Amidst a SLOW storm of Love
I'm giving it 7.5/10 for the independent and talented FL who carved her own career and made her own choices. BUT it should have been no more than 25 eps, not 30. The ML spoke as if every word took a year off his life AND he took a year to say every.single.word .3-4 minutes of screentime for maybe 10 words of dialog between the OTP was the norm. It was excruciating. One of them says like 3 words, 90 seconds later, the other one replies with a single word. Rinse and repeat. It's a testament to how much the pairing pulled me that I stuck it out. That and the actual snooker, which I loved seeing. Had the Drama been 25 instead of 30, with the leads communicating at normal human pace, and without the the FL's constant coquettishness, it would have got a 9 from me

Sempre afirmo que dramas modernos não são minha praia, então para eu estar recomendando um aqui é porque ele vai muito além do que eu esperava.
Nevasca de Amor tem como Atores principais Leo Wu ( Love like the Galaxy), Zhao Jin Mai ( ainda não conhecia seu trabalho mas ja esta cotada para Chinese Palidin 5) e de cereja do bolo temos Wang Xing Yue ( Scent of time e Story of the Kunning Palace).
Esta história está totalmente diferente diferente do padrão Chines conhecido. Se passa em Helsin ( Helsinque - Finlândia) com elenco multicultural.
Eles são atletas de Snooker ( um tipo de cinuca) ou 9 balls que vão competir em Helsin.
O resto não conto pra não dar spolier Mas tem muito romance no ar e vou te contar , só de ver os olhares do Leo Wu o coração bate mais forte.

One of the best C-Dramas till date
This is going to be my first review EVER and I am definitely very excited for it.Lin Yiyang is by far one of the best written male leads in recent Chinese and Korean dramas.
He has really good chemistry with Yin Guo but the best part of the drama isn't their perfect chemistry, it is the way they are written as characters. Yin Guo is not your typical damsel in distress, she is a world class 9-ball player with aspirations and goals.
The story is intriguing from the very start. A foreign set-up with students abroad is another eye-catching aspect.
The development of the story is apt considering it is a long drama with 30 episodes, however, once you start watching it, it does not seem this long.
The supporting cast has sufficient screen time and story but I would like to see more of Lin Lin and Xiaodong.
All in all, its a must watch for people who like romantic dramas with a good story line.

ALL SCENE WILL GIVE YOU BUTTERFLIES
I would give 8 for the story because it's not complicated plot but still interesting, meanwhile point of this story is how they (FL and ML) fall in love and get through ML problems. The only thing i learned from this drama is how billiard game is played. Chinese have done all the variety sports in their dramas.ALL CAST, ALL OF THEM i would give 10.... because they all so exceptional handsome. But sometimes i get awkward feeling with ML acting not because the flirty scene, i think ML expression is just feel empty sometimes but he is handsome :) (He was forgiven)
Tbh i don't really get the story with first 3 episode (the reason why you had to watched this more than once), and get sulky with those flirty from ML because i envy with FL (don't mind me).
If you don't mind or searching for lovely poisonous sweet scene, I recommend you!!

Podia ser menos arrastado, para ser perfeito!
Se a história não fosse tão arrastada, o dorama teria sido perfeito. Mas acredito que esse desenvolvimento seja mal de produções chinesas.Tem uma temática diferenciada, gostei de me ver introduzia em um novo esporte que tenho quase nenhum conhecimento. Pois não é tão famoso no meu país.
O que de fato me prendeu foi a QUÍMICA DE MILHÕES dos principais. Só com um olhar eles conseguiam soltar faíscas, e parecia que tudo pegava fogo. Mais produções com eles juntos, por favor.

Predictable like any other Chinese romance drama
I like that the scenes aren't overly exaggerated/fake compared to the typical Chinese romance dramas, but everything is super predictable. I haven't read the novel, so I can't say it depicted it well or not, but I felt like it was mainly focused on their relationship and not as much on billiards. Moreover, they don't have many challenges to overcome. The little difficulties that come along the way are resolved naturally or with little effort. Everything went super smoothly for the ML, and I'm still not sure how he was able to afford everything for the FL despite being a "poor student." Their chemistry and acting weren't too bad, but the main leads are basically all over each other as soon as they get together. It would've been nice if they could've explored some of the other characters' stories like Jiang Nan, Meng Xiao Dong, and Lin Lin. Holis!!!. Solo una pregunta, en que capitulo se acostaron??, acabo de ver el capitulo 26, QUE ME PERDÍ?????.Por lo demás, estoy enamorada otra vez del protagonista, jejeje. por segunda vez. El drama me parece muy bonito y romántico, sí, un poco infantil a veces, pero tierno y me encanta la inocencia que transmiten al pasar por la primera relación, lo tierno que son uno al otro, lo considerados y ese amor tan desinteresado sin malicia . Bueno en definitiva encantada con todo, espero con ansias los demás capítulos pero sin querer que termine.

