Now so far the J-Dramas associated with food usually have comedy in them, but this drama completely ditches that and digs in to the more sensual side of food, and by sensual I totally mean tear-jerking. Each episode packs a ton of feels and with each episode the feels increase two times. I actually cried watching the first episode because my heart was totally not ready for it. Seriously, this drama is NOT recommended for the weak and sensitive heart, because the customers are very relate-able, and you are bound to sympathize with them later.
The atmosphere of the show is actually very mysterious, you feel like you could predict what's going to happen and then a completely unexpected plot twist happens. I remember actually feeling scared when I saw the first few seconds of the first episode and I do wish that they would provide answers for the questions that this series' fans are bound to be asking, and unfortunately they won't be answered because this series was only four episodes long. (That doesn't mean there's no possibility for a season 2!!!!)
Now I can't say much about the acting, which is actually okay given that the atmosphere is mysterious and kept in the dark.
And Did I mention, the ending song of this series makes the perfect climax for each episode.
Nonetheless, this series blew me out of the water, the characters were magicians who showed me how the magic of food can move lives, and keep one in despair on his feet.
This is definitely a show I want seconds of.

I've never watched a show that made me feel so many emotions in such a short span of time; sad, happy, curious, mad, grateful... each episode was so full of amazing stories and feelings from each actor/actress. While each story was different, it all seemed to flow together very well and teach something different each time. The show itself left me with a very nice feeling; like something was still left to hope for.
If you're feeling curious or have no idea what to watch next, then definitely check this drama out. It is one of the most openly honest and real shows I have ever seen.
