Both dramas revolve around a smart female forensic examiner who captures the attention of a judicial official / prince in charge of criminal lawsuit. They end up solving mure cases together and havig feelings for each other.
both FL
*are quick-thinking, intelligent forensic scientists
*are struggling with an unjust parental death
*are pursued by good men with their own personal/political intrigues
*are repeatedly in danger because of a larger power struggle
in both:
*1 ML has government affiliation, 1 ML has ties to the "dark" side
*each ML is embroiled in a much larger struggle for power
context is historic China and issues of gender equity/plight of women are explored (more in MH than MT)

Both of these dramas star a female protagonist who finds employment as a coroner, and helps to solve crimes.
*Both are period costume dramas, more or less. One is slightly more Wuxia themed - that being AD.
*There's lots of sleuthing, case solving, sword fighting, forensic science, etc
*Main characters are smart asf but stupid when it comes to matters of the heart
*Conspiracy/hidden secret trope
*Both are more on the "slight romance" spectrum
*Both could also do with a S2...

Both FL are intelligent, justice-minded investigators. Both are unfavored and ill-treated by wicked families. And both are being pursued by two men who are equally intelligent, inquisitive investigators seeking justice for themselves as well. Both dramas have great “whodunnit” plot lines with consistent romance throughout.
* both are set in ancient times and have a mix of romance and investigation
* both couples start as boss and employee (in miss truth the FL is an examiner, in love is all she is an advisor)
* both FLs refuse social norms and want to make a name for themselves as women
* both MLs get captivated and become the softest softs for their FLs
the main difference is that Love is All leans more on the romance/comedy and the criminal cases are simple, whereas Miss Truth has romance mixed with a crime-heavy plot.

Medical related? Check (although LoY focuses more on poison while MT is about autopsies)
Love triangle? Definite check
Talented, knowledgeable FL that's prone to lapses of judgment? Check.
Witty, clever, cold and (almost) infallible ML? Check
Finally, potential Second Lead Syndrome? Oh yes, check!
So go check it out for yourself :)
