Part of a shared universe, Day and Itt are in both Unforgotten Night and Love Syndrome: The Beginning (as well as Love Syndrome III of course). They are however played by different actors and made by different companies. Unforgotten Night has Day and Itt as a secondary couple whereas the Love Syndromes Day and Itt are supposed to be the main couple.

Love Syndrome III and Unforgotten Night are in a shared universe (although made by different companies and starring different actors). Some scenarios are very similar and appears to have inspired the Thai show (The Korean one is based on a true story)

Both take place in an advertising company environment and both revolve around an intern and his boss falling in love in the workplace. Both have some miscommunications and workplace drama as well.

This is the sequel to The Boy Foretold by the Stars and continues Luke and Dominic’s story as they try to stay strong and keep their love going and growing.
