Nothing spectacular abt this drama, i wonder if there is really a conflict except for the FL being unable to decide which guy to pick. Actors are handsome - though so skinny even for asian taste, but quite common looking faces, i was struggling in the beginning to recognize who's who. Also the identical fashion style doesnt help at all - its so obvious that they were dressed by the same stylist. I'd say, no effort was put into creating the illusion of life, it's all like a big doll's house. A lot of coincidence happen - FL sprains her ankle twice, ML is there to help each time , FL gets caught in the rain two times, of course ML is there again etc etc. If i happen to stumble across something better, i consider droppin it... till then, just fast forwarding.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
not all tropey & well executed
All characters, though being in high school, hide some sort of secret and it seems to be a tad dark! This is of course very engaging... If you dont expect anything resembling "reality" and embrace the dramaland willingly, it will be quite entertaining to watch! The ugly girl is just the ugly duckling, the bully is a disguise of Prince Charming, the enemy is same as best friend etc. All set in the world of rich and famous...Still there is more to it than the typical teen dramas, so enjoy!

"girl in debt" trope adapted to BL
In all earnestness, i have to say that this drama is a total fiasco - read embarassment. Besides the ML - nothing to see here, not even hot scenes.By ep 4 or so, it's just recollection of the past... By ep 8, it's same story with - supposedly - different ML. It becomes absurdly repetitive: the ML died because of the villain and crazy jealousy of partner, he wakes up in a different body to share same jealous partner and same villain and same name and same life story... The time loop is motivated by the "debt" trope, like - the ML cannot escape the circumstances because he is trying to raise money for his sick mom.
I personally dont like most of the cast. Everything looks forced and rushed and unprofessional.
Very predictable too... The ML is to be appreciated post-mortem and coming back from the dead to his repenting lover and friends.
Body-swap trope is supposed to add to the wow factor, but it's not... It also becomes really soon Polichinelle's secret to its dumbest.
The trend of the year seems to be "movie in a movie" trope. I find it annoying and an attempt to ruin the little credibility these dramas already have.
There is some unwilling humour to it, like Joe being recognized because he sneezes during orgasm - LOL is this a new unconfirmed study? Also, his BF always takes him from behind because - we assume - he doesnt want to see his face, though s*x is good and packed with feelings!? I seriously want to know who wrote this stuff!!
I'd say, this lakorn is targeted to housewives while looking down on their intellectual abilities.
Waste of time.

funny and light-hearted
Very enjoyable romcom, the ML and FL are about to become my favourite all time couple! They are bright. Still, when i saw the FL ending up in hospital after breaking up with the ML, i was SOOO put off! It totally killed the mood for me. Will it ever be an end to this trope of the weak FL that cannot be without her man? No matter what actions come after this, this drama screwed it! Dont women have any value BUT being with a man? Silly me, i thought this was a modern drama, but it seems the screenwriter and director are still stuck in the past. Remote past.The second FL is saving a lot of watching time.
NOTE: The dog is really cute, but still it breaks my heart to see a living creature condemned to live in a 4-wall cage. WARNING: Dogs are NOT toys! Please stop this nonsense of raising pets just for comfort!!

quite funny
I don't know if it's deliberately funny, but one cannot help but laugh at so many silly twists and scenes of the plot... The actors and actresses are good looking and have a lot of sex-appeal - sex sells, right? - so it's worth watchin at least for this. But like most lakorns, its sooo silly that you gotta see it to believe lol. Exaggerated scenes, exaggerated acting, like a carnival show. I sometimes wonder myself why i keep watching this? Maybe it's because you don't need to put much effort into guessing what's next, it's so obvious that my neuron feels insulted. Still i have to admit i came to watch this knowing what to expect, at least lakorns are honest in packing up old cliches. The ML and his best friend are quite hot - and all the cast is above average. I really wonder why this drama has got such high scores, it is really bad in so many ways that i dont know where to start... The ML and FL are both unnecessarily aggressive while pretending to be smart and "genius"... The FL pretends to hate the guy but she is always stuck to him? Also, the FL seems to have no real interest in life/ career other than bickering with the ML who obviously is not seduced by her wit, but by her all package, to put it politely. The plot is sooo repetitive too, the ML insults the FL, she realizes his intentions were "right", he insults her again, the FL realizes it was just out of concern etc. It is honestly insulting for the intelligence of all men and women out there - intellectuals or not - to believe that love is about mocking the other all the time.I cannot believe it's a 2022 drama!
Only recommended as a challenge for CAN YOU THINK OF ANYTHING WORSE?

excellent, though you can see the ropes
The word for this is HOT... The two ML's are hot together, end of. If you are looking for something more abt this drama, like villains or conflict or anything - there is not much to it. It's just one - or even two! - gay couples that come up with hot stuff, and thats it! We have role-play, innuendo, teasing, flirting, naked bodies - and i mean, ripped bodies!, power struggle - you name it.Oh and there is also some comedic relief to the sexual tension... I guess the director was afraid to handle the 18+ content in a mature way so he turned to this trick instead.
Rewatch? Why not? Its funny and... wink wink. Sex sells!

