Light, fluffy… & boring ;)
Not a 10/10 for me. Yes the love relationship was very healthy and matured… too perfect imo lol.So the ML and FL leads meet by chance in a remote village- she was working there as a doctor, he was stranded without a car in heavy rain. She thinks he is a swindler trying to sell fake medicinal wine and makes him do all sorts of menial work around the centre- taking care of farm animals etc… not knowing that he is the new president of the hospital she works for!
It started off quirky - I liked the idea and plot of the misunderstood character, however I found the FL in these few episodes rather annoying. Later on when they return to the city/ hospital, it gets better. The romance development was somewhat lacking the tza tza tzing/ butterflies in stomach kind of chemistry. Seems rather mediocre and calm… quite dull at times. And I skipped most of the scenes with the FL and her best friend.
There were too many life philosophies and “lessons” to learn and live by, too many monologues and just not enough… excitement haha. Oh well, I guess this one was just not for me.

Hi cliché?♀️
Characters aren't developed well, lacking dimensions. Formula drama; rich handsome boy (minimal love experience) meets poor misunderstood angry and rejected girl. His assistant and her roommate are the side love story, always meeting in a cafe; if you skip half of each episode, you miss nothing. Hi cliché has cliche conversation contents, the long walks, long car drives, the workplace rumors, sexual advances, secret affairs, very public rejections, and exploitations by ugly old male bosses, the after work so-called team building boss bullying dinners and drunks, the hopeful and very persisting moms and their home made side dishes, the fake relationships turning real, posting of pictures/stories on social media to just be a nuisance & ruin careers, the terriblly ill fitting clothes, the mall jewlery and clothes shoppings with boss/boy friend, the boring confession events. Everything is thrown into this drama but the kitchen sink! Each episodes starts with going around the circle of the main characters, half way in the schemers/gossipers/old dudes ruining young couples do their thing, and last 10 minutes it shifts to the secondary couple eating and yapping nonesense with no ryhme and rythm. They could easily skip 10 episodes of useless interactions in cafe/restaurant/parks/village to build a more in depth story. Anyhow, it seems, the story is written by a 14 year old. Characters literary hand feed you their life story by repeating same lines and describe their personalities and life histories rather than acting that allows audience to formulate their own perception of characters. A good show!
A sweet romance, the story was nothing new but I liked both the leads and their chemistry was good. I would admit I had a negative bias towards Laing Jie and avoided watching the shows in which she was the lead. But I’ve always liked Steven Zhang and Joseph Zeng, and I finally decided to watch A Day of becoming you because frankly, I had finished what I was watching and didn’t have anything else to watch. But once I started watching the show, my impression of Liang Jie changed quickly and I wanted to watch more shows with her. That’s how I ended up watching Hi Venus. It was a sweet love story with a predictable plot, but it was worth the screentime, one because the show didn’t drag anywhere, two because there wasn’t a love triangle or an evil ex-girlfriend to complicate issues. The parents on both sides were supportive despite the huge economical barrier between the leads, and the ML didn’t seem to think one bit about how he was super rich and our FL was from a humble background. He admired her for her qualities and personality and that didn’t change till the end. The second leads were super nice too, and I never felt like fast forwarding any scenes with them. Though I am still confused why the show was titled Hi Venus, I would still recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet and simple romance.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

i can say that this drama saved my new year, i was in such a blue mood at then, but when i started this i just go through it and couldn't stop, the FL and ML have such a good chemistry, the ost is amazing, the design, you can see how much effort they put in to deliver a decent drama and the result exceeded my expectations, just watch plsVond je deze recentie nuttig?
A simple and warm show
So basically this is an extremely warm, but at the same time very simple show, which is quite remarkable, when considering the CEO + Cinderella setting. In fact I cannot recall a single other cdrama that was this chill & conflict free during its entire run. (despite the the semi corporate setting)So why is it not 10/10?
It's true that there are no major flaws, but at the same time the show feels way too lacking in complexity, like a Hallmark romance flick and I'm saying this is an avid Asian drama watcher, without expecting any significant mental exercise. Also it's not just the simplicity, while there were some decent humorous moments, the comedy is not exactly top tier. While the leads do look good together, I've not been entirely sold on the chemistry either.
Well I lied, there is one major annoyance & that is the OST. The "You are part of my life" song is rather horrible & they kept playing it seemingly all the time..

