Not an exciting plot with mediocre acting from the leads, and bad acting from supporting cast.
Forever Love is a short web Cdrama about a rich young heiress, Lin Xin Tong, who is betrayed by her boyfriend, Chi Shan, and her best friend, Xia Yu Wei.Her boyfriend cheated on her with her best friend, and they are scheming together to get her inheritance to transfer to her boyfriend, Chi San, after her father's death, where she was temporarily blind by the incident.
Qin Mo Yao is a brilliant medical student who succeeds in everything he does. He is handsome, appears sharp, cold, and mysterious, and is willing to do everything to protect Lin Xin Tong and help her in the shadows.
The onscreen chemistry between Chen Fang Tong and Dai Gao Zheng is not bad. Apparently, this is their second collaboration together. They were in Maid's Revenge before, and it was also a short web drama. I didn't watch that one.
The story is nothing special for this drama, but I have watched 22 episodes since it was short. I intend to finish it. I give it a 5.0 rating.

Can't help but be disappointed
I'm a Maid's Revenge baby so I was over the moon when this happened, I jumped on right away which was a mistake since the episodes are really short and some of them are really boring.The plot is nothing new nor original, but I think nobody will mind the predictably and the clichés. I expected the explosive chemistry between the leads, however the acting, in my opinion, was nowhere close to their previous work and the ultimate proof are the kiss scenes: if you thought they were good (I know you did, I've read the comments) wait till you see the ones in TBR, when I tell you they got me feeling shy, like I was intruding.
It wasn't definitely bad, especially considering it's a web drama, however couldn't help but feel a little disappointed because I expected more from the cast.
Absolutely valid if you want something light and short to binge watch.

Best Mini Series
Been watching mini cdrama series coz it short and faster to finish compared to kdramas. This is the only mini series by far that really got me. I did not skipped any scenes, I was into the story. With the main characters, all four of them executed their roles magnificently. To tell you the truth, cdrama has sometimes loopholes on its story, sometimes it jumped into next scene that doesn't connect from the previous, or sometimes it's just off the story. But this cdrama is different!!! Woah! The four main characters hooked me into their emotions, the on screen feelings is there. It's mini series, so the development of the story should be fast but here, it doesn't seems like they are in hurry to finish each episodes. That's is why I can say this is an under rated drama series coz this should have been get more attentions, reviews, more outstanding awards ect. It you ask me any reco for mini series, this is my top 1 reco, acting and story wise. It should never be missed. Plus, bonus muscle of Dai Gao zheng! ???Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Passuon, Action and Betryal
This is one of the few short series I throughly enjoyed. I was hooked from the first episode. The Bodyguard-heiress troupe was indeed refreshing. You get story of betrayal by everyone around a vulnerable female lead. Lies and deceit overload by the characters. Each had an agenda and a plan. The plot was well done and the ML was sizzling hot. The passion between the leads was steamy. If you like a troupe with a macho, strong and intellgent ML who can fight to protect then this is your show. I recommend!Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

The plot was lowkey trash—unnecessary, boring, dumb, and utterly uninteresting .
Our supposed "villain" is more of a clown. Everyone keeps saying, "Oh, he'll do this, he'll do that," but his plans? Absolute garbage, with a success rate of 0.001%. Scary, right? Yeah, no.
And then there's the FL who sexually harasses the ML without getting called out even once. Flip the genders, and ML would be in jail ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
FL isn't just naive; she's pure dumb. She lives in a black-and-white world. Even a kindergartener could make better choices. She invites unnecessary drama to herself °_o
Our ML? Just a simp for FL and nothing more. But oh, when he removes his shirt... hehe. They should've explored his character and backstory more instead of wasting time on nonsense.
I watched this whole mess at 2x speed and still fast-forwarded through most of it. Dumb decisions, poor story development, and unnecessary drama!

