The plots aren't the same at ALL, but the feeling they leave you with are very similar - cheerful and optimistic. Again, please note, the dramas are not similar at all in plot, but good feelings all the way. :)
Another Miss Oh reminds me of Laughter in Waikiki a lot because of the similar humor and slice-of-life plot. Another Miss Oh is slightly more serious while Laughter in Waikiki is much more slap-stick comedic.
Both dramas have similar feels when in the hospital setting, but Doctors is lighter in tone. Romantic Doctor Kim is much heavier and a bit darker in tone and Doctors spends a lot more time building up to the history of the characters.
Similar ethical topics are addressed, with similar situations playing out in the hospital settings. There are significant differences in the plot outside of the hospitals, but the tone/atmosphere and the types of issues addressed in both dramas are similar.
Both dramas have similar tones and motifs. Romantic Doctor Kim deals with medical morals and obligations while Pinocchio deals with how media/news channels impact people's lives (lack of morals and ethics). Both have excellent actors and both dramas will have you crying for the character's struggles.
Hit the Top and Shopping King Louie aren't similar in plot, but rather, their lighthearted atmosphere. They both keep you laughing and there's an innocence and light nature to both dramas that simply reminded me of the other drama.
While Suspicious Partner is much more romance driven, I felt that the atmospheres of the two dramas are very similar. They both balanced a lighthearted feel with the action/crime side of things.
I also felt like the way the main MC's in both dramas started out kinda rocky and then they began to respect and care for each other through their line of work.

Pinocchio and Healer were similar and I constantly found myself being reminded of how one made me feel similar emotions/made similar connections while watching them. Pinocchio is a heavier drama than Healer (and much more tragic), but both are up the same alley in plot.
-Something tragic happened in both MC's pasts/childhoods that has impacted their present adult lives.
-A mystery shrouds their pasts and through the drama we figure out the whole story
-The relationship between the MC's are similar
Happy watching! :)

I personally enjoyed To The Beautiful You more, buttttt the gender-bender is present in both dramas. Settings are different, but the atmospheres are very similar. Both dramas also have comedy and romance surrounding said gender-bender. Both main female MC's behave similarly.
The plots aren't incredibly similar aside from the "seeing ghosts" parts, but the tones were similar (as well as the creepiness factor haha).
I liked The Master's Sun better, but if you're in a real craving for "people who can see ghosts" kind of stories, I would recommend Oh My Ghostess.
Both dramas solve mysteries through the help of their ghost seeing abilities and they both have happy endings.

-They are both extremely funny, but not overly funny.
-The main female protagonists are both kindhearted and sweet individuals, but not over the top --- both are super likable and neither frustrate the viewer
-ALL the loose ends are wrapped up in satisfactory ways
-Neither drama is overly heavy in tone
While the plots *are* different, I find these dramas similar because of the overall atmosphere, tone, morals, and feelings both dramas elicit.
