I've read the manga, and I think the manga is better than the dorama. Don't get me wrong, the dorama is ok, Dean is handsome XD So far the story is similar with the manga, although sometimes there’s differences in timeline. But for me, the conflict and the feeling is better shown in the manga.
The casts’ acting were good, but they seems didn’t have much chemistry, so in my eyes they look a bit rigid.

Excellent J drama avec CL très attachants
Je le dis tout de suite, c'est un pur avis sur le J Drama car je n'ai pas lu le manga.C'est un des plots que je préfère : contrat de mariage entre 1 FL dont le père (joueur) croule sous les dettes et 1 ML cold CEO (qui se marie pour le business).
C'est super bien joué, tout en finesse (très japonais) et j'aime beaucoup le CL (Dean Fujioka !!! et Seino Nana). On risque aussi de développer un SLS tellement le ML2 est adorable...
Certains personnages sont exagérés (la FL2 totalement excessive ; le père prêt à vendre sa fille pour un peu d'argent ; la tante "folle" ; etc.)
La réalisation est remarquablement efficace : que l'essentiel, rien d'inutile à la compréhension, ... mais l'histoire est cohérente, réaliste, bien menée.
Un excellent J drama donc !

A cliche soap opera.
This drama reminded me of those cliched American night time soaps from the 80s, think Dynasty.*scheming male lead's ex lover that tries to destroy the marriage and get back together with him.
Check!
*Backstabbing very wealthy tycoon family
Check!
*gaudy wardrobe and bad wigs (fl I'm looking at you)
Check!
*unsolved murder
Check!
*illegitimate child
Check!
*Knife wielding grandma
Check, check,check!
And you get the picture. This drama has marriage in the title but there is little to no romance. Too bad because the little we see of the main actors together shows they have good chemistry. There are far too many scenes where the leads aren't even in the same room. There's just a lot of family drama and it gets tedious and boring at times. The female lead's grandpa will piss you off too I'm sure. Grandpa spends all of the money his daughter makes on gambling to the point where she has to work two jobs, one of them as a hostess at a club. Yikes!
Also, the 2nd male lead is the biggest tool. He forcefully tries to kiss the married female lead not once but twice! The 2nd time while he knows she's pregnant. Double yikes! To make it even weirder, he at one point asks to punch the male lead...like why? Because he couldn't finish making advances on his wife??
He also says to the fml that she can't sleep around him because he won't be able to control his urges. They both then laugh it off...that was a wtf moment for sure.
A few more things I didn't like:
*I thought it was odd that they made it out like the female lead was leading the 2nd male lead on and she even apologized. She had nothing to be sorry for.
*I hate when dramas have 2nd lead female psycho b*tch syndrome. This one has it bad!
*The last thing that bugged me was how the family issues including MURDER were just swept under the rug in the final episode and they're all just one big happy family now. Ugh!
So why did I still give this show a 7/10? Well honestly, because for what is, it was still quite enjoyable. I actually like soap operas so I'm very much used to the crazy drama and highly unrealistic plot lines. Dramas like these are trashy but can be good haha.

Buona la recitazione della protagonista, poco espressivo invece Hokuto. Come coppia funzionano abbastanza, ma nessuna chimica da scintille.
A mio avviso sarebbe stata una serie meglio riuscita se l'obiettivo fosse stato un po' più ridimensionato: avrei puntato a una semplice commedia romantica senza risvolti particolari, mentre in questo caso tutta la questione dei difficili rapporti familiari, piani di rivalsa, rancori poco sopiti legati ad eventi tragici del passato... forse è stato chiedere un po' troppo. E' una trama di nome ma non di fatto, la tematica viene affrontata in modo abbastanza superficiale - d'altronde è chiaro che gli strumenti in partenza sono pochi - e col passare degli episodi invece di poter apprezzare una visione leggera ma piacevole ci si trova ingarbugliati in una matassa allo stesso tempo disordinata e inconsistente.
Passabile, ma nel suo genere sono altri i titoli che terrei in considerazione.

A pretty decent weekend watch
Was this show anything remarkable or ground breaking? Not really. Did I enjoy watching it? Absolutely.The contract marriage plot with the rich guy poor girl isn't really anything new. The shows plot is incredibly convoluted, and the family dynamics are nearly impossible to follow. Its pretty typical in a lot of ways for this kind of show, but I didnt mind it.
I personally feel the show knew what it was, a pretty surface level rom com, and never tried to be anything more than that.
For me the absolute highlight of the show was definatly the main couple. I thought both of their actors were very well cast and did a wonderful job. Though it took a couple of epiosdes to get there, the chemistry between the ML and FL was definatly there, and I ate it up.
While that may have been a highlight of the show, it also was one of the downfalls, because even though they were absolutely phenomenal together, there were pretty large chunks of screen time where we didnt get any of them together at all.
The comedy was pretty decent, the plot was entertaining enough, and the acting was pretty good. If your looking for a masterpiece or a thought provoking deep show, you won't find it here. But if you're looking for a few hours of light entertainment on a weekend, i would definatly recommend it.
