Two Stars

Ugh that oldest brother is the worst! Why is he getting upset about the lady who works in the restaurant only washing his pants now?? Why is she washing his pants at all??? He should be washing his own fricking pants! It's not her fault he fell and got them all dirty, and she even lent him her own pants and shirt. Even if they weren't to his taste, why does have zero manners at the ripe old age of 40? Jesus christ!

Hell broke lose

Even though the story had a slow start at the first episode, everything started to pick up pace at episode 2. By episode 3, my interest meter shot up and at episode 4, all hell just broke lose.

Ja Eun is so excruciatingly naive that whatever comes out of her mouth becomes obnoxious and cringingly irritating to the ear.

Personalities clash as the Hwang family meets Baek Ja Eun, now heiress to the Ojakgyo farm they have tended for a decade.

And just when she thought she'd hit the jackpot, she tries to sell it off, unwittingly exposing the lie that the Hwang family had kept for all those 10 years.

Side-stories and romances are intertwined nicely while keeping the main story intact. Loving this early stage. Let the tangles begin!
