Love of South and North (2003)

Both shows feature a forbidden romance between North and South Koreans, both hailed from rich families and encountered conflict as couples fight for their love.

Both deal with prejudice from each person's family but both do have humorous scenes and leave you with a smile on your face. :)

After getting into a paragliding accident, South Korean heiress Yoon Se Ri crash lands in North Korea. There, she meets North Korean army officer Ri Jung Hyuk, who agrees to help her return to South Korea. Despite the tension between their countries, the two of them start falling for one another.
