS THIS A MUST WATCH?! prob.......
A.... Yes. I actually watched this season 1 and season 2 multiple times. This is worth watching!First and foremost the cast! Although there are some of them who are not popular as much as other actors are, they are actually really good! And speaking of the cast, I love it how the characters have their own roles, have their own lines no one had been left out and the y give importance to those characters so much.
Even though they're just supporting characters they are well played.
The characters relationship, their unity their bond, and everything I love it, and mostly their friendship. In time like this it is so good to see everyone helping each other to survive.
I actually love the 1st season tho.
And for the plot... I THINK A LOT WAS LEFT OUT. I don't know... But for sure something is missing.
As for CG it's good! 🔥

Primeiramente gostaria de destacar os atores que interpretam os adolescentes na trama. Todos conseguiram convencer em seus papeis. Gostei bastante da forma como os personagens foram escritos, pois realmente se comportam como adolescentes deveria se comportar, especialmente em uma situação de caos apocalítico e de serem transformados em recrutas da noite para o dia em troca de créditos para entrar na universidade.
Como todo ser humano em situação de perigo eles são testados, alguns são mimados, outros egoístas, outros altruístas, alguns covardes, outros surpreendente justos. Mas o mais importante é que eles constroem um laço de amizade e lealdade ao longo dos episódios que é bonito de ver. Quando menos percebemos estamos apegados ao personagens, mesmo aqueles que julgamos mais chatinhos.
Apesar de toda a tensão do enredo do drama, gosto do alívio cômico que ocorre ao longo dos episódios. Dar algumas risadas e aliviar o clima tenso é um equilíbrio importante depois de tanta tensão.
O episódio final dessa primeira parte é emocionante e impactante. Acho que poderia acabar aqui com o extermínio geral das esferas. Porém ainda temos mais 4 episódios na segunda parte. Sinceramente espero que a segunda parte não seja tão ruim quanto apontam as resenhas. Mas vou assistir e tirar minhas próprias conclusões.

Totally entertaining and gore watch
Part 1 was totally the best, it's exciting and the VFX is so good. Making me miss Stranger Things! The gore is great too, making the drama tense and love the warmth of the kids.While I have not read the webtoon, watching the rookie actress/actor in this drama is refreshing as I've watched most of them in other dramas such as At a Distance, Spring is Green and Under the Queen's Umbrella. Btw, again sadly the story shows how tense the school system is and they have to compare it for CSAT points. :x
Watched Part 2 too, Part 1 is definitely better.
