First, I loved the entire supernatural romance theme, that is exactly what pulled me into this drama.
Pros: I always love how the lyrics to the music matches the storyline in most lakorns and this soundtrack was beautiful. The romance and chemistry between the two leads were sizzling. Khun Hem has some mesmerizing come - hither eyes and I love how the actor portrayed his emotions at times without even saying a word.
Now I think, that is where my admiration for this drama ends, and it is time to get into what frustrated me so much while watching this wonderful falling Jenga tower of a show.
Cons: I'm not really one to complain about bad CGI, but the special effects reminded me somehow of an 80's video game. I almost laughed out loud on parts I knew were supposed to be serious. Khun Duen exacerbated me to no end. I loved how the writers made her out to be very headstrong, but that was a false picture. It seemed like they did not know whether they wanted her to be weak or strong, and then when you think she has gotten stronger, she goes and does something stupid again and then rely on Khun Hem to save her all the d*** time. She is so naive to the point of stupidity.
Okay, I know that my Cons rant might seem like I hated the show, but I didn't (I think it was those bedroom eyes of Khun Hem). The show was really good with all of its cheesy and damsel in distress moments. The show has a happy ending and I am quite satisfied with how they wrap everything up. It' s like they say come for the cheesy romance and stay for the man with the sexy eyes. The show gave me all the satisfaction I would get from watching a Jenga tower fall down as soon as someone removes a major piece. Consistency is what was removed from this show, but it was fun watching it all play out.

Good story, Ending doesn't disappoint.
●This would have been my very first lakron, but I didn’t find it interesting at that time. I wanted to give a try but forgot its name so didn’t search it. But I came across it once again thanks to MDL feeds and lakroninan mate SHINO. I watched this with zero expectation but the story is thrilling and exciting.●Story- whoever wrote the synopsis its incorrect.
After the grandmother death Duenpattra, comes to live at grandmother house. She has a strong feeling that she was murdered, but the case is shut down by powerful people. A newly appointed police officer gets a crush on her, and seeing her living alone he starts to help her. Investigate the case again.Duenpattra sees a man in mirror, wearing traditional clothes who is a from other universe named Uttarakuru. He keeps an eye to her house as it has a secret to his world, which is being protected by duenpattara ancestors. Few people know the secret and they want the house so he cross-over to help her and in process falls in love with her.
As the story unfolds little by little we see the evilness and greed of human. As hem hiran crosses the world and goes to Jambudivipa his process of becoming a true human being gives me laughter.
●Acting- sean as hem-hiran, was a good pick. He played his role fairly. His fighting sequence were perfect. He is unable to determine the thoughts of humans which was done nicely and gave depth to the story.
▪︎Pim as duenpattra was good. I felt confused when for her character, she tries hard to survive as there are all enemies surrounding her. She was single punched many times by the enemies and at that time her. the chemistry and romance of hem and duen was amazing.
expression I couldn’t connect. It seemed flawed.
▪︎Dee as pimdara [duenpattra mother]. she is the only character which gave me smiles with her screen presence. Her positive energy was amazing.
●Music- as we all know the lyrics translation is so good of thai dramas but I didn’t find any in my videos. But music and BGM were amazing.
●Rewatch- as I know all the secrets, it wouldnt be interesting as the first time. So NO. This drama has lots of villain so I wont prefer rewatching it.
●Criticism- The bad CGI, this may have been the reason why I didn’t watch it earlier. The CGI effects sucks, the flowers, walls, etc. The flower when its single in the room then only it looks pretty

You'll excuse me if I won't spend another 1080 minutes on this
In context of lakorns, having one fantasy themed is a MINUS that burdens it from the start. As it's extremely tricky to make without the result come off as ridiculous, even for far more developed filmmakers than they are in Thailand. Also - for me personally - it's boring.I was prepared to quickly skip-through this one or drop it as soon as I read the synopsis. Of course single episode runtime is twice longer than bearable... There is Jub Jib to lighten it a bit but that's just a momentary alleviation.
Basically, nang'ek gets mysterious visits by a strange clothed dude who enters through her bedroom mirror. At first he appears there to help her not get murdered, later he keeps appearing everytime she gets asleep by a table and needs to be carried to the bed gently. When she finds herself hanging off a cliff outside the house, he has no problem momentarily appear there (far from that mirror) as well. Apparently he's from a strange world formed by cheap CGI purple flower meadows, huge golden trees, mountains and waterfalls, where he's got nothing else to do than to watch our nang'ek like she's on a telly, or smth. Every single time he fancies it, he can go and join her story. One day he drags her through the mirror to see his country, too. She now sees he's really from a different realm (where they speak thai) and obviously kinda morally superior, despite being portrayed by Sean Jindachot with his bohemian looks of a heavy smoker. Therefore, nang'ek obviously forgets the hot cop pursuing not only her grandmother's death case, and sets her sights on him firmly. Shall I continue?
That's what I asked myself. Should I continue watching? Because that's like episode 2 out of 15. It already feels I've seen enough. I skimmed through episode 3 and felt just ZERO interest in it... all. Had she at least go for the copper (love their uniform in Thailand) it might be bearable. At least he's got Jub Jib accompanying him frequently. But everytime we switch in the "beautiful" realm with the waterfalls which Sean Jindachot is always standing next to (as he apparently doesn't need a roof over his head) trying to make his face all serious, or any of the side characters, I get reminded that time is precious. You'll excuse me if I won't spend another 1080 minutes on this:)
