The two have basically the same love triangle, with same characters:
- FL is a nice woman who tries to treat people fairly. She works hard for her career in front of the camera to provide for her family. She is played by the same actress.
- ML is a moody guy, sometimes a jerk, who has health problems with his heart/chest (the same word in Korean). He also works in front of the camera, but in better position than the FL. He is first annoyed by FL but after he has accepted that he loves FL, he loves her very powerfully, desperately and unconditionally.
- SML is "the perfect guy", whose only real fault is that he is not the ML. He works in some other industry than the main couple.
The storyline is different, but because of the characters and the feel I'm pretty sure if you like one of these you will also like the other.

The whole 'Romance between artists from the same company' gave me You're beautiful vibes. It also has humor, love triangles, an arrogant male lead (at the beginning) and blooming love with hardships. It's an enjoyable and lighthearted drama that will definitely give you similar vibes. Also, an ending that won't leave you with a broken heart and tears.
*WARNING*
1. You're beautiful has a crossdressing female lead, so if you do no like that, it's not recommendable.
2. Many people dislike Park Shin Hye (I don't know why, Google it), so you might want to know that she plays the main character in that drama.
Give it a try!

They have some things in common: love triangles, one character is rich the other is poor, they make you smile, laugh, melt your heart and shed tears, etc. In "Why why love" there are (in my opinion) more 'drama moments'.
They dont have much of similarities. It just reminds me of Greatest love bec both Male Leads have heart problem. Both seem to feel something when they hear a certain music.
Both are about really strong wealthy male leads that are simply combobulated by the thought of them falling in love with a... how'd you say... peasant? Lol jk
A behind-the-scenes look at the entertainment industry's PR teams, managers, and reporters as they scramble to clean up the messes created by their stars.
Oh Han Byul leads an entertainment agency's PR team. One of her top clients is the star Gong Tae Sung, who can do no wrong. They were in high school and college together, where he became her sworn enemy. They bicker constantly but soon develop feelings for one another.

Both starring Cha Seung Won and both AMAZING!!! Both of these have great lead actresses and I find the story line in The greatest love to be similar to City Hall on a basic plot line but not similar enough to discourage City Hall fans from getting bored. It was very entertaining!! I believe its a Kdrama MUST SEE!
Both dramas has the same male lead and their characters also are almost the same (only name of character is different).
Similar heart-related plots, in Greatest love the lead has an artificial heart that causes him problems and makes him think he's in love. Whereas Falling for Innocence, the lead needs a heart transplant and also blames the new heart for making him love.
Other than that they are quite different. Falling for Innocence is a more solid plot

It's a drama and not a movie but the Greatest Love and Love On-Air have pretty similar stories about disgraced kpop stars with hearts of gold. Even the other characters in the girl group share a lot of similarities between the two.
Behind the scenes of the entertainment industry, dating in secret, fake relationships, trying to handle the public opinion, from bickering to love, giving one image outside while hiding one's true nature - all these themes are the same in both dramas, and I love to recommend one of my all time favorites, The Greatest Love, whenever I have a chance :)
The concept is similar, thought the story is a bit different. Both of the female leads were leaders of a famous girl group but both broke up their girl group due to unfortunate circumstances.
Both feature not only a hilariously confused and wacky lead male character, they both also feature a fairly strong, sweet lead female and a charming and winning second lead male! They are both smartly written with tender moments and a ton of laughs.
