Cold Man, Warm Heart

Haven't seen this in years but I'll always remember him waving his hand in front of his face and telling her to get lost. Amazingly he made it funny.

Generally a cold fish to everyone but it didn't take long for him to warm to her, though even in love he was still very socially awkward and arrogant.

Another guy who was generally cold to everyone, though he was especially so to her in the beginning, but then became exceedingly devoted.

He initially discouraged her from joining the force and was quite aloof but ended up trusting her. It was a very gradual process which was refreshing.

Pretty much treated her like she was his servant...because she was by way of ancestry. He wasn't even aware when she slipped under his guard. 

Gu Seo Jin is the very definition of frosty and reserved while his alter ego is a Prince Charming who wears his heart on his sleeve.

While not mean to her per se, he froze her out and tried to dissuade her from being around. Hiding behind that prickly exterior he was burying his deep feelings for her for several reasons.

He lived in a thick shell of cranky indifference then she showed up and cracked him open to the point he became as passionate as he'd once been cold.

Not a romance unless you cross your eyes and squint, but flashbacks and subtle behavior expose the passionate nature he hides under his icy exterior.

Ever the stoic, taciturn soldier who never smiled, he didn't change much outwardly after meeting her but you could feel his steadfast devotion coming off him in waves.

He was cold to the point he rubbed me the wrong way. But he fits the category so on the list he goes. If you want to give him a try go for it. :)

His heart's indecisive but he's cute when he starts to warm. His coldness bites him in the butt in ep 9 and you can see the moment his heart breaks.
