Passable....
This family drama revolves around three brothers, each with their own distinct characteristics and struggles. The eldest brother faces challenges in life and always reach a dead end, the middle brother is obsessed with money, and the youngest brother relentlessly pursues the love of a girl throughout the drama's 70 episodes. Unfortunately, the relationships portrayed in the drama were plagued by extreme seething toxicity, which undermines their overall appeal. The drama lacked a clear overarching goal and instead focuses on a series of smaller, successive problems. Which resulted in underdeveloped storylines for most of the couples in the drama. Out of the three main couples, the youngest one had the most nonsensical relationship. While the banter between him and Eo Young may have moments of endearment, it can also be seriously annoying at times. The depiction of the three brothers' relationship was a mixed bag. While there were instances where their brotherhood shined and offered glimpses of potential, it ultimately fell short of delivering a truly compelling dynamic. This drama was very strange and unconventional, in a bad way. To state the obvious, everything about this drama was low quality but that doesn't excuse the inept talents behind it. Especially the director whom has no experience or whatsoever. Weird edits/cuts, messed up pacing, incoherent storytelling, flawed production, failing cast. All of that was amplified by 10 folds in the 2nd half, most notably with the cast. The cast was somewhat ordinary at first but the infection spread down from the director to them and they became obedient to the director's wishes. They began having strange dialogue insertions, extremely over dramatic and cartoonish moments, and cringe-worthy and misplaced gestures/body language. The infection spread even further to the writing department and the whole production was infected at that point. The writing was nothing but bad, it's a poorly written story no matter how you look at it, its execution was even poorer. Even the characters weren't safe, for some reason, they made all females selfish, needy and entitled and made all males pathetic and stupid. This drama falls into the realm of being passable, but not much more than that. While the first two episodes succeeded in establishing an intriguing backstory, subsequent episodes failed to maintain a consistently engaging narrative. A clearer direction was lacking, as the drama attempted to blend various genres, resulting in a somewhat disjointed experience.The cast was a mix of half-decent performers and others who fell into the realm of generic and unremarkable. Characters such as Noo Ri and Soon Jung, for example, could easily be replaced with anyone from any team investigation drama and it wouldn't matter. Furthermore, in terms of team dynamics, there was a noticeable absence of a genuine connection. Kim Jung Hyun plays a character with limited time who also had to drop out of the drama earlier than planned for health reasons which leaves this weird gap in the last 1/4 without the lead actor. This also led to a problematic ending and send-off of the character which was suppose to be the climax of series! Almost unwatchable after that. There were a lot of other problems but this one seems to be the most prominent one.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

The premise of this "top" team is absurd and to make this story a functional and coherent one with such a premise would be a monumental task which this drama obviously failed to achieve and ended up being trashy. There's a lot of mystery going on but this one was the bad kind of mystery, not really a proper mystery anyway. Everyone slipping all the time, the culprits were kinda obvious, and the revelations were lame. Everything was over explained as if the viewers were toddlers. The flashiness and pazaz can be easily classified as cringe. Speaking of which, Lee Jang Woo throughout his entire acting career seems to be a very reliable cringe magnet, so no surprise here.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Bad!
Straight up unserviceable junk!! Disjointed low-budget shallow story that had no redeeming qualities. There aren't many time-stops dramas but this is definitely the worst to adapt the concept. The drama took the concept of time-stop and ran it into the ground. The memes of time-stops in JAV hold more weight than this embarrassment. The worst power-fantasy junk anime is still better than this. The inexperienced cast only brought it down even further. It's not like they had a lot to work with but still couldn't sense any talent in their souls. You can blame one part of the production over another but in reality everyone involved was to be blamed here.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

An interesting mini series with a wide range of stories each one is unique with a small twist. Some of them were good enough that they can be turned into a full featured movie. Each one had a different theme and feeling, some took the comedic creative route while some took more of a serious one. Some of them had the vintage feel of early 2000s Korean horror movies. A nice little drama. Everyone is a lead in their own story, at the same time they become support characters for other stories. I kinda liked how the stories were independent instead of parallel while having different directors/writers at the same time. There's an overall melancholy theme going on especially with the last story. It's a little different from usual drama but it's a decent watch. The usual OCN formula. I found it to be a weak thriller, especially with the strong plot armor and the protagonist super vision. Even the mystery elements weren't interesting. Even if we were to disregard what happened to the drama, it's still not good. Right from the beginning, episode 1 was straight up bad and it never got better. Even as a stand alone Joseon or time-travel drama, it's wonky and tacky. This drama got more holes than a swiss cheese. It reminds me of one of those Isekai anime where the dude transfer to another world with his smartphone/knowledge/expertise or anything give him an advantage which also allow for a very lazy writing to fill up a big chunk of episodes.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

It's the usual idol lead in a school with sobby troubled teens cliches done to the cringest degree. Not cute. Not entertaining. Not funny. Not romantic. And definitely not a good music themed one. This drama seems to serve as a promotion piece for Yong Jun Hyung.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Good enough
It took forever to get to the spicy bits but the comedy was really good. At the same time, some of the tangents were seriously boring. It's a light infidelity drama, it doesn't get too serious and melo. Neither of the couples got too far but the damage was done. Barely watchable...
It was unbelievably slow. It's the definition of uneventful. On the other hand, Jin Joo Hyung was unbelievably bland. The dude is stiffer than a plank of wood. Add to that his none existent chemistry. Nonetheless, the four leads relationships were boring anyway. And then there's Leo who spoke a few sentences in Italian and we never heard him speak later. It doesn't do a good job making a "family" drama. The mother's fling seems to be taking most of focus. The family relationships are barely there. The inheritance/fortune thing mentioned in the synopsis was briefly mentioned for 1-2 episodes and became completely irrelevant after that. The drama had a big cast but lacked variety. Everyone was hang on their 1st love. Everyone was having marital problems in the last 10 episodes. Why repeating the same thing across all the couples?What's even worse, the drama suffers from massive inconsistencies especially with Gang Jae. His character was changing at the writer's will while discarding earlier build up. Don't get me started on his love life too. Min Ji was too prominent for the first 10 episodes as a main character then suddenly disappeared for 12 episodes and only came back once every 5 episodes or so. Yoo Ra's husband had too much power and control over everyone until suddenly he didn't. And many more examples.
