Rich guy, poor girl. Guy relentlessly pursues the girl and lets no one at all bully her - no matter who they are. He's totally in love and acts like it. Guy owns a business too and girl works for him. Lovely friendships in both dramas.
Both dramas similar in the aspect that... FL raises a kid not their own and get misunderstood by the ML and their family... they undergo lots of trials during the process....
Both have a rich guy and poorer woman who seem to dog each other's footsteps with off the cuff meetings that end in (or are caused by) misunderstandings.
