Watch this if you Like Chase!
The Story was kind of basic. But the action was good. This is the type of movie where you don't need to constantly glare at the screen; you just have to pay attention, and you can watch it while having your meal. I think they should've cast young actors for the lead roles of Hwang and Lee. But both of them are the key to attracting audiences, so I cannot blame them. The ending was good, and I felt satisfied by all means. Watch this if you like "No Country for Old Men," but the Korean version was shot in Thailand.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Ahh felt so good after watching it
I watched the movie, but as usual, the Koreans made it into a drama and nailed it. ML was going through a mid-life crisis and became young. This drama is so funny at some point, plus ML was so confused sometimes because he didn't know things about today's teenagers. I can't recall if there was anything bad in this drama because, at the end, everything was fixed. FL was great too; she handled herself pretty well even in difficult moments. The best couple were actually the side couple, because they stole the show whenever they were on screen. Pretty great watch at the end. Better villain than Jang Chen?
After watching this film, people will compare Kang hee sang to Jang Chen and some even say Kang is better or stronger than Jang Chen but that's utter bullshit.If Kang hee sang is an assassin type, Jang Chen is a combatant type. With machete or knife, Kang hee sang got the edge but with bare hands or without weapons, Jang Chen wins by a mile. He's the one who gave most trouble to Ma seok du without any weapon while kang got obilerated while holding a weapon. Is this part Better than 1st part? Yeah but in a different aspect
It's a chase while 1st part is more of cops and robbers game. Both are enjoyable.

Amazing Action + Thought provoking
Damn This was a Rollercoster ride. The MC was not good at saying his own thoughts and take inspiration from fictions like Bruce Lee movies and improve himeself. I was like this and probably still am lulz. But MC and his extrovert friend both liked the same shy girl but his friend took action while he didn't.And then with father's frustation and being looked down he eventually bursts like a volcano, making a scene in School. He again met the girl but as usual it didn't go as he wanted. The lost oppurtunities and lost battles, that's what happened once in a high school.

Obsession
I didn't expect much from this movie, but it was decent, in my opinion. I digested this movie with the motto that this is fiction. The main teacher was problematic; cheating and taboo relationships will leave a bitter taste in your mouth, but the wife was so mature and pretty.Still try it out if you want to see an age-gap relationship or teacher-student romance. Jo Bo Ah acted like a true lunatic, and her character will stay in my mind rent-free. Ending was surprising but still I think that's what happen if you f around.

Wholesome, Nostalgic & Feel Good Drama
Ah, I completed this drama in 2 years. Yes, I started it in November 2021 and watched 15 episodes, and then in January 2024, I completed the other two remaining episodes. And I can say it is one of the best dramas you see. If you're someone with a low attention span or ADHD, you probably won't like it.Because it's like a slow melody, like how Korean dramas used to be back in the day. The acting, cast, and story are all fulfilling. Gong Yoo is hands-down the best Korean actor for me.
I really wish it would have had 20 episodes because this drama has potential. But nonetheless, I recently finished it, and I recommend it to every human being to watch these wholesome 17 episodes. You can have a better story, you can bring a better cast, and you can bring better directors, but still, nothing beats this 2007 show, even after 17 years. I'm so ecstatic, and I thank God every day for introducing me to Korean dramas. I love you, Gong Yoo!!

The K-drama unable to be Masterpiece BUT
I started this K-drama after being disappointed with Signal 2016, and as Signal had higher ratings, I thought Mouse would be just an okay show to kill time, but I was so wrong.Mouse 2021 is one of my favourite show from now on and Lee Seung Gi nailed his role. Lee Seung Gi is so good I used to ignore him but I won't now.
The show is Great, Good Suspense, a nice mystery, Emotions, and Serial Killers. But the main problem is that the show is too dramatic, and the police get clues so quickly. A show broadcasting serial killers was so unrealistic.
Also, the ending was good; I was not disappointed at all. That's how it should be.
But the overly dramatic plot is the thing that, in my opinion, I won't rate it 10/10, but if you don't care about that and are okay with drama, this show will be a good thrill. The last few chapters are always boring in any K-drama, and so was the case with Mouse, but I'm glad it ended on a good note, which compensated for the stretched episodes.
Highly recommended if you Love Serial Killers Movies, Thrillers, Suspense and Mystery with a pinch of sci-fi.

Great Movie is all I need to say
I watched this because I wanted to see some serial killer movies, but then I stumbled upon this and couldn't appreciate more how suspenseful and intriguing, this movie was. I really liked the pacing of the movie and the direction, too. I didn't have much expectation for this, but it turned out to be a great watch, so I'm extra happy now.It showcased how people are. Nobody is black and white, all are grey and all had to do certain things in life that are not morally correct. And they showed the Serial Killer as a cunning man and not some psycho with sharp hunter eyes and gaze shit, which I really hate. All I meant to say is that the Depiction is actually realistic, which makes this movie pretty good.

Cringe and Awfully Scripted Drama
Uff Why did I waste 4 days on this drama? The show is pretty cringy. The police officer is Grim Reaper, wearing a black Balenciaga to assert dominance. She can't scream properly, probably because of Botox, but her acting was like 7/10, and I didn't expect that. Boy Ko-Eun Ho was the embodiment of a saint. Man was as pure as God, but that's not a realistic character. Cult as a Church, omg! Cliche!In one scene, the bad guy was beating two officers left, right, and centre, but when our Balenciaga cop stepped in, he suddenly started moving slower and couldn't land attacks.
I think people should skip this drama for something good. The only good thing about this drama was Park Hoon. Only his character and acting made me watch it to the end. Otherwise, it's boring. Also, that teacher is the most fragile male teacher ever born; he's so cliquey and cringeworthy.
Useless Details were added, like suddenly some new details were added which were as unnecessary as you can think of. Flop drama for me!

Lousy Chase
I can't make anything out of this movie. Serial killers is just low-life butchers. He just wants to kill women. And police with proper high-tech Korean technology can catch a killer because our lousy serial killer threw 12 tons of evidence at the crime scene. It's like he doesn't care about anything because he himself called the police after committing murder.In the meaty part of the movie, both the killer and the brother had infinite chances to kill each other or the deaf girl. But they just threaten each other with knives. It's a mess. They're just trying to make the audience emotional by portraying meaningless scenes, which can't be performed when a serial killer is after you. Normal people seem to not understand anything; they just take anything at face value.
