Both of these BL stories involve childhood 'friends' who always try to one-up each other in everything they do, since they were young. However, their relationships further develop into something more because of a "I must protect you" dynamic.

In both of the story, the high achieving Main Lead is interested in their insecure peer. In addition to that, their love interests are yet to come to terms with their same-sex attraction. The story follows the love that develops between these two.

Be Loved in House: I do and We Best Love: No. 1 for You are both dramas which belong to the same genre: Boys Love. Also, both dramas are made and the stories are set in Taiwan.

Somehow I feel both of them are similar in a way like competitiveness to a wonderful romance.........................................

The We Best Love: No. 1 For You Special Edition is the same as We Best Love: No. 1 For You but it has a few extended scenes.

This drama is set in the same universe but it focuses on a different couple.. It's somewhat a sequel. Sort of.

Enemies to lovers!! Shao Fei and Tang Yi, Jack and Zhao Li An and these two along with their two friends go from enemies to friends to lovers. Both stories have a side heterosexual couple. The OSTs are beautiful in both of them and acting is on point. It is written by the same screenwriter.

In college, he joined the swimming club and was revered by everyone. He was happily enjoying college life until Gao Shi De suddenly appeared at the swimming competition during their senior year. Both are enemies to lovers, they are in college, and one of the main characters has been in love with the other all along. As in Big Dragon, one of the characters threats the other with the reveal of a video of them and makes them spend time together as a condition.

Quite similar romance setting between the leads - one likes the other one-sided first while the other did not think about dating a guy before (If this contains to much spoiler, please let me know)

Even if not very similar regarding the main topic, the building friendship between two young guys turning into feelings of deepest nature...is very much the same...discovering oneself better by being together with your most cherished one...
