They both have the same concept of a girl in an all boys school, while in a disguise of a boy. Though in great men academy the girl REALLY turns into a boy (magic) it's still the same idea. Also great men academy has a love triangle idea that happens within the school just like in this one.

A female lead disguises herself as a male in order to get enrolled into an all boys' school because there is a guy she likes. They are similar because of gender bender.