i just finished watching Hi Venus, tbh i don't like the lead girl because she looks so old for the lead male, i hope they find someone that fits to the character and fit to the lead male... anyway the series is feel good series, but a little disappointment no hurt feelings its so short haha... but i love the lead male he so handsome he deserve someone who is much prettier and talented... anyway just watch the series and lets see if u wanna re watched it again ...basta for me i dont like Liang Jie she looks so old for Joseph Zeng
i hope joseph could find a perfect partner for him, he deserve much good looking girl as his partner in series... hope for more series for Joseph Zeng

Un po' tipico c-drama ma carino!
Siamo sullo stile delle classiche c-drama con la differenza che qui la potente è lei ma per il resto cambia poco.Per avere il sostegno si deve sposare ma non ha nessuno ma poi incontra lui un promettente medico che per varie vicissitudini sposerà per contrato che si trasformerà in amore, un amore bello anche se un po' travagliato.
Arriva il momento che dovrebbero essere felici e invece le cose si complicano e precipitano inaspettatamente. Si ritroveranno dopo anni e si innamoreranno di nuovo forse più di prima.
Dramma carino e piacevole.

STORY : hate-love entre 1 jeune directeur d’hôpital et 1 FL pédiatre, punie, envoyée dans un village reculé. De retour à l’hôpital, elle devient son assistante.Série complètement focus sur la romance. Pas de triangle amoureux ni de evil. Les parents sont compréhensifs et aimants. Les personnages sont bien développés, avec une évolution psychologique cohérente. Les analyses et conseils des amis sont judicieux... Pas les clichés habituels !
La réalisation est vive, sans temps. Les paysages sont magnifiques. Les OST sont mignonnes, bien adaptés. Les acteurs sont bons et font vivre l'histoire.
Ce n'est pas une série mémorable, mais elle est très réconfortante.

Instead, it delicately navigates life's challenges, offering therapeutic healing for the female protagonist's trauma through the optimistic and humorous demeanor of the male lead.The background story of a bossy president and a poor assistant is made more refreshing and realistic, making it more plausible for the audience. It adds a good combination of a second female character who serves as a novelist, analyzing the love story of the main characters, creating a path for the secondary love story. Lastly, the warm relationship between parents and children is enjoyable to witness.

Ticked all the boxes for me and rated 8.5/10 because ending left me with a sense of 'needed more'
Really enjoyed this Romance Series ❤️I smiled throughout, accept of course the villian's part.
I enjoyed the acting of the ML & FL as their love rang true through their acting. No 'fish lip' kisses and affection & love appeared genuine.
All the Arc's and plots were thought out and complemented the overall storyline.
Loved the OST, there could have been another great song though as the main theme song felt overly used.
Production and Visual FX : 8.5
Rewatch value: Will rewatch if I need a feel good drama after watching a heart wrenching sad story.

The story was sweet from start to finish; even when they had "complications in the beginning and misunderstandings, there was not a second where the main couple as not sweet and I loved it but hated how slow the burn was because even though there was some complications and insecurities; they truly just clicked immediately and should've flown with it but it's true, it does take a while for it to form and I'm cool with it in the end but at first, I was like PLEASE LMFAO; I loved the family and friends though, everything really was just a nice flow and pace of things.
Loved the acting, it seemed so natural and it's all I could ask for.
OST IS PRETT GREAT NGL
I wouldn't rewatch it for the sole fact that it took me so long in the first place but I do not regret putting my time into it.
