The Fiery Priest (2019)

Well, both dramas were from the same screenwriter thus you can expect similar style of wit and comedy in the plot. And both drama had a group of people acting and behaving as a part of some mafia-like cartel (with Vincenzo actually was one himself).

And while Vincenzo only just started, I can already find a lot of similarities between the Gootham gang and the Geumga Plaza people. Heck, as much as Hae-il and Vincenzo were quite different from each other, the two of them did share some similar traits in personalities. Not to mention, Gyeongseon and Cha-young were also very similar in personalities and weirdness though profession-wise they're the opposites.

Fancy watching a crime procedural? But looking for something lighter in tone? These dramas are for you!

Don’t let the lighter tone fool you, both feature excellent crime stories & cases. TFP has a stronger overarching arc, whereas TB has a more case of the week style.

Both are fun CRIME COMEDIES

Both have STRONG FEMALES (GoodCasting moreso than FieryPriest, but whilst not as many LEAD females, FP does have a strong female lead +strong females in supporting.
Female attorney, female detective etc.)

In both main lead is/has been a NIS agent (GC NIS agent lead is female, FP NIS agent lead is male)

Both have a "Good casting" XD and have great actors in roles

BEWARE!:
UNLIKE GoodCasting with romance tag,
FieryPriest has NO actual romance (other than girls crushing on lead but it going nowhere), but plot still very fun, and instead has many different types of very satisfying not romantic relationships/friendships etc.!

Same writer and similar fun vibe! The comedy is on point for both dramas and the overall cast is great in both :)

Both are super funny with hot leads, great teams and awesome action scenes. If you liked Fiery Priest then Special Labor Inspector Jo is a MUST SEE!!

It's the first season of the Fiery Priest season 2. This season shown how the characters in season 2 met. Also this is also great as the season 2. And there's a lot of lesson does people can get in this season, because the main characters in season 2 was horrible in season 1 but they change their life, because they want to become a good person.

Both deal with corruption with higher ups and revealing a big secret/overall theme. Leads are kind of similar with fiery-ness but both dedicated to the cause.

Okay, actually the two shows' story and setting has NOTHING in common... BUT! If you liked this guy in Live Up to Your Name, and you want to see more of him (hell yeah I did!) then I can really recommend this, he was a gem in The Fiery Priest too! <3

Lawless Lawyer is a lot more serious in its genre, but the ML is actually quite similar as in they hold no punches in the face of injustice and they fight really well. Both are incredibly good dramas worth the watch!

Both have a team fighting against politics and the crimes of the country. But in fiery priest there is no involvement of evil spirits. But both are kind of similar and equally good.

In both drama is a strong caracter who want to find the truth behind the death of a close person. In this drama you will find mistery and comedy . For sure you will love this drama and also the caracter played by Im Soo Hyang

both ACTION DRAMAS with comedy & not too serious with an IMPRESSIVE MALE LEAD WHO HAS BOLD and difficult PLANS.

Both have main themes about REDEMPTION, FALL FROM GRACE and trying to correct a big failure and stand up again

Same EXHITING FEELING and vibes when watching both, never boring

Both have great cast & acting.

Goofy in fun way but the silliness doesn't interfere too much with the amazing action scenes. plot only kind of similar but it does keep you on your toes!