EU NÃO PODERIA ESTAR MAIS APAIXONADA!
esse mini c-drama é uma mistura de amor e raiva em alguns momentos, porém o amor é o que prevalece mais. A história é bem desenvolvida para um drama curto e de apenas 12 minutos, a música faz bastante sentido pra história, não é algo cansativo e que te frusta, pelo contrário, a cada episódio que você assiste anseia por mais e mais, no fim você deseja que fosse 100 episódios além de 30.A protagonista tem uma atuação muito boa, além de ser super amável e trazer uma carga emocional para as cenas perfeitamente. O protagonista tem um ar mais sombrio, mas quando as barreiras deles caem podemos ver que ele é a combinação perfeita para a prota.
A história, os segredos, o mistério, as traições, é tudo tão bem desenvolvido e gostoso. Vale muito a pena assistir.

Good short romance
For a short drama, it is really good. The chemistry is 10/10. Of course the story plot is not perfect but it is very enjoyable and rewatch worthy for the chemistry. Chen fang tong and dai gao zheng can act and their chemistry feels real. Their acting is worthy for full length drama. The supporting actor and actress are also good. Another drama with chen fang tong and dai gao zheng, please. A full length drama! In the meantime I will rewatch this again and again. Especially their hot scene.. HahahaVond je deze recentie nuttig?

This was my first mini-drama, and it is the only one that has really stuck with me. The actors are wonderful, and I just love their chemistry. I thought the OST was great as well. While the plot is certainly a bit far-fetched (as most revenge dramas are), it moves quickly and was interesting. I watched this basically in one sitting because I just couldn't stop. I have also re-watched it when I'm in a rut because some scenes are just perfection. I hope these two leads do another drama together - I liked this one so much better than Maid's Revenge!Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Sweet & steamy with a side of mystery
I would encourage everyone to watch this short series that is full of tension, mystery, fight scenes, and inevitable romance. The leads are overflowing with chemistry that leaps off the screen with steamy kisses. The ML starts off trying to gather proof to save the family honor, and ends up in a total lead different direction. The villain hides in the shadows and produces a lot of chaos. There are a lot of opportunities for backstabbing miscommunication that could have been cleared up if the leads actually communicated. In a Bored day
This mini drama is binged in a day, if you need to travel or pass the time stuck somewhere.It started off well, but then kinda got boring and so predictable.
The FL dressing was a little over the top for me, and she alway seemed so well made up in heels and all, who really runs around in heels to save the man you love.
The Ml was definitely good eye candy and he came off with a bit hardcore but in the end he went a little sappy on us.
The best friend holy man was totally wicked but she learnt her lesson.
Overall a time pass drama, episodes are short.

Forever Love é uma ótima pedida para quem deseja algo fácil para passar o tempo, eu mesma quando comecei a assisti-lo me agarrei na ideia de que em uma rotina corrida, dez minutos por episódio não me fariam nada mal. A história não é complexa como normalmente se espera de plots ligados a disputa de poder, diria até que este foco é perdido rapidamente quando o casal toma espaço, algo que citarei mais a frente, ainda sobre o enredo, os poucos minutos fazem com que tudo seja muito direto e sem enrolações, o que pode acabar decepcionando para quem adora reviravoltas, mas tudo bem, seu papel se cumpre da mesma maneira. Voltando aos personagens, me surpreendi um pouco com meu apego ao casal de maneira geral, sua química é indiscutível, tornando até a menor das interações ótima de ser assistida, ainda que a atuação não seja a melhor que eu tenha visto, sentindo certo engessamento do que diz respeito ao male leader, mas tudo bem, minha queda por ele pareceu suficiente para esquecer isso e aprová-lo em meus requisitos, da mesma maneira que a female leader me impressionou muito em seu amadurecimento, porque sinceramente a inocência e dependência exagerada do inicio me irritou bastante, apaziguando-se com o decorrer onde a princesinha de looks impecáveis tornava-se mais forte e decidida. De maneira geral, fui conquistada pela leveza do plot que não me obrigava a estar atenta a todos os detalhes em todos os momentos, e assim pude me alienar sem ter que pensar tanto.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Estoy gratamente sorprendida por la calidad de este drama y es que realmente lo tiene todo, las actuaciones son excelentes (celebro encontrar esa quimica entre los personajes principales, es natural y vibrante) las locaciones muy bien elegidas, la canción es preciosa y está muy bien utilizada y la trama que es una adaptación moderna de la venganza de la criada es precisa, audaz y romántica., me gusto demasiado, para mi el drama del año y hoy por hoy mi favorito podria verlo una y otra vez sin aburrirme.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
