Rampant (2018)

I haven't seen Rampant yet, but they are both historicals and they both have zombies and the main leads are princes ;)

Rampant is a 2018 South Korean period action zombie film directed by Kim Sung-hoon. The film features a clash between exiled prince Lee Chung (Hyun Bin) and the Joseon minister of War Kim Ja-joon (Jang Dong-gun) with the backdrop of a spreading zombie plague. (via Wikipedia)

Mosnters, Politics, and Historical Setting. It starts with an exile prince who clashes against a zombie plague

They both are same. Both are in set up of josean historical era. The main lead is a crown prince.
In both of these, crown prince's personal guard dies. They both includes a dangerous plaque which is across the country.
Due to the plaque, humans were turning into zombies who crave for flesh and blood. Both of them have same situation, i.e.,survival.
Everyone is fighting for their life. There is conspiracy between ministers to become king.

So there is only one thing you need to know about this is that there are zombies everywhere. Please remember that Rampant takes place in the Kingdom days.
