01/01 | I actually rlly liked this tbh. Also all the characters are models (literally) like damn. Watched on 2x speed.

04/01 | The mommas are on smthn fr. The sons are literal saints to be forgiving them for the shit they pulled. Thian and Yang's love and respect for each other had me grinning like an idiot. You’d think they’d learn that someone is always eavesdropping in that house but they don’t.

10/06 | A lot of people were harsh on it whilst it was still airing and wasn’t that bad, but the last few episodes def took it down some stars. Not the worst in the HIStory series (4 I’m looking at u). Nothing can beat trapped.

11/06 | The first full length k-drama I’ve managed to complete this year. Funny, sweet and sad. Very good hehe. Saw a lot of negative reviews, but I liked the ending, people just move on with their lives. Horrible people don't miraculously live miserably just because of karmic justice.

22/06 | This is right up my alley, wish it was a friendship trio rather than a love triangle though. The ending was cruel.

29/07 | 2x speed is a blessing and I shall never take it for granted again. I knew I wasn't going to love this from the get go, but watched it bc I was procrastinating. I did binge the entire thing in one sitting though, don't know what that says about me.

31/07 | Don’t normally include rewatches but Stay With Me prompted this and I only rated it a 6 before. I was hung up on the stepbrother thing (and the obvious problematic scene(s)). Maybe it’s the nostalgia but I enjoyed this a lot. Also the way I remember it ending was completely different. I remember it ENDING with the reveal with the mother. Sad China sucks.

05/08 | A show with Yoon in it that I actually enjoy? Crazy times. Maybe it’s The Tae Effect™ where I end up liking a show I probably shouldn’t i.e. Triage. Anyway this is my favourite Singto pairing period. Lots of name dropping in this review.

09/08 | Not me literally sobbing for the last 30 minutes. Don't think I've cried that much since Lee Kwang Soo left Running Man. I was gonna get away with a single tear until they started crying and it was over for me.

11/08 | After reading the comments, I decided it would be in my best interest to skip the romance scenes. This was a good decision.

14/08 | If “Don’t Call it Mystery“ and “Inside No. 9“ had a baby (kinda). Good, funny, lovable and hatable characters. Good time all around.

16/08 | I don’t think they could’ve done a better job with a censored adaption. This version is so much sweeter and tender than Addicted I’m glad they cut all the toxicity. Ughghh this is so good.

20/08 | I started watching this as it was airing, so it's taken me over a year to finish this lmao. I went into it without knowing it was a romance, so I got a bit bogged down by that. Though I watched the final episodes on 1.5x speed (netflix allows me no freedom that is 2x), it was entertaining. Not bad at all, I'm just dramatic lol

02/09 | Alternate Dew really got the short end of the stick. A lot of the comments I saw were people complaining about this series. The pacing is kinda scuffed but it was intriguing and kept me engaged.

03/09 | I don’t know the exact definition of camp but I wanna call this camp. Do I love it more because of the cast? Yes. Will I accept judgement? No.

05/09 | The cinematography and coloration in this is beautiful.

07/09 | Childhood friends is always a hit for me. Honestly I wish there were more scenes with the child actors for a coming of age feel. The main two didn’t feel exaggerated or like caricatures. I wish they had a proper conversation abt their relationship tho, it felt sudden.

12/10 | I’m usually not a fan of shy main characters but it didn’t feel one sided at all. He wasn’t passive and expressed his reciprocation. They progressed naturally from mutual attraction and didn’t feel rushed. Tbh I don’t get the big whoop about your parents getting divorced but hey ho.

13/10 | Pretty sweet. Something about Filipino bls always makes me cringe. I think it’s bc they speak english and I’m not supposed to understand them that’s not how this works lol
