BL or not BL?

These are dramas and films that are tagged as "Censored Romance" or  "Censored Adaptation Of Same-sex Original Work"  as it is debatable whether they are considered Boys' Love due to the lack of skinship, or explicit expressions of romantic interest found in "True" BL dramas. 

For some people, No Kissing = Not BL. But I believe that romantic love can be portrayed in different ways.