You know that feeling when, after watching a series, you regret that you started watching it? So this is exactly my case. I'm quite surprised how many people love it and how highly rated it is online. It was too slow and boring. Chemistry of the main characters nothing-much. Wrong choice of the main actress. I find her so childish, emotionally immature! The series suffers from many boring parts, individual episodes could have been cut into the usual half-hour pieces. Somewhere after the eleventh episode, I simply gave up on the series. I'm sorry, I don't like to write bad reviews and I usually try to cover it up but....Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Good chemistry simple plot
This is a show that you should watch when you have nothing to watch in particular. You can just do your other chores while watching it in background. It is slowburn but pleasing especially in the beginning. There are all the normal tropes like family drama, sizzling chemistry, beautiful cast, foreign location, good score...yet it lacks in storyline. You will feel it after sometime. In the beginning you will be in trance the way FL and ML interact and believe me it is pretty real. Every little interaction, those subtle fidgeting moves and talking through eyes will definitely melt your heart but that is all. What lacked for me- I do not really connect with this sport (snooker/billiards ) first of all. For me it is a rich people's game like golf and I just don't feel any sports vibe from it. There is no adrenaline that you usually feel in this genre. Plus side cast is as usual pretty bland. They are there so that they can play the cupid for main lead. I was especially irked with FL's brother the way he was so obsessed with ML especially in the beginning, if they had put a bl tag I would have totally believed his actions in that way. Let me tell you NO BROTHER in this world would behave like that the way he was behaving. He was literally forcing the ship between his sis and ML. Anyway, you can give it a go to see the chemistry, or if you are the fans of main leads or just to enjoy beautiful location of Finland. There is nothing amazing or boring about it. A graciosidade da história.
Não costumo resenhar as series que assisto, mas essa aqui fiz questão de deixar meu ponto de vista. Aqui nós temos um enredo clichês, aquele famoso amor à primeira vista. Às vezes, não acredito muito nesse evento, mas o Lin demonstrou que esse tipo de amor existe . Havia amor nos olhos dele . A maneira como ele foi tocado pelo amor, estava em cada expressão. No sorriso contido, no franzir das sobrancelhas, no sorriso com os olhos. Acho que uma boa parte do sucesso dessa série está na personificação do Leo Wu como Lin . Guo foi "feita" na medida. Nem muito ingênua (odeio quando colocam as mulheres como sendo idiotas), nem infantilizadas e nem exagerada. Ela era perfeita!E quem imaginaria que a neve combinaria tanto com sinuca? Eu amei essa combinação. Outro ponto para destacar está no enredo sem "ex" chatas, sem famílias possessivas e controladoras, sem questões machistas, sem amigas traiçoeiras, sem vilões desnecessários. Em Amidst a Showstorm of Love o único vilão (se é que teve algum) foi o orgulho ferido. No entanto, quando Lin enxergou como sua vida era vazia ele percebeu que havia esperança para si mesmo. E eu amei essa evolução do personagem. No mundo em que vivemos hoje, uma história como Amidst a Snowstorm of love nos deixa com a sensação de que tudo ficará bem.
Por isso, recomendo muito essa série. Ela é leve, romântica, graciosa e aconchegante. Você assiste sorrindo durante os 45 minutos de cada episódio, desejando fazer parte das duas cidades Bei e a do Lin,
O que senti falta, foi conhecer um pouco mais do romance do primo da Guo. Ficou claro que eles ainda sentiam algo um pelo outro, mas entendo que o casal principal eram os mais importantes.

BEST CHINESE MODERN ROMANCE DRAMA!!!
I have watch Chinese modern romance drama, but this is the BEST. From the actors/actress, story line, acting and the beautiful places. A drama worth watching again and again.Leo acting is superb, his love for Mai, I can feel it while watching it. The way Leo look, kiss, hug & take care of Mai, is every girls dream from a guy. LEO IS A GREEN FLAG.
After watching the first episode, I was already hook and can’t wait for the next episode. A breath of fresh air from common Chinese and Korean drama.
There is no typical 2nd lead actress that would fight for Leo’s love to Mai.
Highly recommended drama. I can watch it all over again.
Please another Leo & Mai modern drama. More kisses, joke!!!

Love and Shine no matter how the snow is falling!
One of the best dramas of this year. This drama really brought back the sweet memories of our own relationship beginnings and a lot of us wished to go back to our younger days when we experienced this.Love and shine no matter how the snow is falling is a great anthem for this drama. Very refreshing and beautiful story. The leads were wonderful but Leo Wu was fantastic as Lin Yi Yang, a layered deep character with a hint of darkness. He pretty much drove this story.
I also really loved Zhao Jinmai’s portrayal of Yin Guo as the innocent, protected girl but yet independent and determined. The music and the production was very beautiful. I don’t have anything negative to say about this drama.
The thing that struck me the most was how refreshingly normal this relationship was the ML and FL were equals, did what they loved and showed their love for each other in a very honest way. They both nurtured each other and grew through the relationship. LYY finding his direction and his way back to snooker was very well done.
Even the friendship between LYY, MXD and JY was done well and really cracked me up. MXD was the funniest of the lot of-course.
