They are both based off the same story except one is a series and the other is a movie to go after the series

These two series/movie aren’t the same what so ever, once again is a BL but they connect because the story line is the same. The phone connects to the previous owner of the house/apartment in the past. Overall a definite recommendation

These two series both have the star-crossed lovers trope, having to deal with difficult adult figures and same sad ending, and both give off the same vibe through out.
