Idk. Myb I watched to many cunning, ruthless MLs that I don't feel what Buyi did was wrong. I do understand that Niaoniao was upset abt the big secret he kept from her and also about using her as the cover when he did something. I don't agree with the latter bcs Zisheng risked his life many times for Niaoniao so.... Anyway, did marquess chenyang tried to distract Buyi so he can kill He Zhaojun when she met her husband, General Peng? Oh he killed the other one. Who wld imagine that "father" and son wld be actual enemies with each other. Why did he do that tho? The layers to finally get to know the mastermind.... Glad that Niaoniao was there for him. It just the thing she wanted him to tell her willingly, did not happen. That wld be a thorn in their relationship I guess.

I just got goosebumps this whole episode. Love Leo Wu and Zhao Lu Si's acting. Ik the death of his mother/aunt just pushed him more to a cliff and now he feels like has to fulfill his promise to never forget what happened to Huo clan and his family, and take revenge sooner.

This episode showcases Wu Lei's acting depth which Lu Si can match. Emotional episode overall. LBY promises revenge and still hides part of himself from CSS so dreading the angst in the coming episodes.
