Hello,

Typing this message from a cached page. Trying to log into the MDL site but getting this message-

BIGINT UNSIGNED value is out of range in '`mdl2_production`.`s`.`ranked` - 1'

Site is not opening for me. I am neither using VPN or AI. Been using MDL since years and legally but am now locked out of the site.

Kindly help.

Regards.

me too, I posted this problem in the feeds.

its the exact same for me

I experience the same (Firefox on mobile). It seems to only affect the main page, links to forums and individual drama pages and user profiles work, as does commenting here and on drama pages.

Thank you for commenting Tejeswini, Evangeline, Saeng. Looks like it is not just 'Me problem'. Can access few links and profile (thankfully haven't cleared history from this browser) but main page is inaccessible from every device and browser. I clear history regularly to clear caches to avoid lagging; so logging into profile when the main page itself is not opening is mission difficult if not impossible.

Help desperately needed.

MDL admins please look into this database issue.
It's even showing in google search SEOs

ETA On Firefox 133 win10 x64. Cleared cache doesn't help.

It is a data base problem, they have to debug it. One's cache has nothing to do with it.

There was once a similar problem, clearing the cache(s) or certain browsers and apps solved that. I guess it wouldn't hurt knowing, but whatever.

Indeed, you are right, if the problem was already solved, clearing the cache locally would have helped, because you would have benefited of the update.

But like I see it. Everybody still has the same problem. MDL have to debug the DB maybe by returning to a previous version bug free  od th DB and rebuilt it from that point of time.

Thanks for your input.

There is a stack overflow issue. Just some computation error, it wouldn't take that much time to recover.

Thanks I did not check on stack overflow. I am going to look at it. :)
