Watched BL Shows: Taiwan

Couldn't get enough of either of the couples! I wasn't a huge fan of Ze Rui's plot at the end, where he was having trouble with something. I understand why, but it rubbed me the wrong way. The second couple was golden throughout and I wanted to watch ten more hours of those two alone haha. 

Second couple is a daddy/little kink. Both of the couples were AMAZING, the chemistry was off the charts!

"It's okay, I have a bike --- If you can't afford him I WILL!" "I'm hungry, and you're my food" "Go away! I wont" hahaha I loved this! It was cheesy and super fun, SUPERB kissing scenes, great chemistry. This really had it all! I only have one negative thing to say and that is how long they dragged the miscommunication trope. Should have had one more episode at least of 'supporting his boo'.

This was going fantastic until the last episode, that was a WTF?! That was a horror face, what just happened and why? This was a cute story; you could really feel their chemistry and the way Shi De went about getting Shu Yi to be his friend was pure perfection. The pool kiss scene, the trapped in the nurses office, him whisking him away so he doesn't show his heart hurts. His character was fantastic and so caring. And then Shu Yi was also so interesting. I loved them together so much. Enemies to lovers trope. Long time unrequited love trope. If only that ending hadn't tragically ruined it by titanicing all the feelings I had been feeling before the very last episode. 

Weaker then the first season. I think because of the ridiculous plot device used at the end of season 1, going into this was just to much of a shock. Even when we find out why, it just doesn't seem good enough. I did enjoy these two together a lot and I felt for both of them. Chemistry was great, intimate moments were sweet, side characters were interesting. The office plot seemed like it could have been done with a bit more chemistry and emotion and the father plot was a big let down. 

One main lead lacked chemistry, but the other ones were interesting or hilarious. The taboo parts were also interesting. 

This was as dark as I expected it to be. 

An interesting idea, a ML hearing ghosts and the other ML is like a big mute button so the other can have some peace. They were a couple that was cute together and they had quite a few funny moments. I did think the ghost story should have been more prominent, it was really just background noise. That being said it was still enjoyable and left you with happy feelings. No spice, although at the last episode they claimed they did the deed. The sister was a great side character. 

This was cute! The taboo topic was handled very well, and I loved the happy family vibes this gave. The conflict was minimal, and it left me feeling happy. The ending was very abrupt, but that was my fault because I thought I was on episode 4/8 haha, whoopsie. Just be aware of that if you watch on Viki, it's 4 episodes. The ending made me feel warm and gooey, the rings, and the little girl talking about her two daddies. So sweet!

I really wish this was a longer drama! The plot of the lost brother was interesting, and the set up for the best friends to lovers was great. One of our main couples was a bit insane, I mean, kidnapping? lol.

I didn't care for this as much as I thought I would. The story was cute, the couples were cute, but it was kind of boring. I did like the high schooler dating the older guy taboo situation. I liked the enemies to lovers, and the beginning seemed promising but it kind of dragged out. The ending was ridiculous and SO confusing. Episode 10 is a HOT mess, and because it was such a hot mess I erased it completely. In my head the show finished off with the happy couple cooking together in their new place. You really don't need to think past that, this tragic ending everyone cries about was done so poorly that I felt nothing but confused anyways. So erase your confusion and let this end wherever YOU want it to.

The two main actors were attractive and likable, and it had a nice visual quality to it. While the plot was interesting, it was too short to do it justice. I also found the celebrity going to school part a bit unrealistic, the production value didn't allow for it to seem real. 

I honestly don't know what to say yet about this.... but... he was a 5 year old... soooo? Also a side couple was just thrown in at the very end like they meant something. As interesting and as beautiful as parts of this story was.... the P word comes to mind a bit, so.... Uh... I can deal with a lot of dark things but this one, this one is always a hard no.

SO SO SO BAD. You can tell this was the first one ever, cheesy as F, the plot was wild and done so oddly, the death person with a CHEAP ASS SHEET for an outfit. If you're a HIStory fan, you will appreicate watching this after AT LEAST watching 3&4, but if you're starting with this, you'll probably run away from every HIStory show ever. Please, start with 3&4 and then come back to giggle and laugh at this. As if this was the toddler demo version before they grew up and made good shows.