So boring!
Is this really a 2023 drama? It's like one of those 70s productions on a budget! If you have time, it's something you can watch together with the kids and grannies, while cooking food on the stove too!The only nice thing to look at is the ML, who obviously has WAY MORE potential than he can display here. His acting range and expressive features dont benefit at all from this no-action drama... Nothing daring, nothing worth remembering. Plz give me a crazy lakorn instead of this!

Too shallow and boring
Besides the ML looking gorgeous, there's not much to see in this drama. The FL is mediocre and so is the flow: unrealistic, rushed, way too schematic. The plot is - yet again! - about the cold CEO who falls for the average Cinderella, new thing is just the CEO being creepy and acting like a stalker (not even on-screen, but as shown in flash-backs!).I watched 14 episodes and it feels like too many already.

gloomy and unrealistic
Given the fact we have a handsome playboy and motorcycle races and all, one could expect this drama to burst with positive energy. Instead, we get all the gloomy things in the world of drama and not even one ray of humour: suicide, trauma, abuse, violence, bullying, attempted murder, mental illness, psychotic behavior...The "deceptive appearance" trope is at its glory, to the point it becomes redundant: the bad boy is kind but misunderstood, the bullies are people of character, the nice teacher is a predator and criminal, so are the parents, the top student is a fraud etc.
It mainly relies on emotions and popular actors.
Dropping for the time being. Not enjoyable on my summer break.

an easy watch if you just ignore the pile of garbage
Despite being so long, it's quite easy to watch - i admit i skipped and skipped unnecessary scenes. The plot is pretty good, but the leads are not my cup of tea - the hottest one is the SML.All the characters are morally wrong. The FL practically stalked and abused the drunk ML... He deserved it, since he feeds his women the morning-after pill. Not even doing this personally, but having the servant clean the mess?
The cast could have been way better. I dont wanna criticize them much but definitely they dont score for me.
The only interesting couple is the thug friend and the rich heiress.
This drama had potential, i'd watch a remake.

watch it just for the gorgeous ML !
Such a cliché rom-com that i wouldn't know where to start... The plot is hardly there, the FL has a weak scene presence, even the tropes lack quality of execution. BUT... all the credit goes to the ML who definitely saves this show being gifted with all the necessary qualities and something extra: handsome, fit, classy, funny, versatile and unique! The sense of fashion is great - nice job from whoever did this. Also the secondary cast is excellent, starting with the male secretary, who teamed with the ML in "Noble, My Love" (still the ML grew up a lot in terms of personality since that), the eccentric former porn-star mother of the FL, the kitchen beauty and grumpy manager, the tiny child and even the black not-so-stray cat. Nice scenery too.I'm impressed with the acting talent of the ML, still as a side note i wonder... his features are all natural? He looks like a manga hero. I like him whatever the answer. <3

I've started to watch this in between other dramas, and though it's quite entertaining, it's still mediocre... The FL looks mediocre, she hardly has any acting skills, and the ML, though handsome and all, is overdoing it most of the time. Dont get me wrong, they r both handsome, but so forgettable, nothing to get someone's attention. I might keep watching it since i have no other option at present, but it's NOT ENGAGING, i skip a lot of the boring scenes. The tropes are there, but it's not this that puts me off - just the general impression.Watch it if you're a fan or super-bored.

boredom to the max
Nothing really happens in this drama, just the good-looking ML and FL walking to and fro while doing some annoying product placement - it's not even available in my area for God's sake! To summarize, it's just a looooooooooooooong commercial with a VERY - and i mean VERY - thin plot.About the office romance, i happen to watch something similar, Love Is Sweet, and im getting confused with these two, since they r both as unremarkable.
If you have a lot of time, you can check this while looking for something that matters.

average and boring
This drama is proof of wasted potential. Nice actors, decent plot, not short on budget... BUT everything is too slow paced and nonsensical. Everything looks fake - actors' clothes are always neat and fashionable, so are the interiors, the romance is dull, most characters are rich and doing big business etc. I suspect chinese dramas make excessive use of filters since everybody has that white flawless complexion paired with anorexical bodies.It's more like a long - way too long - commercial to promote China tourism.
