Lee Gun used to be a promising tennis player, but he was injured. After that, he lost all of his self-esteem, and his life completely changed. With the use of a memory eraser, his memory is erased, and he is reborn with maximum self-esteem and presence. His first manipulated love is Kyung Ju Yeon, a psychiatrist at the brain research center. Other people around him include his younger brother Lee Sin, who is ranked the world’s no.1 ranked tennis player. Meanwhile, Jeon Sae Yan is Lee Sin’s translator.

Mo Fan is back. After seven years of hiatus, Mo Fan returns to the place where he was expelled as a medical student.

Mo Fan and Qi Xiu were once part of the same medical school elites. Under their professor, Liu's guidance, they developed a competitive kindred spirits, a brother-like bond. However, their bond was put to test for a woman who was important to both of them. The woman is Yi Nin, the daughter of Professor Liu.

Yi Nin and Mo Fan grew up together and had thought they would one day be married. But things started to change when Qi Xiu entered the picture. Although he wasn't as gifted as Mo Fan, Qi Xiu's dedication to his work attracted Yi Nin. More and more, they grew closer. When Mo Fan found out, he gave them his blessings and left the relationship.

Tragedy struck. Yi Nin developed Rasmussen's Encephalitis. Mo Fan conducted an extensive research and found that the medical science couldn't help her. He believed the best course of action was to remove the damaged brain cells and put her in a coma until a breakthrough in the future medical science. His idea was rejected by both Qi Xiu and the professor. But, he convinced Yi Nin, and they went ahead with the surgery.

For this, Mo Fan was expelled from the medical school. He left Yi Nin in Qi Xiu's care and dropped out from the radar.

Seven years later, Yi Nin is still in the coma, Qi Xiu has become a famous and successful surgeon, and Mo Fan is operating a small medical supply store in a small town of nowhere.

They gather once again when a visiting prime minister is shot in the head in an assassination attempt. Because the prime minister is a Jehovah's Witness, his family strongly refuses the use of blood transfusion during the surgery. Knowing it's almost impossible to accomplish, Qi Xiu has no choice but to ask the genius Mo Fan for help. When a female journalist, who doesn't take "no" for answer, gets wind of their secret collaboration, she is determined to make it the biggest story of her career.

"Rikon Doukyo" centers around husband Konaka Masaru and wife Ichinose Naoko who seem to have a happy family life. All this comes to a seemingly abrupt end when the couple decides to divorce. Yet, the couple soon finds themselves living together again even though they are no longer married ...

Both dramas have a unexpected pregnancy with a 6 year time laps . When the fathers realize they have a child they are adamant about taking responsibility and the possibilities of pursuing a relation ship with the mother.

Both have :One night stand leading to a baby. The guy is completely unaware the woman has had their child. They both run into each other years later. Both involve poor female lead and rich male lead. The big difference is that the FL was even more clueless about what actually happened

In both, one of the parents wants to take the child to the other parent.
in both, one of the parents did not know they had a child and do not like the other father.

Main leads have met before, male lead does something nice/significant but only the female lead remembers/knows.

Jerry Yan is the male lead. He has passionate chemistry with the female lead. There are many, many misunderstandings however. It’s a sad drama, but has a happy ending. Jerry Yan is excellent. Very handsome and charismatic. His character is a cold CEO.

this 2 drama kinda similar to me because both want the kids to their self and competing with each other but Rang Tawan is a Thai drama and Love, Neve Forgetting is a Chinese drama.

Same premise, but Oh! My Dream Daddy is a lighter, less melodramatic romance. Especially since it’s 2min per episode!!

Loving, never forgetting has kind of similar plot with almost same amount of drama and sadness. Both has secret child but in loving, never forgetting, male doesn’t want to get together again immediately but only wants child first and then falls back in love with female.
