Overall
Well if you want to see some toku with a very Echi twist, give this parody a try, but do not expect amazing acting or fight scenes. Then again, I doubt you want to watch this for the acting and fight scenes.

Story
The story was basically an Echi version of a sentai summer movie plot. The same general storyline and basic twist but focused on breasts. This sentai group gets its power from the perfectness of their breast and the admiration of men towards them. Only Japan would do this. But it is a decent watch to laugh and see models in bikini scenes.

Acting/Cast/Props
While the cast was beautiful, the acting was bad. Then again I cannot say I expect much from it. The fights are also badly choreographed and it's noticeable that the actress have a lack of martial arts skills. Something that was surprisingly good was the Mecha fights. I guess that the fact that both costumes can have stunt fighters in the mecha fight really helped. The villain suit for the movie was actually pretty good. The muscle kingdom had some great suits. The rest were okay, with noticeable foam parts and decent paint. The sentai suits were imo the worst but even these were of good quality.

Rewatch Value
I don't see much rewatch value for the movie value of it but maybe you want to see the models once again and so maybe you might want to rewatch that for that reason.
